I’ve been taking various dance classes with Ms. Leslea at Uptown for many (many) years, and there is just no better teacher or environment. Most recently since taking weekly pole classes for the last 2 years, I have met the most *incredible* women, and the vibes, the support, the progress, the laughs …truly healing! ✨

I’ve been going to this studio for almost a year now attending a pole dancing class, and it may seem like an exaggeration, but this place has really made a great impact on me. I’ve gained confidence in areas of myself that I’ve always wanted to improve and face a few fears of mine. It has challenged my strength and abilities, and even the little voice in my head that tries to hold me back. Ms Leslea has really created an incredible and comfortable culture that makes you just want to try everything. The bonds created here aren’t found everywhere and make you want to show up and feel like you are missing out if you don’t. The only regret will be not giving this place a try! Have fun!

I have been taking the weekly pole classes here for almost 2 years. I’ve also been around for some of the Zumba classes. Leslea is a wonderful teacher who promotes a supportive and inclusive class. I have never experienced catty competition among my classmates here; they are the so friendly and supportive!!! The class is the highlight of my week. And it’s affordable compared to other gyms I checked out. If you’re thinking of trying out any of the classes here, I strongly encourage you to. You won’t regret it.

I have been a member for many years. Miss Leslea is a fabulous teacher and dancer. Her adult Zumba classes are the best exercise
and the most fun. We dance, sing and laugh. Also send your children here for tap, jazz, ballet, hip-hop, etc. This place is a hidden gem!!!!!! Very reasonable rates with one-on-one attention.

This is an amazing new studio for women to go to and take a variety of classes. I love being there on Saturday Mornings for Zumba and sometimes popping in on Sundays for Zumba. There is always classes available as well as private parties.All the instructors are amazing! So excited to be Empowering women! Go check it out!!!
