If you're looking for a gym that will accept you as you are and then push you to be better, Struck is your place.
In the worst physical and mental shape of my life, I decided to take a chance on Struck Fitness. I gathered my courage and signed up for a trial. Theresa listened to my honest and humble goals for myself, and then congratulated me on changing the rest of my life.
I rolled my eyes and said we needed to start with 30 days.
That was 8 months and a lifetime ago. I’m stunned by how good I feel, mentally and physically. Group fitness was never my thing, but Struck changed all that. The Struck coaches have challenged me, the classes have engaged me, and the community has breathed new life into my faith in gyms.

For me, finding a fitness center that meets my needs is crucial but not easy. Finding Struck Fitness was like finding a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow! Struck offers knowledgable, supportive trainers with well planned classes as well as nutritional guidance. I’ve been consistently challenged at every class and am so happy I found this awesome family!

It’s a great and motivating experience as I try to do things,improve my ability to do exercises.I think a book with an accompanying video should be made to give to purchasers of the class.this way you can remember the name with exercises.many teachers attend regular classes and I ask and watch what they do. They should be each routine with modifications for each type of exercise

I’m one month in to membership and found Struck Fitness is a great place to help me meet my fitness goals. Early classes are convenient, the style of class allows people of all levels to work out together, and there is a culture of acceptance and encouragement for each person’s path. It’s beyond Boot Camp… it’s community, it’s accountability and supporting, and if you live in town a no-brainer to get yourself up and moving on a regular basis.
The team of instructors all have unique styles and it’s been fun getting to know each of them… Grouchos, kettle bells and all.

Theresa and team make working out fun and they make sure it is done correctly. They work with everyone, no matter what their abilities are and help with modifications for those that need it. There are no negative attitudes and the staff uses positive reinforcement to keep motivation high!

I’ve never been the type to go to the gym and work out but a few months ago I decided that it was time. I checked out a few of the national chains and knew they were not for me; I just didn’t like the atmosphere or the vibe. A friend of mine told me about Struck Fitness. I figured it’s close to my house, so why not? From my first contact with Theresa, I had a feeling this would the right place for me, however, I did have one big concern; the majority of the members are woman and I’m a man. I tried the two trial classes and signed up. The trainers are incredibly supportive and much to my surprise and delight so are the other members. Every class is different which keeps things fresh. I’m coming up on three months now and I’ve lost weight, my strength is increasing and I feel great. I can’t say enough about how much I enjoy going. The trainers, especially Angie, really care about your success. Go for it, you won’t regret it!

I love Struck Fitness - the classes are always fun, upbeat and different. Some days are more cardio focused, while others are more strength focused. The coaches are motivating and engaging. I love the people and inviting feeling you get when you walk through the door. Everyone is there to take care of their mind and body, and no matter your size, age, shape or fitness level, everyone encourages and cheers each other on! And working out with friends is the best.

Great and supportive community! Great workout compressed into 45 min. It’s also very much scaleable. You can modify it if you’re just starting and if you’re on good shape you can modify it to challenge you. Highly recommended!

Struck fitness is very welcoming place to work out. I’m 50 and have never gotten into workouts at a gym but this place focuses on getting there, doing your best and encouraging. Easy to use app and flexible times for classes. Classes can be for all levels since instructors know how to modify up or down for success.

I’ve done both personal training and the bootcamp classes as Struck. The personal training was excellent and helped me to learn good form without getting hurt. Angie was great to work with and changed my mindset on what I was capable of. The bootcamp classes are also awesome! Great variety of workout, pushes me to be my best, and a positive supportive atmosphere to boot! I recommend joining if you need something different than your average chain gym. It’s a community of supportive people and common goals. I’ve never felt safer or happier at a gym. Struck truly delivers!

Great gym with warm and motivating people! There are so many classes to chose from that are good for multiple fitness levels. I truly appreciate that my daughter can come to the studio with me and relax in the waiting area so I don't have to get childcare every time I want to go to class.

Struck Fitness is amazing! The support system they have in place is something I have never felt before. I was nervous it would be too hard for me…it is hard, but I’ve learned that growth happens when you get uncomfortable! Starting my mornings with such a positive group of people has made a profound difference in my physical and emotional health. I almost look forward to my alarm clock going off! And….I never thought I would miss working out, on the days I don’t go I actually feel like I am missing something!

The decision in Sept 2021 to join Struck Fitness was one of the best that I've made in years! It's convenient for this full-time working mom of young school aged children. The classes are challenging, quick, and dynamic and the trainers are knowledgeable, engaging and inspiring. My most favorite part of joining Struck is the comradery with each and every member. No one is judging or looking at you because we're too busy getting through the exercise and cheering each other on! Come check us out. I promise you'll love it as much as I do!

Getting up at 5:40am isn't easy but, somehow, I've been doing it 3x/week for over a month. I think it's because I know that working out at Struck Fitness makes me feel strong and energized. What a great way to start the day! The workouts are varied and challenging, and Theresa and her staff make you feel like you can do just about anything. Whether you need support during class or outside of class, physical, mental or nutritional, Theresa and her staff are there to help. The only thing I regret is not having started sooner!

Theresa and everyone at Struck are incredible!!! I started when I was a few months pregnant, and even though they don't have a pre-natal program, they have worked with me and give me modifications for any exercise I shouldn't do. They are so good about making sure I'm both safe, and working hard!!! Couldn't recommend them enough.

I love working out at Struck Fitness. Theresa is the most amazing coach- she is supportive, encouraging and always there to show you the right way to get maximum benefits. The people who go to Struck are all so welcoming and energetic. Theresa's philosophy of no negative self talk has cultivated an atmosphere of happy, healthy people to work out with. In addition, everyone is very careful about covid and wiping down equipment constantly with disinfectant wipes, so my mind is always at ease and I can focus on being my best self. If you are looking for stellar coaches and amazing people to work out with, look no further than Struck Fitness. You will never regret it!

I joined Struck Fitness last summer. Since then I have noticed not only is my shape becoming more toned, but I FEEL better. I have more endurance when I run and more overall strength.
