I absolutely love Alaija — she does a fantastic job. I typically have great experiences with the staff, who are always cheerful and welcoming. I did want to share some feedback regarding the front desk interaction with Julia. There have been several occasions where I haven’t been greeted, even when she greets others who arrive after me. For example, on Friday, November 14th, I was sitting in the waiting area when a gentleman came in after me, and Julia took him straight back without acknowledging me. I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed.

Post transplant , i make very little money. I specifically told this place I do not want recurring monthly fees , I want to pay as I go. They did it anyway without telling me. Sneaky and deceitful.
They'll say they sent an email about it which is irrelevant as it was never supposed to happen.

Nice upfront, the person who stretched was very pleasant, but only downhill from there. Wildly pushy about signing up for more sessions (I counted 4 attempts to buy a package before leaving. Double charged and no refund.

I am so happy I found this place. Everyone is amazing from the front desk to the flexologist! I have had the pleasure working with Henry, Mathew, Kayla and Ralph (so far) All were superb! They leave detailed notes so they all understand the goal you are trying to achieve. Since I’ve been going I’ve been feeling much better. I’m not in as much pain in the mornings when I get out of bed. They also gave me some stretches to do at home. But nothing beats the assisted stretches! The place is also very clean! Wiping tables and equipment after each client. I can’t speak enough about the staff. I just wished my insurance covered this because I feel so much better with these assisted stretch sessions. Try it you’ll be glad you did!

Just celebrated my one year anniversary here! I am so much more mobile and can do so much more than when I started. The flexologists talk to you to ensure that there is no pain. They work with you patiently to get what you need. Highly recommend!!!

Have been a client at Stretchlab for about 9 monthes now & all I can say is WOW! I used to wake up every morning with aches & pains all over my body (regular getting old stuff). Now, I wake up every morning & nothing aches - no more moans & groans. The staff & owners are all amazing.

I've been going about 2 months. Very inspired to also stretch at home because it's made a tremendous difference. I like that while I usually stick with the same person you can choose someone else for a different stretching experience. Each therapist seems to have their own style based on their background. I love Henry, who has a fitness trainer background and Kyla who might be more dance, yoga, or masseuse. Not sure which but together they've helped my flexibility and ease of movement tremendously. I highly recommend the service.

Everyone is super friendly. The stretch lab is meticulously clean and a very conducive environment. I stretch with Kayla who is amazing. The one thing I just recently struggled with is there cancellation policy. I signed up for three months. I verbally reported that I most likely would not resign it was verbally heard from staff. A suspension was mentioned but not “the cancel policy” There was no discussion of a one-month email cancellation notice needed so I was charged for a fourth month - I wasn’t planning on doing another month - Yes it’s told to you in the beginning and yes it’s in your contract but out of respect they could’ve mentioned it. The several times I was in for my last month- maybe Something like a friendly reminder if you’re not resigning you need email us officially that you are canceling. I’m just letting you all know this in case you have a 3 month plan. It feels like just another tricky way to get a few hundred bucks before you leave the stretch lab . Thanks ! Enjoy !
