I have been going to this gym for a while, I love that it is 24/7 and I have never had an issue.
Last year around March I could not pay my membership due to financial issues, I emailed them and asked if they could just hold off for the month and still allow me to workout and I will pay the balance next month when I receive my first paycheck. They agreed and ever since then I have stayed loyal to this gym for being understanding.

Management here are thieves!!!! Annual contract was up. They still require written cancellation of membership which is illegal in NJ. Laws have been passed to make cancellation easy in NJ. They continued to try to charge my cancelled credit card and tacked on lates fee and when it didn’t work they sent it to collections. Services were no longer being used. A bunch of THIEVES. Take your money and business elsewhere.

Do not recommend this place at all. The manager Anna is rude and targeted my whole family, who were members. My 2 daughters cancelled back in November and now all of a sudden she is charging their credit card for an annual fee. My husband tried canceling and still got charged. When asked for a refund she became rude and he yelled at her. She then targeted my daughters telling them they were no longer allowed in the gym. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere because the manager is not friendly and is only out for your money. She doesn’t know how to deal with customers or run a business.

And blamed me for not giving a 15 day notice .

Quiet gym, good range of equipment. Some of the frequent use stuff could stand to be updated like the adjustable benches, but I really like the place overall. Staff is very friendly and non invasive. It's also kept clean, from the mirrors to the bathrooms to the equipment.

The gym itself is nice with good space to lift and sufficient equipment and, a good environment with other lifters. Often machines are shut down for weeks at a time due to being broken or being “reupholstered”. Also bring headphones because the music in the gym is often not lifting music and cannot be changed by associates.

While working out there I had seen many spider webs on many equipment or bugs themselves. I had once went with a friend of mine only to have the worker give me a lot of attitude. I also had several issues with payments as I always paid in cash but they kept trying to say that when they would run my card it wouldn’t go through. Which isn’t a surprise as I never gave them my card but being harassed through emails phone calls about owing money. Now I get an email that I owed a lot and was sent to a debt collector. The communication is severely lacking and I really hope I don’t have any issues if I ever go another temple fitness let alone another gym.

This gym has a lot of big pluses that make it the perfect gym IMO. First it is never overcrowded. It is a big gym with lots of equipment. I have never had to wait for a machine or equipment. The staff is always cleaning. Every time I am there during staffed hours they are either cleaning or helping a client with exercise advise. Also being 24/7 makes it very flexible for your schedule. Would recommend to anyone looking for a gym in Sussex.

I honestly really like coming here! The staff and other members are friendly and cool 😎 I really like the 24hr access of the gym! With everybody’s busy schedules nowadays sometimes when life happens it’s really hard to get a workout in but with 24 hr access there’s no excuse haha. My only complaint is that sometimes machines break and they seem to take a while for repairs but that’s my reason for the 4 star review. Oh and some merchandise like T shirts and hoodies would be a great addition! But all in all a great place to workout!

I’ve been going to Temple Fitness since before the Pandemic and it is a great place to goto for a good workout. All ages from teens to seniors go there and there always is a place to do your workouts. With lots of things to do from equipment to free weights to get it done. Treadmills - Bikes - stair machines and more. It’s also in a good location with fair pricing.

I contact them to cancel my membership because of pandemic virus we have they said no I have to pay them for contract before they cancel and they want you to sign waver before you work out. Nice no frills gym that is now the best equipped fitness center in the area.The machines and equipment are all too notch and they have some unique machines that the competition doesn't have.I like that everything is spaced out properly and you have room to workout without bumping into other gym members.
