Absolutely terrible gym. The roof has been leaking BADLY for years and the owner refuses to invest the money to get it fixed. End result- a bunch of random buckets scattered around the gym floor to collect the rain water and there’s a 100% chance you’re going to get dripped on during your workout. When the owner closed it down as retro fitness and reopened as sculpt he didn’t bother to clean the blatantly disgusting mold off the walls. Instead he painted over it so badly that water pouches have formed under the paint. Everything in there is absolutely filthy and disgusting. The owner is clueless as to how to run a business. The staff are a bunch of children who are negligent at best. They recently raised the prices there making it one of the most expensive options in the area and they don’t offer enough to warrant the monthly dues. The members are unfriendly and there are often fights on the gym floor. No WiFi or cell phone service in there either. Probably the worst gym in union county. No one who is serious about working out would go there. Plenty of better values for your dollar around

I really wanted to like this gym because it’s close to our new home, but the service has been terrible.
On our first visit, my fiancé accidentally left her water tumbler (a special gift from her mom) next to a machine she had been using. The next morning, we called, and the staff member showed zero interest in helping. He claimed nothing was in the lost and found and refused to check the cameras. To make it worse, who would steal an already-used cup? Doesn't that raise some serious sanitary concerns? It's hard to believe they don't care about basic hygiene or their members' belongings.
The gym also has inconsistent rules for workout room access. We asked staff to unlock the workout room when it was clearly empty (lights off and no one inside) and they said we needed a reservation. Understandable, but 10 minutes later, another person walked up and was let in without a reservation. When we returned at our reserved time, that person was still inside, and instead of asking them to leave, the staff member asked them if it was okay for us to come in. It felt like the staff was picking and choosing who to accommodate.
The equipment is decent, but the lack of professionalism and fairness here is frustrating. Sadly, it’s the closest gym to my home, but that's about the only thing it has going for it.

Gym is overall a good space. Unfortunately, the culture here is horrible. The equipment is great but unfortunately you have to navigate tripods, ring lights and people filming each other complete with interviews. People don’t clean up themselves and staff seem to be more concerned with socializing with the “influencers”. I messaged them about these issues but got no response. I just want a place to go workout and leave but the content creators are the preferred members. I like the layout and equipment but the culture is making me need to look for a new gym.

I have noticed that some of the trash bins at the gym have not been cleaned for over a year. They appear dirty, which is concerning for hygiene and safety. I recently spoke with one of the staff members about this issue and requested that they inform the manager. It would be greatly appreciated if the management could ensure these bins are cleaned regularly.

It is very clean and has friendly staff. It has various equipment and machines to get essentially any workout done. The club also hosts special events and offers numerous benefits (e.g., discounts, being featured in social media posts, etc.) for becoming a member.

My card was hacked and I had to get a new one. Because of this, the payment didn’t go through. Instead of calling me to tell me, Sculpt charged a late fee and had their collection agency reach out. I cancelled and to had to pay the next month because I didn’t cancel in the window. They told me they didn’t want to charge it at the time because it might go through twice and wanted me to come back. I went back to pay, and they charged another late fee. This place is very unprofessional and I would avoid.

I’d love to give it 5 stars, but the cardio deck needs some TVs. As of now, there aren’t any upstairs, which is a bit disappointing

I’m part of the early bird crew here and I LOVE IT?! What is my favorite part about being a member at Sculpt? The reliability, consistency and incredible customer care of this gyms morning staff is SO ON POINT. It is an absolute pleasure to see the two wonderful young women that consistently open the gym doors punctually.

On top of all this- the equipment and cleanliness is downright luxurious! Also you can tell that Ken, the owner has gone to great lengths to build a great place with excellent equipment, tremendous staff and well throughout layout.

I’m a big fan of this gym. Don’t think twice- just come in and check it out!

Went to this gym when it was retro fitness, they closed down with nit notification to me at all. Then they transferred my account where I was getting billed for mo ths with not notification again. They might have changed businesses but that owner is still there. Wouldn't trust this place if my life depended on it.

Thank god!!!!!! We needed a gym like this for quite sometime and it’s so good to see a poorly run gym into an incredible one. Equipment has been fixed or replaced, it’s clean, the staff is so friendly and the atmosphere is great. It was my first time back in the gym after being on bed rest for 4 months and the “Welcome” felt more like a “Welcome back”. This place is gonna be a staple for the fitness community.

I joined right after my guest pass with no regrets! I can’t wait to be lifting here all the time. Plus a posing room and cardio deck? Can’t beat it!!!

Been a long time retro member and just joined the rebranded sculpt fitness. Ken the owner has did a great job with the enhancements. There is a-lot of new equipment and bathrooms are totally redone which was much needed. They are still working on the sauna but looks like it should be done soon. Also people complaining about the price increase its 2024 people and with inflation it was much needed to improve the facility. I been a retro member for over 10 years and the price was always around 20 bucks so a price increase was necessary especially with the updates to the gym. I did my research and tried out a few other gyms in the area during the month they were closed and realized that the amenities other gyms offer do not come close to what sculpt offers. Also prices for other gyms in the area are either similar or more expensive.
