I have been training with Sam for about 3 years now . It may have started off as a weight loss goal but he has strengthened me in so many ways then just weight loss! He has boosted my confidence, excelled my knowledge in nutrition, strength training and fitness overall. Workouts are always fun, informative, motivating and challenging. Whether it’s strength training, cardio, nutrition or everyday health and Excersise, the fitness journey never ends! There are always goals to crush and things to learn and Sam will def help u achieve that! Personal training has become part of my daily life and something I enjoy and look forward to everyday — because of Sam! Getting back to a size small is just one of MY many perks!!!

The head trainer and owner of Fit Cove, Sam, has helped me hit all of my goals and more! He provided me with a personalized meal plan that fit my needs and was easy to follow. He broke down what seemed like an impossible task, into easy achievable steps and helped me lose almost 40 lbs (237 to 200) in only 4 months. He was very accessible and a great person to talk to! I extremely recommend going to Fit Cove and using Sam to achieve your fitness and overall health goals!

Awesome Personal Training Studio in a great location with a very experienced and friendly staff. Open, bright, very clean space with new and up to date equipment. Staff prepared a personalized nutritional plan and is gently encouraging me to set realistic goals and offers in house challenges to boot. So far, I'm very happy with the results!

Great personal training studio! Sam is incredibly knowledgeable and truly takes the time to understand your goals. The equipment is top-notch, and the space is always spotless. The trainer at Fit Cove just goes above and beyond to understand his clients as whole people. He’s taken the time to get to know me, design a fun training program suited for me, and even worked with my diet. I look forward to our training session and have a great time at this place. It’s fun, clean, and the trainer is a great person. I highly recommend this place.

I can't recommend The Fit Cove enough. I've worked with the head trainer and founder for years and he gets down to business. He makes it a point to understand your goals, then builds a customized plan to achieve them. He knows nutrition, fitness, rehabilitation — you name it (or experience it) and he's all over it. Plus, he's a pretty funny dude. Sessions are a lot of fun and you really can't beat the price.

Sam is amazing! He started with a thoughtful assessment, built a plan around my goals and schedule, and adjusted on the fly when life happened. Every session is purposeful! Technique cues are spot-on, workouts are challenging without being gimmicky, and recovery/mobility are built in. I’ve gotten stronger, my posture and energy are noticeably better, and I finally feel confident in the gym! He also had a very helpful nutrition plan to keep my diet on the right path and I saw amazing results not only with my body but with my health. Worth every penny!
