If you haven't tried SPENGA yet, I definitely recommend doing so! My local Wall Township location is always immaculately maintained, always welcoming, and knowledgeable and friendly instructors who really help to make the most of each session. Truly a first class and extremely well-run and managed facility. It has been almost 2 years for me and I still don't think I have done the same workout twice! Very thankful that I gave this a try and have stayed with it!

Never did too much working out in a gym in the past. But a friend insisted I try SPENGA! So glad I took her advice! The SPENGA workout is always fresh with a typical session equally divided times between spin, strength and yoga. The instructors are all great; they offer suggestions to correct technique or modifications to ease the challenge. They are very encouraging and supportive and always willing to answer questions or talk about maximizing benefit. Love my morning instructors: Karlie, Lauren, Piper, Cheryl and Anita

So many years of trying to find the right place, I finally feel like I found my gym and home at Spenga! It truly feels like I am a part of a community amongst the teachers and the regulars. The combination of spin strength and yoga is exactly what I was looking for, and Iβve never been stronger and as capable as I am now. As a singer, who never considered themselves an athlete, I finally feel proud of the strong woman I am becoming thanks to Spenga! πͺ

I joined this gym because I liked the format of the workout and because they had early morning classes that fit my schedule. Now a few years later they have changed from the Spenga format of 20spin/20strength/20yoga to most classes just being 45 minutes of strength. If I wanted that I would have stayed at F45 or The Lift. Once my 30 class pack is used up I won't be renewing.

Work out is killer. I have been looking for something to switch up my routine of body building style work outs. SPENGA has a little bit of everything. I still can feel the pump of lifting weights but also incorporate an awesome cardio work out and then wind down with some light yoga. Lauren, Tracy, Joe, Amanda, all awesome over at Wall SPENGA!!

I love spin, strength training and yoga but I do not want to do any one of them for a full hour. This 20/20/20 workout is perfect. I am addicted and seeing great results. The gym is spotless and the instructors are all fabulous!

SPENGA has been the perfect workout for me. I have been trying to get back into my college athlete shape and it has really kickstarted that process! I love warming up on the spin bikes, hitting the weights with a little cardio and then finishing with a rejuvenating yoga session. If youβre even thinking about it, I say DO IT.

Absolutely love Spenga! I was a college athlete and I have been going to a regular gym. This has been the best exercise Iβve gotten in years and it helps to make me feel like an athlete again. I also love how it is inclusive- different weight options and modifications make it so people of all different fitness levels can feel comfortable and get a good work out in. Instructors are very nice. If you are thinking about it- do it!

I joined Spenga because I was looking for a different experience. I really enjoy the three different types of exercise. I had never done any of them together though. I can honestly say that they truly compliment each other. It's been a great experience so far. The instructors have all been excellent. I feel like this is a very sustainable way of exercising. I'm looking forward to reaching my fitness goals with this program. They offer 5 am classes which is great for my busy schedule. I highly recommend this program

SPENGA is my new favorite place to be. The minute you walk through the doors, itβs a beautiful experience. The lobby is bright and white with your own personal lockers. Clean bathrooms. Easy to sign in and get ready for class. Itβs 20 minutes of spin, 20 minutes of strength and 20 minutes of yoga. The classes are as challenging as you want them to be. I push myself hard here and I am already seeing some major gains 16 sessions in. They even have aromatherapy during yoga! They give modifications for almost everything if you need it. Itβs welcoming for anybody, whether youβve been working out for years or this is your first workout in quite a while. You can do it and you wonβt regret it. Itβs an awesome workout and I am so happy I joined!
