I worked with Sneha for just four sessions, but her impact was huge. She helped me build a solid weight training program focused on gaining muscle and losing fat, and also guided me through dialing in my nutrition — especially how to manage my macros for fat loss while maintaining strength.

My husband and I attend a Circuit class where Sneha is our instructor. We are so happy with her attention to our needs and the wide variety of exercises we do at each session. We all work very hard and are so motivated by Sneha’s enthusiasm and skill that we come back twice a week. We feel that these workouts are so beneficial to us as 78 and 83 year old senior citizens. We would recommend Sneha to any age person who wants to stay fit.

Sneha conducts circuit classes in our 55+ community twice a week. She is a superb finess coach. Her exercise regimen is tailored perfectly to help us with maintaining and enhancing our muscle mass/strength, joint flexibility, gait/balance and much more. She varies the exercises just enough to keep ithe class interesting. She has a very pleasant demeanor, is laser focused, professional and very patient. Sneha has completely changed my perspective on what it takes to get the ‘ripped’ look. I was going completely in the wrong direction.
Sneha set up a nutrition plan for me that has delivered superb results. I’m in my mid fifties and I am closing in on displaying abs for the first time in my life. It’s not been easy for sure, but the plan is certainly doable without completely rearranging my life.
Sneha approaches each work out with a fresh set of exercises. After six months i’ve learned a massive repertoire of exercises that I can take into any gym (or hotel room) and build a quality regime for the day.
