Sean is the kind of personal trainer you dream to find. I knew exactly what I was looking for but my criteria was so specific it felt like it might be a needle in a haystack search. I was so excited when I found Sean. As an ex athlete I’ve worked with many fitness professionals when I was at different levels of fitness, for different needs. Not all have been a great fit for my needs. But, Sean is falling into the category of exceptional and I say that for these reasons—his level of knowledge, depth of experience, loyalty to the fundamentals, level head, and passion for his profession far superseded what I ever expected. He has mad respect for the human body.

I came to him with very specific needs, having just recovered from surgery. I wanted to honor my body, get back into shape in a responsible way, and not hurt myself. I was nervous to start because I didn’t want to be pushed too hard too soon. He intuitively understood what I was asking for on day one, and earned my trust by helping me build my strength session by session. He is helping me build back from the ground up, literally. I am so beyond grateful.

If you are looking for a phenomenal PT, look no further. The passion he has for what he does proves he is living his purpose and really enjoys helping people achieve their fitness goals. He is the real deal and I genuinely feel so lucky to have found him!

Sean is wonderful and very knowledgeable with any questions I would have. I have been taking his zoom classes for about a year! These zoom classes are great to take if you can’t get to the gym. Full body workouts with cardio. I Highly recommend the classes !

Sean is a great vibes energy focus instructor. He always ends his workout sessions with a positive quote or advice. He genuinely cares about his clients and willing to help you at your pace and not be pushy or demanding. He is respectful and fun. I already recommended him to my friends.

I have tried various gyms & fitness routines over the years and none have compared to Sean Settles. I trust him completely as a personal trainer & have had fantastic results both 1:1 & with small group training. I can't get over how sore I can get after 'only' 30 minutes of class! He is also great at modifying workouts so I still get the burn without irritating an injury.

Sean’s workouts are awesome. Definitely the most time efficient & affordable workout in the area. Sean is clearly really knowledgeable & passionate about tons of aspects related to health and shares the information that he finds helpful just because he cares. He goes out of his way to make sure the workout is always a good fit for every individual person so everyone feels comfortable and safe. 10/10 recommend if you want to learn more about health & exercise and want to be held accountable to working out without being held down financially or pressured in anyway.

I am a 60 years old women and I have been training with Sean for about 10+ years. My training has included one-on-one sessions along with group classes. Sean is always very professional and personable and treats everyone with respect. I have so many great things I could say about Sean but I will sum it up in a few key strengths:
1) Sean is extremely knowledgeable in both the fitness and nutrition areas. His classes consist of the individual walking in the door for the first time to the seasoned athlete. He is able to modify all exercises to meet each persons needs. He assures everyones form is on point, incorporates nutritional plans to assist in overall health.
2). Sean is passionate about his profession and he genuinely cares about each person and their success.
3) He makes it FUN, even while pushing us to push ourselves!

I had worked with Sean at his previous employer prior to starting his own business. After not working out for a while and not following any kind of program at all, he reached out to me to try his new location and program. Luckily I did because due to my years in construction I needed neck surgery( due to disc degeneration and through no fault of Sean). Had I not been going to Sean my recovery would have been much longer. 9 mo after I feel better than I have in years. Sean’s classes are never the same and always challenging, yet will show you how to modify an exercise if it’s too much. There is always a great mix of people in his classes which make them fun!

Sean is just incredible! I started taking classes with Sean many years ago and feel lucky to have found him again! Workouts are challenging but Sean offers support and modifications, if needed, along the way. Even if you are "just getting back to working out", Sean welcomes and encourages you so you never feel like you can't keep up. Classes are friendly, fun and often full of laughter (which I attribute to the fitness culture Sean creates). Hands down the best workouts but more importantly a great trainer who truly cares about your health and well-being!

Sean is amazing! His enthusiastic and caring personality is always present during workouts. He is encouraging and supportive and makes the workouts fun! The workouts are always challenging and can be modified to suit any fitness level! I often see him helping other clients who have had injuries and they are always able to maximize their workouts! I personally love his group classes because they are incredibly challenging and are the perfect size. Everyone is so friendly which is a reflection of how he runs his business. He's also been doing a wonderful job with the virtual classes and I am always SO SORE! If you are considering giving these classes a chance don't hesitate! What separates Sean's classes from others is his approach. He takes the time to get to know his clients and their needs and abilities. Sean makes it a priority to make sure that everyone's form is correct. He pushes you when he knows that you can move forward and he modifies any exercises that he gives if you are not able to do them yet. He is so knowledgeable about the health and fitness field and loves to share is vast knowledge with everyone. I can honestly say that he has taught me so much about how the body reacts to the correct exercises and diet.

This guy seriously is the BEST in business, I can't say enough good things about him! As a trainer Sean truly cares about each individual client, its something you'll notice right away. He is so educated and every issue I have come to him with, whether it concerns my diet, my workout, or day-to-day lifestyle, he has been able to solve it almost immediately.
He is super resourceful, works extremely hard and is always giving 110% from what I have seen. "Never Settle" is the perfect slogan for him, 11/10 would highly recommend.
