Welcome to The Compound, a modernized combination of all the essential things you need in life, fitness, health, wellness, coffee, community and good vibes. The Compound is a state-of-the-art private training facility featuring our Coffee Shop, Lounge & outdoor Casita (launched in 2021). Our studio houses the most knowledgeable, experienced trainers and focuses on transformative health, fitness and wellness. The Compound offers one on one and small group personal training, a full schedule of daily group fitness classes, and as of the Fall of 2024, we are the new home of Verona Yoga! The compound Fitness Studio is a gem, tucked in a cute compound setting in Verona NJ. This family-owned business is home to women or folks like myself seeking a place to rebuild or restore through very well-designed classes that purposefully align or realign your body and mind. I LOVE this space for everything it offers including sittings of a little adorable kid in pullups, and a reminder of why animals (dogs in particular), add to our wellbeing. Thank you Brian and Danielle for your gift!

I was on my morning coffee run and I come here all the time because the coffee and matcha is amazing but I just found out that they have this precious puppy as well that just demanded belly rubs. It made my day!
