I have been lifting for years and consider myself quite educated when it comes to the human body and working out, but Bond fitness completely takes it to the next level. Julian is extremely knowledgeable and able to explain things so a person of any level of experience will understand. He also gives every single person the attention they need to keep them motivated. I can't recommend this place enough.

I’d give Dr. Julian Bond and Strong Bond Health way more than five stars if I could. I’ve been working with him and his team for multiple years (initially for physical therapy—first for nerve entrapment/arm health, then overall development—now personal training and group HIIT classes). Not only have I made more progress training at Strong Bond than anywhere else in my life, but I’ve made so many friends who are now essentially family. That familial quality has led to an unbeatable energy, enabling each person—no matter their age, background, or goals—to feel comfortable, motivated, and valued. Not only that, but being able to share the space with incredibly talented up-and-coming athletes (football, soccer, basketball, track, crew, and more)—many of whom first join to rehab common sports injuries (ACL, Achilles, rotator cuff, etc.) or preventative strengthening—has encouraged me to challenge myself (now in my early 30s) to hit fitness/strength goals I didn’t even think to try in high school or college.
I’m so grateful for the quality of care and coaching that I’ve been able to receive at Strong Bond Health, and to be part of the Strong Bond Family. I look forward to watching (and experiencing) the results of Dr. Bond’s hard work, skill, and expertise for years to come.
