A heartfelt thanks to Manali for helping me and my husband begin our yoga journey at her beautiful studio. The space is exceptionally neat, clean, well organized, and has a peaceful, welcoming environment. As someone with allergies, I truly appreciate the care she has put into maintaining such a comfortable studio. Its convenient location near our home is another bonus that I love.
Yoga with Manali has already brought so many positive changes. My husband’s chronic back pain and posture have improved, and his flexibility is increasing, which makes him feel better and more confident every day. I started my yoga journey a year ago with lower back pain and with a hope to live healthy life. Within few months , my pain was gone and my hope became reality. I am very thankful to Manali for introducing me to a healthy way of life. I am more aware about my health now. She runs this classes with immense professionalism and expertise. She explains each yoga pose in detailed with consequences of dping it wrong way.
