Pilates Practioner since 2011, Comprehensive Certification from Real Pilates Studio, NY, Certified Breast Cancer Rehab Specialist since 2020 through the Pink Ribbon Program.
The Studio offers Privates, Semi-Privates (Duets), and Classes for all ages, genders, body types and skill levels on all apparatus. This includes but not limited to Reformer, Cadillac, Tower, Wunda Chair, High Chair, Arm Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Mat (with and without props) and TRX.

Mandy’s a true professional and makes working out fun! I’ve been going to Mandy for close to 6 years. I’ve seen improvements with my flexibility of my muscles. I’ve had injuries in the past and she’s done an amazing job targeting and helping me improve.
I’m currently pregnant and I’ve been going to her for both of my pregnancies. For my first pregnancy, she made me strong and prepared me for giving birth. As well as the recovery. I bounced back right away thankfully.
I highly recommend her to anyone that I know!

I've been working with Amanda and Track 35 Pilates for the past four months. I cannot overstate how much it has helped me in terms of flexibility, pain relief, and overall fitness. I have a fused spine (L5-S1) and was constantly having issues with pain, mobility and quality of life. Amanda has changed that. She is kind, patient, and knowledgeable (and a lot of fun). I cannot recommend her practice more highly. In terms of fitness and health, this is the best decision I've made. Please do yourself a favor and check out Amanda's practice. It will change your life for the better.

I just had my first private session at Track 35 Pilates with Amanda, and it was great! Amanda was kind, supportive, and really knowledgeable. I’ve been back to working out for a bit now, but since having abdominal surgery last year, I’ve realized how weak my lower abs still are — and Amanda totally understood what I needed. After just one class, I was already feeling muscles I didn’t even know I had (lol). She made me feel comfortable while still pushing me in the best way. I left feeling encouraged and excited to keep going. I really trust that with her help, I’ll be able to rebuild the strength I’ve been missing. Highly recommend!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Track 35 Pilates and Amanda Ross. From the very first session, Amanda made me feel completely supported. Have been a client of Amanda's for about 4 years or so. She is patient, kind and very knowledgeable especially since I have pretty severe RA and works around and with my "handicaps". I have one on one session with her each week. She listens to you and is very accommodating to your needs.
