I’m so proud of Cat for opening her own studio! She’s such a great instructor, as well as she is a person! I am a fully certified Pilates apparatus instructor and I love taking cats classes. She has the perfect balance in her flow in both strength and stability. I love how great she is at helping you tune into your mind body and soul. Cats so revitalizing! Love her

I have taken two classes with Cat, the owner of this business, and brought an experienced Pilates friend to the first. We both agreed that Cat is a helpful, patient teacher. She is also super nice and makes everyone feel welcome.

Cat is a talented instructor with a sweet and intuitive nature. The space feels warm and inviting . I reccomend not only the practice of Pilates but this studio in particular for your workout. You will not be disappointed!

I took a private class with Cat at Sacred Rebel Pilates and she was attentive, knowledgeable, and thoughtful! I really like the machines at this studio and it’s a beautiful space in a cool neighborhood. Pilates is a great solution for someone looking to get in great shape but also for overall wellness and long life. I’ve visited a few Pilates studios and have found my forever studio with Sacred Rebel!
