My goal is to help you become strong and more confident in your own body through exercise and fitness by achieving your fitness goals. I work one-on-one as well as in small groups, partner sessions and group classes to help clients improve their health through fitness and nutrition. I approach personal training holistically. The goal is to reach your fitness goals AND maintain them in a way that works with your busy life with realistic expectations that are achievable and maintainable.

Working with Melia has been a game changer in my postpartum journey. Her workouts are thoughtfully planned, fun — yet challenging — and effective. The emotional support she’s provided during my postpartum experience has been just as valuable. She continuously tailors the workouts to meet me where I’m at both physically and mentally, always shows up to sessions with a positive attitude and is always encouraging. I've been working with Melia for over a year and she is an incredible trainer. She will work with you to make a tailored workout routine and help you meet your goals. She is very knowledgeable about what she does, constantly researching new routine and techniques, and will motivate you to push yourself to new limits. I am 32 years old and and very active. I started training with Melia two years ago. I have had an incredible experience training with her. I have done a variety of fitness instructions over the years, but Melia is the first person that has helped me stay super motivated to keep pushing each week. I’ve never really been a “gym type” but ever since starting with her I’ve never felt more motivated to work out. I am stronger now than I have ever been my entire life. I started working with Melia about a year and a half ago, never having worked with a trainer before. She's smart, intuitive, and creative in the workouts she plans. She listens to what you need, checks in when you have an injury and will modify as needed. Since I travel for work, she's been great at incorporating routines that I can easily transfer to a hotel gym, which has made it much easier to maintain an exercise routine when I travel. If you're looking for a personal trainer who is dedicated to her craft and cares about your fitness goals, I would highly recommend working with Melia!

Melia is a great trainer. She made a workout plan tailored to my specific needs and goals. The plan she provides for me allows me to continually challenge myself and get stronger each day. This has had a bonus side effect on my mental health well being too. It's really true about those feel good endorphins getting kicked into gear when you workout. I have been with Melia for almost 2 yrs. Being 58 and dealing with all the changes that come with that has not been easy. Working out with Melia has given me the tools I need to get through this transitional period in my life. We took it slow in the beginning and I am amazed at the progress I have made. She plans my workouts accordingly and helps me target all my different muscle groups. Also, my stamina has improved dramatically. She has even put together a plan specifically for Menopausal women. She truly cares and I am grateful to have her in my life.
