Amer is the best of the best hands down!!! He helped me get out of my slump & motivated me to the point where I’ve met my body goals and beyond!! I was a biology professor for 43 years and retired 6 years ago. As a retirement gift, my daughter signed me up for some personal training sessions at Turbo. 300 sessions later, I can say with authority that Turbo has been an amazingly fulfilling experience. I am stronger, more energetic, and happier. My grandkids love me to show off my “PopPop muscles” when I do 40-50 full-length push-ups or flex my biceps.
Let me give you the THREE biggest reasons why I like Turbo so much.
FIRST: For me, the hardest part about exercising is staying motivated. DVDs and online classes repeat themselves and get boring really fast. With my trainer Amer, each session has been uniquely challenging. Every session is different -- I never know what to expect. Every session is an adventure.
SECOND: Everything Turbo does is built around YOU and your goals. The goals I set for myself 6 years ago were balance, strength and cardio. But these goals have evolved and expanded over the years, thanks to the feedback I get from Amer… and the feedback he gets from me.

In between hectic work days, it’s hard to be motivated for fitness, but luckily I found Amer at Turbo Personal Training. I chose Turbo because of all the great reviews and I couldn’t agree more. Amer is a genuinely caring, friendly, down to earth guy, who is very easy to talk to - which is SO important when you’re new to fitness.
He did a thorough analysis when I signed up - goals, exercise and eating habits, physical measurements. In each workout he watches to make sure I have good form, he challenges me, and also takes care to strengthen and protect my knee that’s been bothering me lately. Every workout is modified to what I need.
Plus he has fun things like personalized playlists, mood lighting, and even an espresso machine that gave me a much needed boost this morning. He’s goes above and beyond to work around my unpredictable work schedule. And he posts funny, informative videos and workout previews on Instagram and Facebook.
In the three months I’ve worked with him, I feel much stronger and see some beautiful muscle definition 💪🏼
If you are thinking about a personal trainer I would 100% recommend calling Amer. He is everything you would want a trainer to be!

Not what I was expecting at all! I recently gave birth to my 3rd baby, and with the crazy busy days/nights there’s no “me” time. I’ve never been a person that loves working out, so it was easy to make excuses. As the days passed, I was getting more and more unhappy with my postpartum body and mental state. Finally, I took a chance with Turbo and my only regret is not training with Amer sooner. After just a few sessions with Amer, I feel like myself again. For me, it wasn’t just physically feeling better, but I am a healthier person mentally. I feel like a better and happier mom for my children and I have to thank Amer and Turbo for that! I never thought I'd step foot in a gym at 60, but here I am, and Turbo Personal Training has been a fantastic experience! The trainers are incredibly patient and tailor everything to my pace, which is a big deal since my previous "workout" was knitting a scarf in record time.
One of the best parts? Each client gets their own playlist, and now I get to work out to my favorite 70s hits! It's amazing how a little disco can make those lunges and squats a bit more bearable. The environment is welcoming, and there are no intimidating bodybuilders flexing in every corner. I actually feel comfortable and encouraged to improve, which is something I never imagined possible. The personalized nutrition advice has also been a GAME-CHANGER for me.
But what really stands out is the team's demeanor. It's hard to put into words, but the emotional consistency and professionalism here are unmatched. Unlike other small businesses where the staff's mood can swing from overly chatty to uncomfortably quiet, the trainers at Turbo Personal Training maintain a balanced, positive attitude that makes every visit comfortable and reassuring. For the last two years, my sessions have been consistently encouraging and motivating. This is exactly what you want to see from a business: personal but not too personal.

I did 3 sessions with Amer while I was in town visiting family. It was an awesome experience and I can’t wait to come back when I’m in town again! Amer adapted my workouts to fit into my ongoing half-marathon training program, but also taught me some new great exercises that I will now incorporate into my plan. All the sessions were fun, challenging, and the time flew by. I felt really comfortable working out with Amer. He is very knowledgeable, has a great calming disposition, but at the same time he gets you to push yourself to do your best! I highly recommend trying out a session at turbo!!

I am a male in my fifties who has avoided personal trainers for years. My prior experience was that few of them worked within my limitations, they tended to push too far too fast. I didn't want to be Iron Man, just fit. Amer isn't like that. He's very good at getting the most of the time allotted, but at my speed. I can honestly say that because of him I am in better shape today than I was 20 years ago. One benefit I have really enjoyed is the knowledge of form that he has given me; how I lift weights and how I exercise so as not to injure myself and get the most out of an exercise. I travel a lot so I'm able to use what he has taught me to continue that exercise regimen on my own. Amer is easy to communicate to, he's a great listener and as a result, he knows the limitations of all his clients. If you are serious about fitness don't wait to go see him, call him now, he's exceptionally good at what he does!

I’ve been training with Amer for almost 1 year now. I’m stronger leaner and I look and feel better than I have in years. I explained what my goals were when we began and Amer helped me put in the work necessary to achieve them. He helps me focus on the areas I want to work on and keeps the sessions high impact and effective. He also mixes up the exercises and techniques well enough to make the experience fun and spontaneous. This is important because it keeps me engaged and helps me mentally hurdle the exercises. Working with Amer is my 1st experience with a personal trainer and by far the most effective way I’ve ever trained. It’s not a workout routine. It’s a fluid, adjustable process that requires commitment inside and outside the of the studio. Amer has and continues to help me get to where I want to be physically. I've been going to Turbo Personal Training for about 6 weeks now. Started with an 8 session package and recently signed up for an additional 12 sessions. It's been great working out with Amer. Each session is different and there are many fun aspects to the workout so I don't get bored. He definitely pushes me hard but also knows when to lower the reps or reduce the weights so as to not cause any injury. I'm working hard enough to feel the soreness in the days after...no pain, no gain! Besides myself, my father who is 91 years old also works out with Amer twice a week to strengthen his core and improve his stability. I can see how careful Amer is when he's working with my father. My father enjoys his sessions so much he says it's better than when he went for physical therapy. His stability and gait has improved tremendously since working with Amer. I would highly recommend Amer... He's super nice and you will see results!

I've tried other personal training programs before but, for one reason or another I could never stick with it. Then I found Turbo Personal Training & Nutrition. Amer took the time to truly understand what my goals are. He helped me to set realistic goals making my training very positive with less chance of getting discouraged.
