Amazing place, Maribeth and her family of Yogi's are truly "non intimidating", running classes that allow for both the beginner and experienced to participate. Whether it's in-studio (Covid compliant with distancing) or virtually (via FB), this practice has really helped me both physically and emotionally (beating the Covid-crazies !).

I've been a member of Sukha for a few years now and I can't say enough about this studio. It's friendly, fun and the instructors are amazing. Even during the pandemic I have still felt a part of a wonderful community by participating with the online and outdoor classes this summer. Now that classes have resumed indoors, there's plenty of room to social distance while practicing. I also took a 30 day challenge HIIT Zoom class with Peggy which is ending this week. WOW!! It's fantastic. 3 live classes, either in studio or on Zoom and 3 days of instruction for home workouts and a Pilates class on Saturday. It has definitely motivated me to have a daily workout regime and I look forward to another session in the next month or so. Can't beat the price either. Check this studio out, you won't be sorry.

Joining Sukha South was one of the best decisions I've made -- not only for my physical well-being, but mental as well. Sukha offers a great variety of classes and the instructors are beyond amazing. The instructors are willing to teach you new and challenging poses (when you are up for it), but totally understand that sometimes it's a struggle just to make it onto your mat.
If you're just starting your Yoga practice or if you've been practicing for years -- make Sukha your home away from home. I promise that you won't regret it!

I have played around with yoga many times but never found a place that made me feel like it was where I wanted to be. As I am aging, I am losing flexibility and balance, things I always had in abundance, and it scared me! I figured I better get my butt to a yoga studio and get serious. Thank God I found Sukha! I love the friendly community here, the teachers who always respect everyone's level and encourage you to listen to your body and do what feels right, today, which may different from what felt right yesterday. There are all kinds of yoga classes, barre, pilates, even self defense workshops. There is truly something for everyone, no matter your age, fitness level, flexibility or gender. And THE BEST yoga teachers ever!

After years of feeling out of place doing yoga, I have finally found a safe space for my practice! Every instructor is accommodating, friendly, and accepting. Prices are PHENOMENAL. They truly live up to their slogan, "Non-Intimidating"! If you're looking for a good workout, great people, and great prices, go to Sukha!

I google Yoga near me and researched All my options and after careful study I realized Sukha was the place to start. Practicing yoga at Sukha takes care of my physical needs while also creating a wonderful peacefulness to start the day. There are an abundance of classes to choose from and as always no intimidation whatsoever. What I love about Marybeth is that she wants you to grow and learn but at your own pace. She has created a wonderful welcoming community of people that I am so grateful to be a part of .

I just joined Sukha about a month ago. Maribeth made me feel welcome right from the get-go. I felt I needed to add yoga into my journey of health and fitness and even in the short amount of time I’ve been at the studio I feel so much more open and aligned. All the teachers I’ve had bring their own flare to their classes but always in a positive way. I was nervous about feeling embarrassed or behind everybody in the class’ progress but the studio is truly why it stands by, being “non intimidating”. Love Sukha!

I recently started taking classes at SUKHA and immediately became hooked. My body and mind have been begging me to get back into yoga and I am so glad I did. From the first class I took with Jake, I was totally hooked. This studio has made me excited to get back into my practice and has welcomed me with nothing but positive, friendly, and supportive vibes. For my third time there I already signed up for two workshops and took the first today. Kim was amazing! I can’t wait to join more of the workshops and classes with the rest of the SUKHA members and teachers I haven’t practiced with yet. I also love that Marybeth is a huge advocate for DoTerra oils. I have been using them for years and they have changed my physical, mental, and emotional state in such positive ways. I am so happy I was introduced to SUKHA! The best yoga studio around!

Just got home from the restorative workshop today and had to write about it. Kim is amazing. When Maribeth first announced the restorative workshop, I signed up right away. I was probabaly the first to do so! I was so excited to hear Kim was back and I love coming to any restorative type class, whether it’s Kim or Cathy who teaches every Sunday.
Sukha is such a great place with many different classes offered. If you haven’t been here yet, get here right away! And if you have been here you know exactly what I’m talking about!!

There is a recent review from anew patron of SUKHA that is completely inaccurate. As a current patron of Sukha and an attendee at the restorative yoga workshop I can attest to the fact that nobody was shamed. Nobody in this small yoga studio even knew that there was an issue that occurred prior to class. I think that it’s important to remember that although someone may feel shamed, there is a stark difference between the way that we feel and what actually occurred. Clearly the owner handled the situation graciously because the small room full of about 30 people had no idea that there was a disagreement or miscommunication. Workshops like these require materials and the instructor only had enough materials for those who booked and paid ahead of time. All of these instructions are clear on the website and various forms of social media. Lastly each instructor goes over upcoming offerings and ways to engage in the offerings after each class. Sukha Is certainly the best yoga studio around. The owner goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and cared for.

I bought a package and took a class and found out about restorative yoga special class. I was told to sign up ahead of time online. So I signed up through the mind body app which I used to sign up for the first class I took. I show up for the restorative yoga and the owner told me that I didn’t sign up right and couldn’t take the course, I showed her I signed up on mind body and she said that “if you came here more you would know you have to go to the website, it’s on Facebook” she completely shamed me for my inability to practice yoga more often, I just moved to the area and have practiced yoga in the past. I have been trying to motivate myself and the owner of a studio who supposedly preaches no judgement shamed me in front of a room full of other yoga students. So I asked for a refund for the class package I bought and she gladly gave me back my money without attempting to keep me as a customer. This studio is not a positive place for anyone coming to practice yoga. I have physical limitations I can only imagine how this woman would have shamed me during a class. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE

I have been going to Sukha for a while now and I have to say that it has been a wonderful experience. It is truly a "no judgment" zone. Every class is fun. I always leave there feeling amazing; having the chance to show my body some love and feeling like I got the workout that I'm always looking for. All of the instructors are warm, encouraging and supportive. They truly motivate me and I'm always looking forward to going back again. I highly recommend the team at Sukha.

After working on weight loss for the last year (well, all my life, really) I was ready to try some form of exercise. My daughter loves Sukha and suggested I try it. All I can say is WOW!! I never expected the mind health that improves along with the body health!! I started with Slow Flow with Gloria and am hooked! What a wonderful class. I HIGHLY recommend Sukha...went and tried a location closer to home, and it wasn’t bad, but just not the same. I get personal guidance and really never felt like I “stuck out” as a beginner. Can’t say enough good things but the fact that I drive 30 minutes to get there speaks volumes. Thanks Shannon for suggesting. Have also met the owner and she is super nice!

Love this place, there is an instructor for anyone and everyone! I have taken most of the classes and have never been disappointed. I am no spring chicken and have lots of arthritis, and these people are the reason I am still moving. Try it, you will absolutely love it!!

After having 2 babies in 2 years, I was terrified to get back on my mat. Maribeth, along with her fantastic teachers, welcomed me with open arms and encouraged my journey on and off my mat. Sukha has an incredibly warm energy and a strong community of members. Maribeth takes the time to get to know all of her students and creates an atmosphere of growth and acceptance. I’m so thankful that I’m able to practice yoga at her studio. 💜🕉💟

SUKHA is amazing! Love the variety of teaching styles and sense of community among the “regulars.” Every class is a new experience and I love the special events like yoga on the beach and Akashic readings! I had never taken yoga before visiting SUKHA and now I’m hooked. Maribeth will make you feel at home. Pilates is awesome too - shout out to Peg who even sends us video workouts! Every instructor is fantastic.

I love the space and the overall energy in the studio. So far I've taken classes with Gloria, who goes above and beyond what I'd expect a yoga teacher to do (with essential oils, cold washcloths, and head massages - amazing little touches) and she made me feel comfortable (yet challenged) from the first day. I also hear great things about the other teachers and look forward to trying different classes soon!

Earlier this year I was invited to attend a yoga class at Sukha. I’m an avid runner and weightlifter, so I was excited to add yoga to my fitness regimen. The 6:00am class was well attended with a range of ages and experience levels. I was welcomed by Maribeth and many of the other attendees which helped break the ice and get me settled in. I had previously discussed with Maribeth that I was training for a marathon – she added some very helpful yoga exercises to the class that I still use regularly today. Throughout the class Maribeth helped the attendees with their personal goals and encouraged others to push their limits. I enjoyed the music and guided meditation. After class the attendees socialized. Whenever I’m in New Jersey, I make an effort to attend a class and reconnect with the people I met there.

The whole experience from music, to teachers, to other people that are taking a class with you have such an amazing vibe. I have had the pleasure of having three different instructors at Suhka South.. They were all amazing! All three instructors gave so many different options for each pose. Sukha South makes everyone feel welcome. The studio has an amazing vibe... from the music that is played, the incredible Dharmas, the friendly and funny instructors, and last but not least.. the great clients that help create the perfect studio...
I love that all of the instructors love what they do and they want you to love it as well. They want you to try poses but they make it very clear that if you fall out of a pose.. no one cares because it is JUST YOGA!!!
I truly believe that this is a quintessential example of a place that can change lives!!! Maribeth has without a doubt changed mine...

SUKHA SOUTH!!!! So excited to see Sukha open its second location. Sukha has become such an amazing space for so many people, including myself.
Truly a "non-intimidating" yoga studio. Many classes attract people who've never practiced, practiced two years, or practiced twenty years! All classes are comfortable for all experience levels. The classes embody "community," physical growth, and mental growth.

Sukha Yoga has been a great experience with good people, good fun. I really enjoy the early class, as it is such a nice way to start your day. Maribeth is very down to earth, everything is low key, and you don't have to be a pro to fit right in! Whether you are good at yoga or not you'll enjoy the experience. Very non intimidating, with a new play list of music every day. Not your traditional formal yoga practice.
