We highly recommend Thrive for 2 experiences...our 12 year old participates in their teen program which has been amazing and he loves it. If your having a hard time getting your child active, this is a great program...for girls and boys.
My husband and I were able to participate in their daily group fitness classes, I LOVE it. It wasn't cheesy, you felt safe because it wasn't overkill, its organized and perfectly put together.

I started going to Thrive at the beginning of the year after hitting a slump in my fitness journey. My husband and I have been coming for a month and a half and the results I’ve seen with consistency is AWESOME! I’m almost 5 months post partum and all of the coaches have been incredibly accommodating. I’ve already had comments from family members that I’ve slimmed down some of the baby weight! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get in shape with a healthy blend of cardio and weight lifting.

My son joined the Teen Fitness group at Thrive starting back in the winter of 2021. At first, we just committed to the 6-week, twice/week program. This program has been so amazing for him that he has continued to go every week since then, long after the initial 6-week program ended. Abby and the other coaches are great. My son’s confidence, strength, and general body awareness has improved dramatically. He is a competitive swimmer and this program has made him so much stronger and faster in the pool. Thrive truly has been a game-changer for him, and I am so grateful to the coaches for this. I highly recommend them.

I just completed my second week at Thrive and I am so thankful that I joined. I was very nervous to join as I haven’t been active the last couple of years, but I definitely did not need to be. The owners and coaches are all so nice and want to help you succeed. They have taught me so much already! Not only is the gym owned and run by really welcoming and friendly people, but the members are amazing too. I’ve never been to a place where everyone is so friendly and encouraging. I joined Thrive Fitness in December and it was the best decision I made for myself. So I did not mean to write a review before. It came up as a notification and I mightve missed click (thank you for the comment as well) but since I did i should clarify. I recently went on a Friend's and Family week with my Family. That in itself was awesome because I could test out the gym for a week, work with the coach, and try to work out a schedule for free for a week. I found it is what I needed because I can not work out on my own at a gym, I will never do the workouts that I don't want to. They pushed me like everyone else even though I was new. They learned my name and helped me out. Included in the family week was a Nutrition Class which was very informational especially for a beginner. I loved the environment. I am really considering joining. Right now i am just convincing myself to put out the money to better myself because in the end it breaks down to be a pretty good deal for the amount of time and work the coaches put in to teaching and training you.

Today was my first CrossFit class after 2 years since I injured my shoulder training for a competition. In two years I was missing the sense of a fitness community. It's all about having fun while being healthy. I really enjoyed today's experience, the workout, the coach was super professional and highly motivated. It brought back great memories. Had an awesome time. Highly recommended!

I started my crossfit journey in june 2017 , I remember walking in not knowing what to expect and being terrified. After my first 5 minutes of being there ive never felt more welcomed and supported than I have in that moment. Abby who owns and coaches hideout is the most supportive coach ive experienced. she is always willing to help people reach their goals and be the best version they can be, but keeping us safe in the process. I suggest that if you are looking for a warm , energetic , fun environment to workout in.. hideout is the place to join!

I’d been to a few CF gyms prior to Hideout, yet I never considered joining any of them. However after going to Hideout a few times I was struck by how genuine and supportive everyone was.
I was always greeted kindly, never pressured to join, had all of my questions answered and was coached by one of the best in the fitness industry-the owner Abby Graham.
Fast forward to today, I’m proud to be a member of over one year. I continue enjoying the well thought out workouts and attention to proper form.

Friendliest coaches and friendliest fellow athletes!! I’ve never stuck with a workout routine in my life until I joined CrossFit HideOut 2 years ago! I am no athlete and was scared to death to even walk in on that first day, but it was one of the smartest decisions I’ve ever made for myself. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful and they make you feel like you belong right from the beginning!
