This place changed ownership like 4/5 months ago. They’ve been charging my boyfriend for months after he canceled months ago. He paid extra for a month to month membership so he can cancel when he wants. He went in signed paper work and it was finalized. He called recently and it was supposed to get fixed but it wasn’t and now the phones are now disconnected! Now we have to change the credit card to everything and file a fraud dispute! Smh. Bad bad BAD business.

I moved back to the city in April and had reached out several times before the end of the month to cancel my "no contract" membership. By the time I was actually able to get someone on the phone (called every day for 2 weeks straight it was a few days into May and I was told that I would still be responsible to pay for June's membership fee. As much as a headache as that was, I agreed and submitted my request to cancel my membership IN WRITING to the email address that was provided to me. I was assured by the staff member that this was all that was required and that my membership would be cancelled. It is now July and I see yet ANOTHER charge on my account. Called the desk and no one answered as usual. This gym is not worth the headache to join. Spend the extra $20 and take yourself to LA Fitness PLEASE.

Ah, it was alright. Really small for such a big price though. I was a member for 2 years and changed gyms for the same price and I'm happy with no longer being with snap fitness.

Snap is my go to gym . 24 hours , 7 days a week access can’t get any more accommodating.The gym may be smaller than some but it has a good selection of equipment and free weights .The gym is clean , staff and members are curtious .If you are looking for juice bars and saunas you won’t find it but you will be able to get in and get on equipment for your workout.

I decided to try Snap Fitness while recovering from a shoulder injury and I had a great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, good variety of equipment, the gym space is clean and well maintained. Working out with trainers is a rewarding challenge. Reasonable rates. Family friendly. You can a workout in without feeling crowded, pressured, or intimidated. Well worth the investment in money, time, and sweat. Shout out to the trainers. I met my goals and my shoulder feels great!

Although this gym is smaller than its local competitors, it has all of the essentials. If you can’t make gains in this gym a bigger/fancy gym isn’t gonna do it for you ;) The gym is open 24/7, it’s never too busy and I’ve been a member for about four years. The gym’s management has made some repairs lately and that’s always a plus. The gym is kept clean and the equipment works well. To close I’d say it stacks up well against the larger local gyms. Other gyms may advertise that they aren’t busy or have small windows of crowds throughout the day, but this gym is the definition of not busy ever and fairly quiet. It’s true they don’t give out candy or pizza ;) but this gym is consistent in what it offers to it’s members.

The facility is always clean and has a good selection of equipment. I have a hectic and random work schedule so Snap is close and convenient for me. Also it's pretty affordable in comparison to the other gyms I've dealt with.

I've always had a pleasant experience at Snap. The facilities are always clean and the staff is friendly. They also have great promotions. I signed up for their summer one because I live away at school.

Due to financial issues, I had to cancel my membership about three months ago in July I went inside, asked a manager about cancelling, and he said he would "handle it." I gave him my access card, and paid him for the rest of the month. (It's part of the policy). He told me I didn't have to sign anything to quit, which didn't make sense at first, but I didn't argue. Here I am in October and they are STILL asking for payments, yet I had given them my access card so there is no possible way I could have gone inside the facility. Do not sign up for this place. They are frauds. They threatened to file me for a lawsuit, and I plan on counter suing when a manager flat out told me there was nothing for me to sign, AND he took my card and money so I am liable to pay for NOTHING. Do not deal with these cheapskates. They'll do anything to make a quick buck.
