Sensei Justin's Community Dojo is a great dojo! We started with Sensei Justin in a different location and when the dojo there closed, he opened his own (it seemed) without hesitation. The discipline, strength and skills that my child has gained from the program have been invaluable. I recommend it to anyone who is interested.

I can’t say enough about Sensai Justin’s community dojo !! My 12 yr. Old son expressed he had an interest in karate but we knew we needed a place that would be understanding and accepting of the challenges my son would have . We were lucky enough to find Sensai Justin’s dojo and when I say we were floored by his acceptance by day one is an understatement. Justin and the Sempai’s are absolutely amazing ! Sensai Justin does not expect perfection ! Instead he helps each student accomplish their personal gains with understanding, acceptance and kindness . Every week my son is getting stronger and gaining confidence within himself . We are so grateful to have found Sensai Justin’s dojo !

By far the best MMA classes for my two young boys (8&11). Justin is one of the nicest Sensei's and people in general. He's a great teacher and has a very calm down to earth personality. He works great with children of all ages as well as adults ( I hear). The classes are affordable with very flexible days of attendance. And price wise? Also literally the most inexpensive option in our area. To have such a great class, close to home, with so many days a week you are able to attend, plus the Gi is included!- it's quite the steal and worth checking out.

Sensei Justin's school is awesome! All the teachers and classes are great! The love and dedication they show for karate and their students is unbelievable. For over 14 yrs my family has known Sensei Justin, Teal and Nicole when they were with Shihan Mark Morisi in D.A.S. Marial Arts in Suffern and they are continuing the tradition of excellence from there. I can say nothing but positives about them as people, and also what they have done for my 3 children. Those familiar with Morisi's DAS Academy will welcome this familiar but refreshing change to our continuing curriculum. Senseis Justin, Teile, and Nicole have gone above and beyond during this trying time of isolation and virtual training.

For those unfamiliar with the continuing philosophy, it is a mix of contemporary and traditional. The emphasis is on personal growth, to your personal level. From younglings to old folks like myself (53) the instructors push when you need the push and recognize your limitations. Everyone should be able to, and can, train.

The focus, determination, and direction of our dojo has returned, and I am very much looking forward to being able to step through the dojo doors once more, where ever they may be.

Sensei Justin is an incredible teacher. He has so much patience with all of the kids. The dedication that he puts in to each class is so amazing to watch. He helped my daughter open up so much she absolutely loves him & loves attending each class. Sensei Justin has been my son’s karate instructor for five years now. We couldn’t be happier. He is skilled in motivating his students to challenge themselves. We wouldn’t go anywhere else for karate classes. Best program and best value in downtown Suffern, it North Jersey or Rockland County for that matter!
