The staff is very good and they work very well with the children. The classes for the adults are high energy and will leave you as sweaty as you want.

Been a member here since August and I love it. My favorite classes are the late night ones at 8 and 8:15. They fit perfect with my busy schedule and the instructors make it easy to push through a killer workout at the end of a long day. I have never found a gym better than this. Keep it up!

Great gym, great staff and AWESOMENESS all around. The workouts are tough, effective, and produce results. If you stick to this workout you will see results, it is the best hour of my day.
I happen to work out with Eric G. Mon. Wed. Fri. and on the weekends. The core workouts by Issac is one of the toughest of them all. Once again you will see results!
Out of all great trainers, Eric G. is the one person I hit up most of the times. Eric is the assistant manager there and I have nothing but good things to say about this man. Eric's training sessions and his music that he plays during the workouts make it a even better experience.
ALL the trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, and high energy.
The only one suggestion would be to add more classes on the weekend.
Overall as you can see, I highly recommend this gym :)

This is a great gym, the best I've belonged to. The workouts are tough but really fun. They're also very effective. They're also very efficient--you get a lot done in an hour. The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, and high energy, and the management very responsive.
If I have any complaints, it's that I with they had more classes on the weekends and shower facilities.
Overall I highly recommend.
