I canβt say enough about Jason. I started a boxing working out with Jason nine years ago, took time off, then started back two years ago with a whole host of problems: out of shape and in pain.
Jason has turned my physical problems around. I have strengthened my core, corrected major balance issues and greatly increased my endurance. And I have no more pain.
Jason knows how to really tailor your workouts to your needs and no workout is ever the same. He is always building on your strengths and the improvements you made from the week before. He challenges you when you need that extra push, encourages you when you feel discouraged and he is always smiling and positive! I look forward to my workouts every week!

There is not much that I will get out of bed at 5 AM on a Sunday for, but training with Jason is my exception. Jason is a very knowledgeable personal trainer and a great guy! I've been training with him since 2010 when he helped me prepare to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro on a 6 day trek, and I summited! He trained me for my first 5K trail running race this past May and is currently training me to climb Mt. Rainier in June. During our workouts he always answers questions I have about the exercises and explains why we are doing them and what muscles I should be using. He's a very reliable guy and highly recommended!

I have been training with Jason since 2006. The idea of going to a gym was challenging due to work hours and such. For 14 years now, Jason has trained me at my home gym - two or three times a week at 5am! He is never late, always positive and happy to be there! The workouts align with where I am - he senses my energy level and adapts the workout. Under a Jasonβs mentoring and training, I have been at my lowest weight since college, I have summited Mt Shasta, I have mountain biked Moab and the Tetons, and hiked all over the Midwest. Most importantly, I have never been injured (something I cannot say about other trainers that I have worked with). Jason is a keeper! An amazing trainer, phenomenal athlete in his own right, a great friend and a real keeper! One of the good guys!

Jason's training has been central to my health for the last 10 years. He pushes me to accomplish much more than I would ever attain on my own and he always places my safety in mind. After a surgery, he helped me through gradual steps to recover my strength and full range of motion in a matter of 2-3 weeks instead of the months that I anticipated. He is knowledgable, focused on the individual, and always interested in moving me beyond my goals. I highly recommend Jason.

I have been seeing Jason since 2010. He has gone above and beyond for both myself and my family. I have always had a problem with motivation and he never lets that get in the way of making sure I have a good workout. He makes sure I have all the tools I need to be at my healthiest!
