This is Kevin Fritts using my daughters google account to leave this review. USA Karate and Fitness has been a consistent part of my sons life for well over a decade. He started when he was just 4 years old. It started off teaching commitment, structure, team work, and dedication through fun and interaction. It teaches a real sense of self confidence passing from belt to belt . My son is now 17 and coach William, as he has started to become an instructor. One of the best things you can do for your child!!💪❤️

Great school, hands down. Master Ruff is firm , but fair. My daughter has been going for 6yrs and is testing for black belt. Confidence has grown, she is ready and it is all thanks to a teacher such as Master Ruff. The teacher makes the school, and this place is where you want to enroll your child for the best karate teaching, training and environment

Excellent Karate school! The instructor and the helpers are very efficient at teaching our son. Tournament events, and occasional laser tag, Nerf pizza parties are awesome. I like this school because most of the other kids are respectful, and friendly. Highly recommended to anyone interested.

Been with USA Karate and Fitness for about 10 years now, got my black belt and it has been the best martial arts experience I’ve ever had! Great staff that has a loving passion for teaching kids and watching students succeed. Well worth the money I highly encourage you to give it a shot well worth the price! 5 stars!!

USA Karate and Fitness is an awesome place!! My daughter has been attending for 3 years and she has grown in skill and confidence. Not just in karate have we’ve noticed her skill and confidence improve but in other areas of her life. Such as her academics and being social with others. As a parent that is great to see and makes her dad and I absolutely proud. She definitely loves going and Master Chad is great!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! I don’t recommend. The original owners from North Jersey left for a good life in Florida. That’s where your money went. The instruction is sub par. It’s horrible.
Pay close attention to the contract. My daughter lost interest because there was no personal attention and it was so boring. No real “growth” or skills learned in almost 6 years. After not attending for almost 2 months we were still billed which is outrageous. They are all about money and not about the children. No questions were even asked about why we chose to leave. Uniforms and equipment are super expensive and not worth it. Graduation is expensive. Not even close to worth it. Go elsewhere….

My older son started when he was 5 and he is now almost 11! My youngest son started when he was 4 and is now 5. Master Chad at USA Karate and Fitness in Hamilton is amazing . We have been part of the USA Karate Family for 6 years now! My little guy has high functioning Autism and literally kicks ninja butt in class! The discipline and respect is everything! My older son is headed to his black belt and couldn't be more proud of himself (as we are very proud of him as well. ) I love that the kids learn that hard work and respect pay off! Master Chad has the patience of a saint. He keeps everything incredible clean and organized. The kids learn so much in class and I love that he has older kids help, it gives the little ones someone to look up too! If your child is thinking about trying karate I highly recommend checking him out!

My son is 4 years old and has been attending USA Karate & Fitness Hamilton for a couple of months and we love it. Temperatures are checked by the door and kids sanitize as they walk into class and after class as well. Sensei Ruff is an amazing instructor, my son looks forward to class each week. I highly recommend this school.

The school is a good school, but its true about the cancellation, i have called ad emailed and spoke to many different people amd they all tell me different policies and different things..meantime they continue to take money out of my bank acct and i dnt even attend these classes and we are talking not a little bit of it either and i i dnt get reimbursed either they just keep taking it out..talking about piss and upset..watch out with these schools..they are very sneaky in what they do..and the people they involve.
