The TA team is nothing but welcoming and warm. When you’re there you feel like you’ve always been a part of the team - from the coaches that are there to build you up to the other athletes that come and train there. Three years ago I had a bi lateral knee replacement. After 12 weeks of therapy, I struggled going down stairs and with lock and load activities. I thought it would get better over time but it never did. I wasn’t willing to have this be the best it would be. So I contacted my daughters former Miss NJ trainer KI and said “can you help me get better going down steps and being more active “. KI was like sure, come in and let’s see what we can do!!!!
Well, after a couple months of training with TA and KI….. I can not only do steps with ease but I can even do a light run ( which I haven’t be able to do for over ten years).
KI took the time to see that my hamstrings were what I needed to strengthen and once we got them going….I started to see the results.
I’m so glad I can now at almost 57 years young, start to get back to an active lifestyle. Thank you TA and KI for the training and the constant support and encouragement.
TA is truly a one of a kind business with dedication and support from each one of their trainers. Don’t give up on what you think is good enough….go to TA and get your best active self!!!!

I started boxing with Tom Kennedy at TA Boxing earlier this year, and it has been a game-changer for me. Tom is an exceptional coach and trainer and he pushes me to my edge.

The boxing sessions are intense, but there’s something almost meditative about the rhythm of working the bag and practicing combinations with the mitts. This has not only strengthened me physically but also given me confidence at a time in my life when I need it the most. I’ve seen a massive change in my body awareness and footwork, which has even improved my performance in other sports like tennis.

I highly recommend Coach Dan and his team of coaches. Our son has been a part of the program for 4 months now and absolutely LOVES it. I hadn't worked out in a while, and I was looking for a place that could ease me back into shape and I found the right trainer. My two boys and I have been a part of the Training Aspects family for about a year now. I have been going to the gym and working with trainers for nearly 30 years as an hockey player and I have yet to train with a group that are as passionate, knowledgeable, and supportive as the TA staff. The dedication they have to helping athletes achieve their goals is second to none. The knowledge they possess on creating the correct training program for each individual athlete is amazing.

Since joining I have watched both of my boys not only gain physical strength but confidence as well. The growth they have gained through their time in the gym has translated to more success on the ice rink. They are constantly getting tremendous support from the coaches during their training sessions and cannot wait to get back into the gym after each workout.

There are not enough superlatives I could use in describing how fantastic the guys at Training Aspects are. First - Ki, Rob, and Darrid create an incredibly positive, engaging and supportive atmosphere. While Rob was my primary trainer (more on him in a moment), collectively all the guys are highly knowledgeable and work well with a variety of clients with various needs.

Training with Rob has been fantastic. He knows his stuff and will get the best out of you, but do so in an enjoyable manner. He really has become a close friend and confidant as he's there with you every step of the way on your fitness journey.

Coach Bang is the BEST!!! He was amazing with my then 12 year old son who needed to work on his overall strength to help him be a better hockey player. He is very knowledgeable and really took the time to explain to me all the different movements and exercises to help my son get stronger.

I couldn't be more happy with my experience since joining the Training Aspects team! As an experienced trainer with two certifications I'm always looking to improve upon my knowledge. Kirill showed me from day one that there is still so much more to learn. He takes time out of his busy schedule everyday to make sure his trainers are always improving and striving to be the best. He never lets up and that shows that he really cares about you as an individual and not just another employee. I never thought much of personal training because of the stigma associated with it but this is truly an exception to the stereotype!

The owner, Kevin, is knowledgeable and thoughtful in his holistic approach to wellness. It's not about "pumping iron". Kevin takes great care to understand your needs and tailors a program that's right for you. The program includes both, nutrition and exercise. I am a firm believer in this approach.

Its been just about 4 years since Kirill put together my first routine. Shortly after Kirill reviewed my shopping habbits to suggest a few simple changes. The results speak for themselves - just over 4 years later and I have transformed.

I used to think that 240 lbs would be a decent weight to aim for (I'm 6'1), and today I walk around at 185.

I'm going to be honest, working out has never been enjoyable to me. It has always felt more of a chore than anything. I always had a tough time motivating myself to stay in shape and keep up with any sort of a workout routine. Let's face it you either like it or you don't, at least that’s what I thought. Working with an expert in fitness was my last resort to get in shape and I am so grateful I landed at Training Aspects with Kirill. I only expected a good workout when I joined Training Aspects… I have never been so wrong. Not only did I get a great workout, but I was finally able see fitness in a complete different perspective. I was so actively engaged into my training that I had no time to whine or complain if I liked it or not. It takes quite a bit to get me to cross the bridge from Philadelphia to South Jersey, but I am always excited to come work out at Training Aspects. Kirill Vaks, the head trainer at Training Aspects, is an expert of sport performance, physical fitness and nutrition. I have been continuously going to the gym for over 6 years for the overall goal of good health and to stay toned. During my years of working out at the gym I had developed back and knee problems. I was referred to Training Aspects and gave it a shot. Kirill listened to my goals, asked about my fitness and nutrition habits and explained his training philosophy. Afterwards he put me through a work out, in which he pointed out flaws in my form. These flaws were the core of my back and knee problems. We have adjusted my form and my back and knee problems have since passed. I have also surpassed my plateau, increasing muscle tissue and decreasing body fat! I would recommend Training Aspects to any one that is looking to live a healthier lifestyle.

I started training with Kirill at Training Aspects in May and i have seen a tremendous change in my performance as I attempt to get back in shape. Kirill really knows his stuff and it is evident at the moment you sit down with him to discuss your goals. He really tries to get an understanding of what it is you want out of the training and tailors the program specifically to fit your needs. He pushes you to find your limits and will really help design programs that will help your body push the envelope and continue to get stronger each wee. Appointment times are pretty flexible just make sure to communicate if you are unable to attend a session for whatever reason. Nutrition is also an area of focus that has been extremely helpful. You will learn the truth about how to eat properly and effectively to maximize your results.

Overall my experience good not be more pleasant so far. I feel great, have more energy from the diet, i am in better shape than i have been in a long time, and for the first time ever i look forward to working out.
