I am very happy to be a member of Station Athletics For Her. The coaches are awesome. Thanks for all their support and dedication. The level of strength and fitness that I’ve achieved since joining this gym has amazed me. The small group classes are fun and the coaches are willing to adjust the training to meet your individual needs. I appreciate that exercises can be tailored specifically for each woman’s abilities. Routines change frequently which keeps classes fresh and interesting. I also greatly enjoy the company of the other women. We encourage each other to do our personal best. Thank you!

My experience at the gym is all positive, the coaches are all professional and are eager to work with you.
Once you join up, they will put you through some basic exercises to see what your range of fitness is and work closely with you to increase your flexibility and improve your strength.
Joining the Station gym has worked wonders for me, and it can do the same for you.

In 2021 I transitioned to Station Athletics at Roseland and here is where I gained confidence in my abilities. I love the workouts, coaches and other members BUT the gym space is really annoying me! I have been a loyal member since day #1 at SA4H & we were promised that we would have more space in a year. Well it has been over 2 years.
I continue to pay the same amount when we were at the original location as well as I was a paying member during COVID. I don’t want to hear any more excuses that it’s the town that is holding it up. If that’s the case then move the gym to a different location so that we can have enjoy what we pay for. The floors are dirty and the limited space we have is so cramped with random stuff. I joined this gym since it was a women’s only gym but I feel like I’m back in my college dorm days!
Sometimes I feel like the SA4H members are ignored and I have other members (past & current) and coaches tell me that they are surprised that I am still a member due to the gym conditions.
I’m sharing this with nothing but respect and appreciation, because I know how much you and the rest of the coaching staff care about the members and the overall experience. Thanks again for all the support and encouragement — looking forward to many more great workouts ahead!

If your goal is to become stronger and feel fit, join Station Athletics! I saw results in about 3 weeks, I lost body fat and gained muscle mass. The coaches watch and correct gently so you don't hurt yourself and can maximize each move to get you stronger. I can't say enough about the coaches! The clients are very helpful and friendly as well! I go to the Denville location but I've been to a few others as well and it's been the same experience!

Coaches provide great instruction plus nutrition plan. Doesn't matter if you have any experience they treat everyone the same.

This is a wonderful gym & the workouts are great. I felt the high intensity from my first class and was very inspired by the coaches as well as fellow gym buddies. Everyone is kind, helpful and encouraging & even though the classes are hard, it certainly took my fitness journey to the next level. Thanks to the amazing manager Courtney for being so welcoming and to all the instructors for being the best.

I started at Station Athletics doing the 6 week challenge. I was nervous because I had never been to any gym before but after meeting with Courtney (who is so kind and helpful) to go through the details of the challenge I decided to go for it. All of the coaches are amazing and always fun. They are extremely helpful and go through the motions thoroughly so you’re using the correct form. They also will provide modifications if you’re not quite there yet for some of the workouts but they also encourage you when they think you’re ready to try something. The workouts are challenging and are different every single day. I can’t say enough good things about this gym. It is a great fit for beginners like me and is also filled with the strongest, most athletic people I’ve ever seen. If you’re thinking of trying it, go for it! You won’t regret it.

Since joining Station Athletics @Sparta, I have regained my strength through the help and guidance of the coaches. The classes that I often attend are extremely energetic with the music pumping to motivate me. The coaches are very passionate about what they do, and they take the time to tend to your needs. I have met so many friendly people who help encourage me as well…we encourage one another. I can see myself working out anywhere else.

I ended up becoming a member after signing up for the 6week program back in April. The program was great for me and I enjoyed it immensely. The program consist of nutrition plan, grocery shopping list, unlimited visits to the gym, a meal plan and 2 goals to reach at the end of the program, and you have to weight in every Monday to see your progress throughout the weeks.
They have different class time but my favorite class was the 10:15 which is one of the class that most 6 week challengers attend. It was so comforting knowing that you will be in class with other challengers and people in the same fitness level as you.
I been to a couple of CrossFit gym in Sussex in this one has been my favorite one. Definitely exceeded my expectations. All the coaches and current members make you feel right at home. The best part is when start seeing those results.

I'm currently doing the 6 week challenge and so far I'm loving it. The workouts are almost too much and I say that because I'm learning that I'm capable of more than I thought of while working out. Having had a baby 9 months ago and not working out but a handful of times since, I was very nervous I wouldn't be able to do this. While the workouts are difficult, the coaches will modify them where needed while motivating you to push yourself. You're provided with a meal plan as well to fit your dietary needs and help you reach your goals. Unlike with a traditional gym, I have never once felt intimidated or judging coming to Station Athletics and I really enjoy the environment. Everyone there is at a different level and that's okay! If you're considering giving it a try, do it!!

Station Athletics is the greatest, most welcoming crossfit gym. I just returned after a short hiatus, and the amount of friendly faces, and helping coaches was overwhelming. It made me feel so much more comfortable. The classes are great and no matter what your experience level is, you can do it! I highly recommend anyone to take that leap and come by the gym!

Station Athletics @ Sparta is not your average gym where no one knows your name let alone offer you a smile. Here you truly become part of their community. Exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable folks at Sparta location makes my 30 plus minute drive totally worth it. The coaches hold you accountable, they help with meal planning, weekly weigh-ins and addressing any questions or concerns one may have to achieve their fitness goals. I have been a member of big box gyms for over 20 years but they just don’t compare. Although workouts are high intensity, instructors are very mindful of every participant’s personal endurance. Group setting classes are ideal for shy beginners to get them out of their comfort zone or even serious athletes but are never over crowded. They offer vast schedule of group classes as well as open gym hours. Great selection of equipment that is not your typical elliptical or dumbbells. What I love most is the fact that every class is different and full of energy which makes working out fun and riveting. Honestly, I don’t think my family and I can ever go to a traditional boring gym ever again because this has changed our outlook on exercising.

This CrossFit gym is more than just a gym. The people that workout there are so kind and motivating. All of the coaches are very supportive and helpful through the workouts. If you are looking for a place to feel comfortable lifting and learning how to become a better you I would highly suggest doing the 6 week challenge. I did the challenge and then ended up joining as a member!

Great gym, excellent coaches... I started out as a newbie to Olympic lifting and some of the challenging CrossFit workouts but with constant attention and encouragement from coaches and peers, I feel like I’ve made good progress. I feel stronger and look forward to workouts. Highly recommend this gym to anybody looking for challenging workouts, good results and expert coaching in a positive environment.

Wanting to learn the olympic lifting aspect of fitness, I joined without question. All of the coaches have been attentive, encouraging, and most of all focused on making sure I get the full benefit out of the movements and class as a whole. Although it still takes me 10 minutes to mentally amp myself up to enroll in a strength day, I am always left at the end fortunate that I had pushed myself to go. Being a group fitness instructor myself has left me too comfortable and I love it here because once or twice a week I can get better at things I know I need to work on in order to continue feeling fulfilled in fitness. The endurance days are a ball but the strength days are a grind and I love that. Every workout is programmed for members to progress and modifications offered. The more you attend the more your body will adapt and everyone just needs to give that a chance.

Sparta Station Athletics is worth every penny! I went in on a promotional offer, not knowing really anything about CrossFit or “gym-life”, but decided I needed change! All I can say is all the coaches I have encountered are amazing! Supportive, motivating, and just overall great mentors. March 2022 Started on a 6 weeks free Program lost over 15 lbs. I signed up for 6 months. And Lost another 40lbs. Due to work hours I couldn’t complete program, coach Vicki gave me and extra 12 weeks to come in after missing over 3 months of activities. They were easy within my injuries and found ways to accommodate work outs to accomplish same exercise. I Live in Jersey but work in NY. Schedule & commute from work put me on Hold again. If they had a later time after 6 pm. I can be active again. I didn’t reach my Gold but have to appreciate the work and effort they put in their CrossFit program ( Work outs) thumbs up! 5 stars all the way. Give Sparta a chance, and you won’t regret it. From 297lbs to 244lbs within 3 or 4 months. Thank you Sparta. I will be back again!. I’ve kept my weight at 243lbs but from Nov 2022 til Now Jan 2023 , I went up 12 lbs😠

This is a great gym with a great staff, especially Vicky and Courtney. I started 6 months ago and lost 60lbs. Its not just the work out, but the nutritional advice they give you to help you understand how to eat better. Going to a gym can be intimidating but everyone here is very friendly and welcoming. The workouts are can be tough but well worth it. Even if something is too difficult for you the staff will modify the work out to suit you skill level. Highly recommended.

So many great things to say. My experience was life changing & challenging. Every exercise was explained to show proper technique, superior coaching unlike any other gym I have ever been in. Family setting, motivational, passionate amongst so many other things. The best part about being a member is how understanding and motivating the other members are. Everyone pushes you to accomplish your goal. I could not believe my progress and strength gain just after a couple of months. Courtney worked with me tremendously to perfect each exercise so I could perform it properly. She was the best coach I ever had. I became addicted to the results. CrossFit became a way of life for me now and Station is my recommendation to anyone who wants to put the work in to change their lifestyle!

If you’re looking for a place to get fit, have fun and be a part of a family, Sparta Station Athletics is the place to be! I am 4 1/2 months into my transformation and look forward each day for my workout. All of the trainers are super knowledgeable, will push you beyond your limits and will modify workouts accordingly based on your fitness level. All of the members are also very helpful and push each other throughout each workout. I highly recommend Sparta Station Athletics!!

Always wanted to see what CrossFit was about and when I finally decided to try it I was hooked immediately. The combination of strength and endurance was a perfect mix for my lifestyle. But what really kept me going was the coaches and atmosphere, so friendly and helpful with just the right amount of attitude to keep you pushing through your goals. Great gym and great people. Best workout I've ever done. I lost 15lb In just over 3 months. It's amazing how fast your body transforms with Crossfit. I come from a background of working out 2 body parts a day. Now I've come to realize that was such a waste of time. The coaching is excellent. They really cater to your individual needs and push you to do better. I'll never go back to the regular gym...Crossfit for life...
