I was in town visiting family for the weekend and decided to pick up a class here. It was a great class! Now I’m just bummed I don’t live nearby and can’t make this my home club. Great center, great teacher, great group of yogis to share the space with! So many interesting events coming up, too. If you’re on the fence, definitely give them a try, you won’t be disappointed

I've been coming here for about 7 months and love it. Very welcoming, all levels of skill. All the instructors give alternative movement options so beginners can participate and get the most out of every class. I started coming for back and neck pain and it has helped immensely.

Went to a drop in class because I was in the area and really enjoyed the class. Lots of options were given depending on your yoga level with lots of explanation of the movements and the benefits. Everyone was also very welcoming. Would definitely recommend checking it out if you are in the area.

This is the best yoga studio I have ever been to! l signed up for my first class almost two years ago and have been going here virtually every week since, multiple times a week. Dave is the bomb and all the other teachers I've had since I started coming here make each class fun, inviting and a total judge-free zone. I genuinely love coming here every week. I have gained not only strength and flexibility, but yoga knowledge, new skills and even some friends! I highly recommend this studio to both new students and yoga masters alike.

Great place to add to expand your body awareness and fitness regime. The yoga is top notch but the movement classes are something special and different. The movement classes provide the natural link and application off most of the all of the other full body workouts out there (yoga, CrossFit, Pilates, etc.). Dave does an awesome job of introducing you to the concepts and making it accessible for all. Definitely get out there and move.

The owner of the studio Dave is not only super knowledgeable in all things movement, strength and rehab but hes welcoming, supportive and insightful. He can work with and body old, young, beginners. If you want to learn from the best than this is the studio to be!

Great class, instructor is super knowledgeable and able to modify per individual pacing. Each class is unique, that's nice because the class itself goes by super fast, and you really get a comprehensive total body workout in.

Dave is a certified Personal Trainer who is very dedicated to his profession. He is very knowledgable about personal training techniques and specializes his training program’s according to his clients needs.
Since I am an avid tennis player, Dave has helped me with my court speed, flexibility and shoulder strength.
He has a very unique teaching ability.
Besides Personal Training his place of business also includes Yoga and Body Movement classes.
