Update: I recently attended one of the cacao ceremony events, and it was such a relaxing, positive, and even educational experience. Highly recommend if you want to do something different.

A group of us had a "yoga party' & it was AMAZING! Elaine is a great instructor & Stef was easy to work with & so accommodating! Studio is warm & inviting. Can't wait to go back again. This business is a wonderful asset to Sussex!

I received my very first Thai massage by David at quantum journey on Monday . I don’t think I will ever book a “regular” massage again. It was such an amazing experience. I felt muscles being stretched that I feel were stretched for the very first time in my life . The session felt like a moving meditation, and not only was rejuvenating for my physical body, but my energetic body -spiritual body as well. I booked the 60 minutes but wished I had more time since the 90 minute would have been amazing and I needed it. I will be back ! Also; the studio is so peaceful and inviting . The staff and the teachers are top notch and this space is such a gift to our community .
