After a series of medical setbacks, I was on a journey to get back into dancing when I found Saucy. I was incredibly nervous to take classes again after feeling like I had regressed so much. From the moment I walked in the door, Sam was so welcoming and encouraging. She really goes out of her way to personalize the experience. Every class has been fun and completely judgement-free. I can feel my confidence coming back! I’m so grateful to have found this studio and can’t recommend it enough.

Saucy is the absolute, most fun dance studio that I have ever been to. There are a multitude of choreographers who teach the classes, and they are all lovely people. Each creates the choreography for the songs with passion and care for the craft of dance. The studio itself is beautiful and there is plenty of space to dance! 🕺🏻 💃 Saucy offers a community like no other, full of people who are passionate about dancing and love to have an amazing time. If you’re an adult who danced growing up and are looking to find your way back, let all roads lead you to SAUCY STUDIOS. Just when I thought all hope was lost for finding adult classes in this area, Sam went ahead and opened this amazing place! A place where all of us former dancers could go to connect with something that has always been such a crucial part of our lives. The class variety is amazing, the teachers and other students are so kind and welcoming, and I always walk out of classes feeling euphoric, challenged, and just overall amazing. Saucy Studios has truly become one of my safe spaces. Every single instructor is wonderful and Sam has created such an amazing community of people that it’s always a pleasure to come dance with. I absolutely cannot put into words how amazing Saucy Studios is - from the staff to the members. Sam, the business owner, is geniunely the most caring owner I’ve ever met. She has so much passion for dancing and really puts in the effort to get to know all the members. The other choreographers are also just as talented and so sweet. All the members are so welcoming. You can walk in with absolutely no dance experience and it doesn’t matter. I recently took my very first class at Saucy Studios, and it was AMAZING! I’m not really a dancer, but I used to cheer and dance when I was younger, so it felt soo good to move my body in such a fun and creative way again. It’s honestly healing !

Been a while since i was taking dance classes and i thrilled that Sam opened This studio, it was exactly i have been looking for! Ever since I stopped dancing in highschool, I’ve been trying to fill that void with other types of physical activity with no luck. The closest I got was dancing around my apartment by myself after work. Until my sister introduced me to Saucy Studios. All of their classes are an absolute blast and they have awesome song selections every time. But even more importantly, all of their instructors and members are so welcoming, kind, and supportive. Absolutely love Saucy Studios!!! I have danced all my life but after college there weren’t any places out there for dance classes. That was until I found Saucy! I was able to “come out of retirement” for dance and I have been able to continue my passion! These classes are great for all dance levels as they offer beginner and intermediate/advanced classes. There are so many different styles of dance offered including but not limited to street, heels, lyrical/contemporary, commercial jazz, and so much more! It is truly a fun and welcoming space for all! From the moment I came in, I felt incredibly welcomed and at ease. As a dancer who uses a wheelchair, not only was the studio atmosphere warm and inviting, but also was accessible which is always a plus. The class itself was fierce! Once I graduated college, I struggled (like most other adult dancers) to find a place where I could take class and fulfill the part of my life that I loved the most. The energy at Saucy is amazing! If you’re looking to get back into dancing or try it for the first time, this is the place. The entire studio is so positive and the classes are so fun, you’ll be hooked after your first class. SO excited that there is an actual adult dance studio in the area. It's a great space in a great area of Toms River (nice and roomy with big mirrors). I love that you can check their app and see which classes are offered that month and sign up for whichever appeal to you. Classes vary by style, level and music. So far I've taken two classes and I can't wait to go back. Sam is a great instructor and I'm looking forward to trying the other teacher's classes.
