I recently started working out at The Fit Junction, and I love it! Beth is super friendly, really knows her stuff, and always helps you find what works for your body. The small classes are great, the workouts are fun and always changing, and there are easy modifications. The gym is super clean and the people are so friendly. If you’re looking for a supportive place to get moving, definitely check it out!

I have been training with Beth Nusser, at Fit Junction for a month and a half. She is extremely knowledgeable in nutrition and fitness/exercise. She is a great motivator, especially when I “get in my head” about myself. She uses “compound” exercises for balance, strength and muscle growth which shows in the progress I’m seeing. I can’t wait to see what the next month brings!! Give Beth/Fit Junction a “try”, you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

I have been taking classes at The Fitness Junction for several months and I cant say enough great things about Beth Nusser and her facility. Beth is knowledgeable and caring and takes the time to get to know each client so she can assess their fitness goals and capabilities.
The small class size allows for personal attention and modifications if needed. The variety of classes gives you options.

Love the Fit Junction! The instructor, Beth Nusser will motivate you in the most positive way! everyone is at a different level and she works with us all. The place is clean… and smells good! 😊 The prices are reasonable…just a comfortable place to workout…I highly recommend!
