We are a small group fitness studio for women. We curate workouts so you can find your strength and build your best body in less time.
When you join the Clubhouse, you will learn how to get super efficient in your workouts using interval-based training with minimal equipment.

Clubhouse is my favorite place to workout! Morgan's 35 burn class is fast, effective, fun and HARD! The music is always spot on and its the best way to start my day. Her 45 hot Pilates is definitely the best and hardest class - it’s always challenging and you leave feeling amazing!

Morgan has done such an amazing job creating a space for those of us who want a fast, effective and safe workout. The instructors she’s chosen to lead the variety of classes are so proficient at explaining not only the exercise, but the why and how, so you can really understand the movement. You can definitely feel the deep level of knowledge and passion for fitness. The classes may feel challenging, but the instructors keep you moving with positive encouragement that doesn’t feel fake or cheesy. They make me want to keep going, even when it gets hard, and at the same time, they make room for you to go at your own pace and offer modifications for different levels.
As someone who doesn’t usually enjoy group fitness classes, I find myself coming back again and again.

The Clubhouse has been a wonderful find. The classes are tough but fun, the music is great, and Morgan and all the instructors are always accommodating if you need to make modifications. As someone who has never "enjoyed" working out, this is the first place I've found that I like enough to consistently attend. And the 35 minute classes are fantastic to get in a great work-out that doesn't take up an entire morning.

Group fitness was always a huge part of my life until the pandemic. During Covid I started working out at home and didn't realize what was missing from my life until I found The Clubhouse. As a working mom, it is hard to find time to work out but Morgan’s 35 minute classes pack in everything you need in a short time. I feel stronger and more toned after each class so I am always happy I put in the time and effort. She mixes up the classes so I never get bored and the music is great! I have tried Sam’s class which is a fun (and hard!) fusion of cardio and yoga. I also enjoy classes with Alex, Callie-Ann and Grier. Happy to have found such a great group of women leading incredible classes!

After taking my first class at The Clubhouse I was hooked. The classes are quick and convenient but effective. I can feel I am stronger and more confident. The classes are all taught by motivating women in a boutique type fitness setting. I feel like it’s working out with a trainer in a small personal training type setting. What keeps me coming back is how challenging the work outs are. I never know what I am walking into but know I will be challenged and feel accomplished when I am done with a workout.

The instructors are so nice and happy to help with modifications. The workouts on the app make it easy to workout from home with the same intensity as in class. Clubhouse is the BEST workout around for busy moms. The studio is beautiful, the workouts are super efficient but still challenging, and it's a welcoming and non-judgmental place. Morgan's programs have replaced all of my other apps and programs! I started with Total Fit Show and now love having the entire On Demand library available. Knowing I can get in a great workout no matter how much time I have is such a good motivator -- RSS has amazing options if I have 15 minutes or if I have 40 minutes. The functional, dynamic movements have made me so much stronger, and I love the blend of strength, cardio, core and pilates available.
