Root to Rise Yoga Flow at Mettacasa Cafe and Wellness Center is a serene and lovely studio to practice yoga. Everyone here is knowledgeable and gracious. It's food for the body and the soul. Thank you.

Great yoga studio in every way. The classes are great, as are the instructors, who are each knowledgeable, nurturing, and very personable. Suzanne, the owner, is extremely accommodating and genuinely interested in creating a good experience for all. The studio itself is a warm, welcoming environment. I love that it's attached to Mettacasa Cafe, where I'm able to come out of class and grab a healthy bite to eat as I head out to face the rest of my day. Highly recommend!

I have enjoyed several of your classes and the calming vibe. I like that I don’t have to fight for a spot and that there are people of my age. I do wish that there were more flow classes available on the schedule and that they stayed within the one hour time frame.

I love attending the special events at Root to Rise. My favorite is Full Moon Yin and Sound bath every month; I've been attending those for several years. Sherry and Michelle always bring a fresh perspective to our journey. I also love the familiar feeling of the community. Very caring and fun! This fall I've also enjoyed the Breath workshops provided by Christopher Zappola. Very fun and as always, provides good instruction to carryover outside of class.

Great teachers; cozy and welcoming space: easy to use app for sign-in and payment; aromas from the MettaCasa kitchen are a bonus

An intimate calming space with welcoming teachers and fellow yogis. The energy is so positive. Searched several studios on my journey back to yoga and feel fortunate to connect here.

I could not be more delighted with this studio! The intimate space, the ample parking, the staff/management/teachers and class selection are perfect. Whether you are new to the practice or a Yogi, there is something for everyone. The community is very welcoming and casual--total no judgement zone. The instructors are always introducing new flows with surprise and delight affirmation cards, essential oils and even short back rubs! Highly recommended. AND, bonus, the space is inside of an organic grab and go cafe! LOVE. NAMASTE!
