FYI, 1/30/2025: As of this update post, the place appears to have permanently closed. I drove by the place recently while shopping and their foyer/entrance area looked completely emptied. Otherwise, I truly miss that place and the people that trained us were a blast to work with. Not to mention, I made some great friends along the way. :-(

Iβve been a member of SPENGA for over a year and logged more than 125 workouts. The instructors (mostly with Danielle, Brie, Julia and Tina) and their fun music playlist keep me and others engaged and motivated in spin, strength and yoga. They care and my 2 workouts per week improved on my strength, endurance, and my health (maintaining low cholesterol and blood pressure.)
For me, live guided instruction in a fixed 60 minute workout session works for me (as long as I put in the honest workout effort!).
Highly recommended. Give them a try. :) <3

Loved this workout! The variety is great and can see the set up preventing workouts from feeling monotonous. The first 20 minutes is an intense spin session, then 20 minutes of strength/weight lifting which was also nonstop. The final 20 minutes of this class was yoga which was much needed after the first 40 minutes but also kept the heart rate going. The facility is immaculate and the instructor and staff were extremely helpful. They keep machines and equipment clean and organized. During spin class you can see your stats and it is helpful to keep up and stay in your recommended βzoneβ. There are TVs in the weight section to guide you through the different workouts. I am looking forward to returning!

I have gone to Spenga for 10 months now and love it! Well, as much as I (a fitness girlie I am not) can love sweating and being sore. The staff is so sweet and chill, not too pushy or intimidating at all. They threw a pre-wedding private session for me and my friends/family. It was such a thoughtful event! Affordable for my guests and they even had a spread of breakfast bites and mimosas after! They are the best! Highly recommend the Spenga Cherry Hill cuties.

After my first visit, I knew this place was gonna be home for my health journey. Everyone there is super nice and energetic. My favorite is when they help me work on my form and how to connect my mind to muscle that I should be working. I always feel SO GOOD leaving.

They only have the same class that gets boring really fast (20 minutes on the bike, 20-minutes subpar toning and 20 minutes stretching session; all by the same instructor) You don't have the ability to do anything else as it's not a proper fitness center. For what they charge you're better off getting a membership at LA fitness or something that offers you classes, weights, and everything you need for variety and an effective workout that you can customize. Oh, and good luck trying to cancel your membership with them.

I came in around 1 PM and the door was locked. The boy who let me in seemed annoyed. I told him I was interested in seeing what Spenga had to offer. We walked in to the studio and the first thing her showed me was the leaderboard in the cycle section. He proudly told me that when cycling, you can see the stats on the board. I asked if that could be turned off if someone could not choose to have their stats posted. He said 'no", I asked how each person was identified (bike number, etc), he said first name. I asked if we could use an alias, he said "no". I told him I was interested in trying a membership but only if didn't have to have my name on leaderboard. He said, that's impossible! WHAT? I wanted to join and not be embarrassed by being at the bottom of the leaderboard because I am out of shape. I wanted to come to get in better shape and not be forced into some competition or be embarrassed. I wanted to keep my progress, or lack to myself. Then I asked one more time if there was any way to opt out of that one thing. He said "no"! I was so upset and left. I just wanted the owners to know that they are missing out on a HUGE demographic of people who will NEVER join if this mandatory, Good luck to you, I will find another place to workout that welcomes people who are out of shape and don't it wanted projected all over their facility.

I've been going to SPENGA for more than 4 months and have loved every session! All the instructors are super friendly and always welcoming whenever I walk through the door! Brie always brings the energy to her sessions with great music and a fun but challenging workout! I highly recommend it to anyone who's never worked out before or has been working out for years!

Went here for a morning class with Alexcia. So much fun! Love the combination of cardio, strength, and mobility. Alexcia was an awesome coach and made it super fun. The whole staff was very attentive and made sure my group and I had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Iβve been going to SPENGA twice a week for three weeks now. I really love Brieβs classes and I am thinking about going more often. The theme days are fun, and everything is super clean.
The workout itself appeals to my easily bored personality. I donβt have a chance to think, Iβm in survival mode from the second class starts to when it ends. I love that, and my body loves it. I never knew what an after exercise high felt like until I started taking these classes. The muscle I can already see forming on my legs and arms also helps π.

SPENGA is the best! It is unlike any other workout class I have taken before. The combination of spin, strength, and yoga leaves you feeling amazing after every class! Maybe my favorite workout ever?! I've done spin classes before but I get tired of them. I've done home workouts with weights for years. I used to run a lot but kept getting plantar fasciitis. This is truly a perfect, well rounded workout. Challenging enough, the 20 minute segments are perfect and the time goes by so fast. Studio is super clean, the lockers are a nice touch, and the instructors are wonderful.

I joined Spenga after being out of the gym since March of 2020. I havenβt even been there a month yet and everyone feels like family. The staff and the members are so motivating, friendly and welcoming. I recommend spenga for anyone no matter your fitness level. I look forward to working on myself while making new friends!

First off... Brie was amazing. She answered all my questions and concerns. I workout in a regular basis but more yoga and spin. I wasnβt sure If I would be able to keep up with the endurance part of Spenga. Brie made me feel like a rock star. She was there to support me every step of the way. I felt amazing afterwards. Iβm hooked!

Brie is a great trainer. I have known her for many years and have seen how dedicated she is to living a healthy lifestyle and helping others reach their goals by doing the same. Omg best class experience ever!! Iβm normally not a class person. Iβm a bodybuilder so I liked lifting by myself in slow pace. Last week, I tried their class for the first time because my cardio is getting boring. Spin was so much fun, Iβll need more practice but Brie was loud and clear and motivated us the whole ride as she was riding with us! Strength was my favorite. Full body workout and enough time to burn the muscles. Yoga was so relaxing and I know I need to do more of that and stretching. SPENGA is really 3 in 1. You get to do cardio, strength training and stretching in one place. Staff there are very nice. Iβm in love <3

Iβve completed 5 classes so far & I love it! It is the perfect combination of strength, spin and yoga. I was worried the workout would become monotonous but the routines are different everyday. This has been the first gym Iβve been in since the pandemic 2 years ago, it is extremely clean and and organized. I highly recommend others to give SPENGA a try, you will not be disappointed!

Everyone at SPENGA in Cherry Hill is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. My wife and I were immediately treated friendly, like family, when we were inquiring about joining. The decision was easy; there were genuine caring people there to help us with whatever we needed.
We actually attended the first class ever at the gym and have been going very frequently. There is a quote that I love that goes βHealth is Wealth,β and this is the place to get in shape! Exercising has never been more enjoyable with the 3 different work-outs integrated into a 60 minute session.
