The Redd Zone is fantastic. The workouts are challenging and it's a great mix of cardio and weight training for all parts of the body. I have become so much stronger over the past few months, and there is always room to improve with lifting heavier or pushing harder with the cardio. Cannot recommend this place enough! The music is also great!!

Redd is the best trainer I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. He knows his routines in and out & pushes you while understanding how much your body can take. I’m lifting more with Redd than I ever did in 10 years of playing football. He always communicates clearly with me what we’ll be doing & if I have any lingering soreness or muscle issue we always adapt the workout to get it done.

I can't recommend Red Zone enough! Working out with Redd is always challenging and so rewarding even after six+ years. He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to all things health and wellness and I love taking his classes. I have been training with Redd for 3 1/2 years. His knowledge of muscle and joint physiology never ceases to amaze me. He quickly notices when form or posture is incorrect and is able to easily articulate the necessary changes (even if minor) to make that particular excercise safer and more effective. He genuinely cares about his clients and loves his work in helping people stay healthy. His workouts are a perfect blend of cardio and weights and are geared for my goals. I am not a “gym guy” and resisted working out for years, but this is the best I have felt since wrestling in high school (over 35 years ago!) His results speak for themselves and he makes the workouts fun, but challenging. Highly recommend him!

Redd is the best! I have been training with him for years and have actually followed him around to different gyms. I suffer from a back injury and he always modifies the work outs so I remain pain free while still getting a great work out. THE REDD ZONE is not just a class, it’s a strategic program tailored to get you more fit and stronger. The way the program is set up, I feel like I have my own personal trainer. It’s all worth my time and I get my money’s worth. I definitely feel stronger and I’m seeing results due to dedication. I highly recommend
