Exercise Coach is individualized weight training. Each session is about 25 minutes 2-3 times a week, with your own coach! I have been doing this for almost 3 years now! It is the first exercise program that I have stuck with!
The coaches are all so helpful! It starts to feel like a family!

Among the wonderful things about this program, most important to me is the personal attention I get from my very knowledgeable and friendly trainer Kim. The customized aspect of the program to my specific needs is giving me exactly what I was hoping for. Also the punctuality of the appointments are a huge plus - they are as long as they should be, but no extra time is wasted. Iβm very happy, and I am already seeing results.

I. Have been going to Exercise Coach for the last one and a half year or so. I am very happy with the service they provide. Their staff is very professional including the owner Kim. All of them go beyond their job duties to make sure you spend a quality time at the gym. Workout exercises have certainly helped me improve my weak muscles and body flexibility. Staff keeps the place very neat and clean. Moment you step out of a machine, they immediately clean it for the next person. I highly recommend this place to improve your overall fitness and health.

A membership at the Exercise Coach is an investment in yourself. My goal when I joined 6 months ago was to create a habit of being healthier including exercising consistently. Trainer Steve S has been working with me on specific health goals (e.g. stronger and leaner arms to start) and is wonderful. He is non-judgmental, positive, and changes the routine frequently to create variety in my workouts. I have never missed an appointment to work out, and I am steadily achieving my health goals. The Exercise Coach in Montgomery, NJ is amazing! The coaching is so personal and individualized. Even the group training is great. Never crowded and a trainer is always on hand to help and encourage. The "gym' is very clean, spacious and pleasant. I am very impressed! Kim, the owner, is warm, friendly, supportive and encouraging. The staff follows her lead! I am always excited and happy to tell friends to come and check it out!!!

The Exercise Coach in Montgomery provides a great experience. The facility is very clean and comfortable and the personal training nature of the workouts means it is never packed with people and no waits for equipment. The coaches all are friendly, knowledgeable, and motivating and the equipment used provides immediate feedback, allowing you to literally see if you are in your "zone" and to see quantifiable results (and a comparison to prior sessions and baseline). The workouts are approximately 20 minutes long, focusing on strength training with a bit of cardio at the end. They recommend 2 sessions per week. It is a great workout, esp. if you have a busy schedule. I have really been enjoying my workouts.

It has been an amazing experience with Exercise Coach Montgomery. I started my journey with EC after having surgery and multiple injuries. Kim, Tom, Steve , Morgan and team helped me with recovery with a focused program aimed at building strength, increasing mobility and improving stamina. The great part about experience was their ability to customize approach and meet me where I was at. An added bonus is their attention to detail with their clients. My form and posture was horrible due to sitting at desk and working at pc. Kim has personally worked with me to add exercises and worked with her trainers to pay attention to these areas. Did I mention my injuries? I could barely cycle on the bike due to a knee injury. Kim and team helped by encouraging me and keeping me focused on trying to move knee. Something my doctor recommended however I wasnβt doing it at all. The kept me focused on moving knee gradually and strengthening areas. My range of motion has increased tremendously and happy to report that I am pedaling faster, my time has increased and level is better.
