The movement is the best studio in the area!!! Every time I come visit my parents from NYC I come to the movement for top notch classes! The instructors are the best and beyond thoughtful with their choreo / sequences creating an amazing workout. Nothing compares!!!

I absolutely love The Movement Studio in Midland Park! I’ve been taking Amanda’s classes for about four years now, and she’s truly one of a kind. Her bounce and step classes are the perfect mix of fun, energy, and a killer workout. Amanda has this amazing way of motivating everyone in the room — whether you’re a regular or brand new, she makes you feel right at home.
I met Amanda four years ago, and from that first class I was hooked. Every class she teaches is upbeat, challenging, and full of good vibes. If you’re looking for a studio that makes working out feel more like a party than a chore, this is it. The Movement Studio is such a welcoming community, and Amanda is the heart of it! 💪💃

Nothing but positive things to say about this studio! As a busy working mom who was looking to incorporate group fitness back in her life, I could not have found a better place to be. The classes are motivating, fast paced and fun and there are modifications you can take if you need them or opportunities to take it up a notch. And most are 45 minutes which fits into my life perfectly! Highly recommend Amanda and her whole team!

This studio is a total gem! The bounce, step, and dance classes are upbeat, creative, and full of great music. The instructors are motivating, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. The community vibe here is incredible — supportive, positive, and full of fun energy. I always look forward to every class! 10/10 recommend… just please save me a spot!!

If you’re looking for a great energy and fun work out, you need to try Amanda’s class. Her classes are so much fun, and such a great work out -and not too hard to follow coming from someone who isn’t very experienced. She’s very welcoming and you can see how much she love and dedication she puts in her classes and her community.
1 year later, and I still love the movement! The new studio is beautiful, many more class options and fantastic new teachers.

The new Movement Studio in Midland Park is absolutely amazing with an expanded class schedule and instructors. There are so many options to get your move on. It's been about a year since I started with The Movement Studio and I leave each class stronger than the last.

Amanda Osborn and all of the classes offered (including bounce, cardio sculpt and sculpt & strength) at The Movement by AO are simply the best. Amanda’s a great motivator who is full of energy and makes you want to come back for more. She spends a significant amount of time creating new routines and playlists so no two classes are ever the same. Amanda's classes are the best I've found in the area by far. Genna and Annie are also great instructors. I highly recommend The Movement by AO.

Amanda is welcoming, energetic and her classes are fun! I started taking her bounce blend class in December to add a low impact cardio and strength to my fitness routine and I have been there every week since. I had never done a trampoline class before, but you quickly catch on with the choreography. Overall her classes are the best mix of cardio and strength training, I highly recommend The Movement byAO.
