This is a fantastic gym and David is an amazing trainer. He really uses best practices, is always concerned for my safety and really pushes me to reach my goals. Every workout is really varied and interesting and he really knows how to make it fun and never tedious. Highly recommend!!

Very happy I made the decision to go to Dave. Only been a few weeks but I feel myself getting stronger. Dave knows when to push and when to hold back. Keeps telling me I will be in great shape in 6 months. Plan on checking back then. If you are looking for one on one training, I highly recommend.

10/10 experience ! I have been working with David for around a month and what a transformative month it has been both physically and mentally. David has been a wonderful mentor and coach. He is patient, hilarious, and so very kind. He has encouraged me to not only push myself physically but to expand my thinking around my relationship with food and my body as a whole. Over a year and a half ago my wife and I joined a Tip Top Fitness boot camp and loved the experience and consistency. Dave got to know all of us and tailored the experience to meet our needs. This past year, I had some medical issues and was feeling lethargic and weak from my recovery and medications. A great place. I’m 70 years old, just went through some medical issues. My daughter insisted I go to a private trainer. She suggested Tip Top. I can’t express how great my experience was. My body is feeling great!!! It was pleasantly tough, but the results were amazing. Mind you, I’m not a 23 year old muscle bound guy, but my body is feeling so so much better.
