Having never joined a gym or lifted a weight, entering the UTG facility was truly intimidating but after just the first session, that feeling disappeared. The atmosphere is welcoming and allows for a brand new member to feel comfortable learning the unfamiliar and to want to return week after week. Pat is a knowledgeable, patient trainer who effortlessly gives attention to each patron, is sensitive to when someone needs instruction, support, or encouragement , and is invested in the progress of those he trains. I joined this gym about 3 months ago and it’s been a fantastic experience. The equipment is always in great condition, the atmosphere is motivating, and the facility is kept very clean. In just a short time, I’ve noticed huge improvements—I’m lifting heavier, losing weight, and seeing more muscle definition. UTG has been life changing for me. I bounced around to big box gyms for most of my 30’s. None ever took. It wasn’t until I found UTG, that I’ve actually enjoyed working out and saw results. The dedication of the trainers is next level. I work with Pat mainly in the mornings, he’s one of the most knowledgeable wellness practitioner's I’ve ever met. His attention to detail ensures I can’t slack off during my workout which is what I need. He keeps me accountable, even when I’m traveling, he makes sure I’m getting my workout in. Timmy is phenomenal as well, I just don’t get as much time with him as our schedules conflict. Tamir is the go-to for nutrition, his strict, direct guidance has helped me lose those stubborn lbs, when nothing else worked. Overall UTG is the best. 10/10 would recommend! Can’t say enough good things about UTG. I have worked out in a gym for many years but not recently and never with trainers before, and it’s been so good. The trainers Patrick and Tim are experts in proper form and technique, and I appreciate how they take a comprehensive approach that includes stretching and mobility. It’s only been a few months and I feel so much stronger already.

The personal attention here is excellent - Patrick and Tim are always ready to listen, teach, explain, guide and correct my form and really show genuine investment in my success.

UTG is a great place to begin or expand your fitness journey. No nonsense workouts based on your personal goals set this gym experience apart from all others. UTG customized my workouts to match my goals of strength training and body sculpting without "bulking" me up. I joined 5 months ago and I have made more progress here than when I worked out alone or with a personal trainer.
The concept of semi-personal training is very effective. You start with individual instruction and then progress to working out with close supervison. Patrick is amazing in his ability to correct form, assist when needed and explain the science behind each exercise. Patrick progresses your workout weekly based on your ability and performance. The workouts are effective and fun. And the diet/weight monitoring keeps you motivated. I highly recommend UTG.

Joining UTG this summer was the best decision I've made for myself in years. Since becoming a father six years ago, I’ve slacked off on the proper diet and fitness habits that would’ve kept me in (relative) good health, and I was mired in a state of chronic fatigue, feeling tired and unmotivated to move my body. I needed a change, a jumpstart, and UTG was the answer.

I’d never seriously weight-trained until I joined UTG in July and it has completely transformed by body and physical fitness. I now have a surplus of energy and am in the best shape of my life at 48. Tamir, Patrick, and Timmy provide individualized attention at every workout and invaluable feedback on diet/nutrition to help me reach my goals. Weigh-ins every week promote accountability and weekly wins (losing a couple more pounds, improving my lifting form, increasing strength in focus areas, just feeling better) provides motivation to keep working hard. And it is work, it takes commitment and focus to stick to the diet plan and make every workout, but the support I’ve received, particularly from Patrick, has truly changed my life (I know it’s a cliche, but it’s actually true in this case). I’ve lost 48 pounds in 6 months and will reach my goal weight (as scheduled in July) in two more months. And, most importantly, I feel great, have more energy to play with my kids, and have the knowledge and practical skills to maintain my new level of fitness.

I reached my weight goal but, more importantly, I’m stronger and more fit than I’ve ever been. My new work schedule is a bit unpredictable, so I love the flexibility to make my own workout schedule. What I appreciate about UTG is they provide you a customized approach to achieve the results you are looking for in a family type environment.

I am the type of person that needs structure and accountability to keep me going. UTG provides that for me. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I went for my initial consultation. I didn’t have much gym experience and have always been intimidated by them. I was a class person. Tamir, the owner, took the time to walk through their process and philosophy with me and here I am four months later not only stronger, but leaner and lighter as well.

This isn’t a one size fits all kind of gym. Each program is designed for you and your needs. The team listens to what you want and develops the plan that they understand will work for you. They will show you how to do every move and make sure you are doing it with proper form. If there are modifications that need to be made they do that for you. In addition to weight training, they provide nutrition guidance, which for me has been key. It’s not so much a diet, it’s tools to help you meet your goals.

What I love is that every member of the team Tamir, Timmy and Pat are always routing for you to do your best. They are extremely knowledgeable trainers that care. They want you to be your best and succeed. I don’t know of any other gym that provides this level of individualized attention. I can say with full confidence it makes a difference. And the members are so welcoming and it feels like a family from the minute you walk in.

Joining UTG has been a truly transformative experience for me, and I could not recommend it enough. Coming from someone who was intimidated by a gym setting, I have never felt more comfortable in a gym and with the trainers here. Tamir is arguably the most consistent person I know. For that reason - among others - I highly recommend UTG. Tamir’s commitment to my goals somehow surpasses my own. This is, perhaps, what has surprised me the most throughout the 14+ months I’ve trained with him and his team. Comically, it’s almost unfortunate and frustrating how much he pushes you to be your best and work hard. He’s never missed a beat or an opportunity to encourage (force is much more accurate) me to go far, far beyond my perceived limits.

Personal training is a luxury — a privilege. To some it seems superfluous and it’s unclear why you would shell out the money to have someone “help you exercise.” My response is that you’d understand the vast benefits if you knew almost anything about motivation and discipline. It’s not that easy to muster the courage to challenge yourself on a daily basis. Each rep is a mental battle.

Beyond that, what do you really know about how to select, track, modify, or arrange a workout to get your desired results? What movements should you be doing? In what order? For how many sets and reps? How does your unique anatomy, goals and prior exercise history impact those decisions? Good luck.

Optimizing a personalized routine based on scientific concepts like progressive overload, hypertrophy, deloading, protein, minimum effective volume and more is difficult. UTG makes it easy. Show up (and most times, shut up) and just do what you’re told. It’s for your good. They are the experts.

I had never trained at a gym prior to going to UTG and found it to be a nice cozy fit for me. All patrons know each other and interact so warmly, keeping the atmosphere light and positively energized. I findTamir the owner to be very personable and engaging; he structures the work out best suited to you and constantly monitors for complaints of pain and or discomfort, then makes adjustments accordingly . 😇Semi-personal sessions with trainer overseeing to ensure safety is maintained during all sessions! I’m extremely grateful to have found this one of a kind training studio this past April. One year ago I could barely walk on my left leg due to a rare knee injury. So five months after extensor mechanism allograft surgery in October 2021, I reached out to Tamir for a consultation and never looked back. I was always totally intimated and afraid of the idea of going to a gym but UTG and Caiden changed all of that for me! This is more than a gym, its a total support system to meet your goals. From day 1, Caiden made me feel completely at ease. I literally don't have to worry about a thing. Caiden sets my program for me daily and dedicates as much time as I need to give me the personal attention and make sure I'm doing everything right. He is professional, motivating and super knowledgeable. This is especially important because I have an old injury that I need to work around. In the past I've been very limited because of my injury but Caiden has been able to work around my injury without compromising my workouts or RESULTS! In one month I've lost 10lbs!!!! Tamir is just as awesome and I wouldn't be able to meet my nutritional goals without his guidance and expertise. This gym also happens to have the best clients, very friendly and supportive. I have been coming here for 4 years , before UTG I always had a Gym membership but I used to go once or twice a month , I would walk into the gym and get overwhelmed with what to do and how to use the machines so I would walk on the treadmill for 20 to 30 minutes and then leave .
All of that changed when I walked in to UTG for the first time my program was already set for me I did not have to worry about what to do and if my form was right
The trainers give individualized attention for each member while working out .
Andrew can manage the floor where he could see if someone needs to go lower while squatting or widen their hands or adjust the height of the bar to fit them.
I have been working out 4 to 5 times a week I am much stronger and I have more energy throughout the day.

The accolades, I could go on and on and it still would not do him justice. Not only is he kind (although tough when he has to be), encouraging and knowledgeable about all things fitness, he honestly cares about my progress. My lows are his lows and my high are his highs, I am so thankful & grateful that I am on this journey with someone like Caiden. I don’t know what I would do without him.

To say UTG has changed my life would be an understatement. I attended one of their FREE open house sessions, where you receive a free 1 hour personalized training session. To be honest, I had terrible anxiety, so much so, it took me a half hour to get the courage to walk through the front door...I'm so glad I did. Andrew, my trainer, is hands down the most patient, encouraging & supportive person I know. I trust him implicitly and even have my children training with him. It's difficult to put into words how special this gym is to me. Even though I've only been a member for about 2 months, the staff and clients have made a phenomenal impact on my life and daily habits. Each trainer has a level of professionalism that is world-class, and they all bring something special to the table. The workouts they come up with are legendary (and fun!). The members of this gym are equally wonderful and welcoming. At UTG, I have something I've never had at any other gym: a sense of community and togetherness. I have never looked forward to exercising like I do now, and I never could have imagined frequenting a gym as often as I do now. There is a true sense of belonging here, and there's never any judgment. All compliments aside, this facility may be a little small, but it's very hygienic and neat. They've adapted to a schedule that creates the necessary space between patrons and a cleaning schedule that sanitizes the entire space for safe use.

The staff is incredibly friendly and are laser-focused on your improvement. My consultation with Tamir covered everything I was looking for by creating an intuitive workout and dieting plan to achieve my goals. I go in the mornings so I have the pleasure of developing my workout routine with Andrew. He works with me to improve every exercise, tracks my reps and weight, and is constantly checking in to see how I feel during and after my workouts. You definitely get the 1:1 treatment even in the group setting.

Fantastic experience at UTG. Tamir sat me down to start and we discussed my goals and background for a good 30m to create my customized weight training plan. My daily workouts were directed by Renz, who from the start, showed me the correct form and was consistent with correcting me and motivating me during my sets. You can tell how much Drew, Renz and Tamir care about their members. My experience has been excellent since day 1 and if I wasn’t moving I’d continue. I have been a member of UTG for a year - this review is very long-overdue, since I have had nothing but five-star experiences, every single time I walked through the door.

Joining UTG set me on a transformative fitness journey that has had sustained results that reach into many areas of my life. My impetus for starting strength training was that, even though I considered myself fit, since I ran several days a week, and generally live an active lifestyle, I knew I was not strong. I was seeing that come to bear in activities of daily life - and needed a significant change.

From my initial consultation, I knew this would be the right place for me to train. There was no judgement about the fact I had literally never done a bench press, or squats, or really anything related to strength training, prior to joining - and there was also a straightforwardness and no-nonsense approach that I personally appreciated. They do not tell me what I want to hear - they tell me what I *need* to hear, in order to get results...but in a kind, informed, and clear way (I needed a LOT help in early days, which was given with patience and humor). I've worked primarily with Andrew, and occasionally with Tamir - both are adept at tailoring their communication style by what works best with each individual client.

Many reviewers here echo what I experienced: that there was something very different about this place, that helps clients succeed, who may not have done so in a conventional gym, or by taking classes at a studio. While it's a big commitment to train here, and it's not for the faint at heart (i.e. be ready to hear what you might not want to hear), do not let that intimidate you: there are clients across levels of fitness and strength, and I always feel right at home here, and never "less than" - even though I was that complete newbie when I first arrived. There's definitely a community feeling here, too - which was a nice, unanticipated bonus of joining.

I also appreciate the methodical approach that is form-first. Andrew has a terrific memory for details, always checking in before starting a training session, whether about any injuries, upcoming work-travel, or really anything to take into account when planning routines. It's this holistic approach that has allowed me to push myself to continuous improvement, injury-free.

A year in, I can say I have built my functional fitness in ways I never anticipated. I'm stronger around the house, and with my kids - and avoided serious injury in a fall, for example, because I'm stronger. I walk taller, literally and figuratively - I'm more confident, and see improvement in how I carry myself. Witnessing this improvement, my husband joined as well, and has seen terrific results, too.

Lastly, and very importantly - this is a business run with integrity. They have reasonable, clear policies, and are genuinely happy to have my family's business. I'm not sure I could more highly recommend UTG Personal Training!

It has been really wonderful to work with them, and has already made a big difference after only a month. I worked mostly with Andrew in the early mornings and he is an incredible teacher and coach. This is hands down the greatest gym I’ve ever been apart of! It’s clean, there’s plenty of equipment, everyone is super friendly, the hours are perfect and Tamir & Andrew are awesome. I can promise that if you are willing to put in the work, these guys will definitely help you achieve your goals. After joining and belonging to 9 different gyms in the last 10 years or so, I’ve finally found a gym I love to be at, that I can trust and where I’ve seen amazing results for both myself and others. At previous gyms, I would go to the same type of boot camp classes or work with a personal trainer but I was never seeing results or getting any questions to my answers. My biggest problem with a majority of these gyms is when I would ask a trainer why something would bother me or if my form was correct, 9 times out of 10, the answer was never directly related to me and my form- It would be a very vague answer and at the end of my work out, I’d either be in pain from incorrect form or very frustrated with my workout and not feeling like I accomplished anything. At unique training group, these guys will start with teaching and correcting form before throwing weights at you. They have answers for your questions and they’ll adjust workouts or exercises based on your needs and to help you still achieve results and feels accomplished after the gym. Now that I’ve been going to this gym for the last 6 months, Ive seen my strength increase way past what I thought were my limits years ago, lose weight that I thought would never happen, shape up and tone in ways that I didn’t think were possible for my body, and I feel a sense of accomplishment and happiness from the gym every single time. In my opinion, no gym or class can compare or compete with the level of knowledge and experience unique training group offers. You will not be disappointed!!

UTG has been a great experience. With the goal of losing weight and getting stronger, I was nervous to start, but once I did, I felt comfortable and at-home instantly.
There are no expectations other than that you show up ready to work hard. The trainers do an excellent job of working through technique so that your workout is safe and effective; they also tailor each workout to an individual’s ability level while still pushing for a great workout that you’ll certainly feel the next day (in the best way possible).

They are fantastic, supportive and they up my game and modify my workouts continually - on top of that, Sarah rounds out the team providing me with outstanding real nutritional advice to help me hit my weight loss goals that also complement my workout program. I’ve worked out in many gyms throughout my life, mostly in New York city and I’ve trained with many trainers. So I was a little skeptical about joining a small gym in Northern New Jersey. I guess I was afraid that they couldn’t contribute anything new to my fitness knowledge base, or that I would grow bored rather quickly. Unique Training Group has changed my life. I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in my life. What I like about the gym is that they take a three pronged approach to fitness. Not only do they train you on the gym floor but they meet with you once a week to go over your progress. They also outline a nutrition plan that’s individualized to that member. This I found invaluable. Unlike big corporate gym chains the staff care and know their members. They make sure their members meet their goals and offer assistance if they are ever faced with obstacles. If you have tried time and time again to get into shape and failed, I strongly recommend Unique Training Group. It’s changed my life and I’m sure it will change yours.

I have been a part of UTG since Aug 2017 and am extremely happy with my progress so far. This is not a regular gym where you just show up do your thing and go home. Every workout and meal plan is structured as per your goals and needs. And to top it we have a great set of trainers who constantly motivate you to do better.
I have been to other places but the appreciation and encouragement that i have received at UTG is commendable, which I believe plays a huge role to achieving your goals. I still wish i would have joined earlier :-) Keep up the good work!!!

Started at Unique Training Group back in October of last year and have loved going ever since. The community is the best part of working out at UTG, besides the trainers! Both the trainers and the community are a group of people all trying to reach a similar goal and encourage you to hit your specific target. I've never felt nervous or embarrassed working out at UTG, unlike other gyms. The trainers help you with each rep and make sure you have the movement down. Tamir is great with helping you stick to your diet and is easy to talk to, along with Sarah, Mario, and Andrew. A great place to work out if you're looking for a community and not just a place of exercise.

I always felt intimidated and overwhelmed at the gym so avoided it like the plague. I rationalized it as "its just not for me" or "I would be so bored". Well, I was wrong. UTG has taught me how to be healthy and work towards my goals. I actually enjoy going and look forward to 'me' time after work which is something I never thought I would say.

The training gives you personalized plan and attention, but also allows you room to breath - the perfect balance.

The diet plan that lets you eat whatever you want but teaches you how to portion and balance it out to still meet your goals. Its not a 'diet' as much as teaching you how to properly eat.

I've been at UTG for almost a year now! (Only 1 more week to a year) . They have been so helpful and useful. In only 6 months I lost 28 pounds. I didn't even know I had 28 pounds to lose. My strength has grown immensely. I can now squat and deadlift twice my body weight. The trainers at UTG helped me reach my goals for the past year. I can't thank them enough.

I've joined gyms before, done the diet thing, a lot of them... never been part of a gym like this! The whole experience is different, in a great way. From the workouts to the weekly progress consultations, UTG really sets the bar high in terms of personal training. The staff is very knowledgeable as evident by the results you can achieve. I've worked out with Andrew for the past two years, and he's so great! He's very patient and willing to explain the correct way to perform each exercise and what each exercises targets. This is a great place to learn how to workout and lose weight. They take you through all the exercises step by step and help you lose weight the right way. After almost 6 months, I am much stronger and leaner. I still eat what I use to eat I just watch how many calories I intake. This is the best experience I have ever had with a gym!

I joined about 3 months ago. Yesterday, not only did i do my first dead-lifts, but I felt strong. I lost about 9 lbs so far but more importantly my clothes fit better and I have a lot more energy.

This place is the real deal if you want to learn about physical fitness and the right way to eat and exercise. This is one of the best decisions I've made. Tamir and Andrew are true professionals and the other clients make you feel welcomed from day 1. No meatheads, no showoffs, no obnoxious music or smelly locker rooms.

I am in my first week of training at UTG, and already fell in love. I live in miami, so of course this location isn't prime for me. (I grew up in NJ so my little brother trains here) When I came home to visit, and saw his results, I signed up the next day. Within the very first session, I already knew that this type of training was for me. For years I have been sucked into the regular types of workouts, barley getting results. These guys really get down to the science of things, and although the workouts are extremely tough (I can't walk right now) they are only a few exercises long. This makes it much less intimidating and mentally do-able to get to the gym each day. Needless to say, I'm on my last day of the week, and I have already booked my flight to come BACK next week. I had no idea I'd enjoy it this much and this quickly. Definitely going to change my way of life, my body, and most of all, my girlfriend will LOVE IT!

The best thing anyone can do for themselves for a better quality of life is join UTG. I have been with them for over two years and I can honestly say their name is so perfectly appropriate, Unique Training Group. I have worked privately with Dan Spooner who helped me strengthen my body with knowledge, watchfulness, and encouragement. I am so happy with what he and I accomplished. I am not a bikini babe but I am a one moving grandma of 7, thanks to UTG. Dan got me going, and I also worked in the small groups with Russ and Andrew who add even more diversity to the mix as each has their specialty as well. Tamir Greenberger has removed the word diet from your mind set and replaced it with accountability. He helps you with this every step of the way even if it's three steps forward and a step back. He has your back and you will succeed. The clientele is friendly and supportive and it is a friendly environment. There are teenagers to Seniors here and the mix is awesome in today's world. Do yourself a favor and see for yourself. A life improving experience to be had.

I went to these guys 3 months ago and they have changed my life. I now know what I have to do to reach my target weight and achieve the fitness level I want. I am not there yet, but I am well on my way. I most appreciate their flexibility and honesty. It's a small gym and you don't go there for fancy equipment. They are not drill sergeants (unless you want them to be). It's really up to you. If you are serious, then you should give these guys a try. They will tell you what you need to do and help you do it.

I'm relatively new to the UTG family and it's been years since I've worked-out in any meaningful way, but from day-1 I could see there was something different about this gym! There is nothing "typical" about UTG or the great staff that works there. From personalized work-out routines, to meaningful nutrition or lifting focus groups, to one-on-one sessions to review your macros UTG has it "dialed-in". If weight loss, strength training or similar goals are what you want and aspire to improve then UTG is for you! I can't recommend enough the Unique Training Group or the professional focus Tamir, Russ, Andrew, Will and Dan bring each and every day...these guys challenge you every single workout and make you feel good, in fact better, about yourself and your progress. For me, I'm down over 20 lbs. since joining UTG and significantly up in strength and my only limitation is me. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment...it's the best decision you'll make for you all year!!!

I am your typical 40-something mom of 2 who always puts everyone else first (husband, kids, family business, elderly parents) while never taking care of myself. I've tried every weight loss method out there -- I've lost dozens of pounds only to gain them all back and then some. When I first came in contact with UTG, in all honesty I have to say it was my Hail Mary, my last attempt to find something -- anything! -- that would work and that I could maintain and continue doing for the rest of my life. At this point I didn't have much hope for finding "it" because of all of my past attempts and failures. I was preparing myself to just accept the fact that I would always be this way. But something in my gut told me there has to be a better way, there has to be something out there that works! I also never focused on anything else except my desire to lose weight. I was haunted by the number on the scale. Things like strength training, fat loss, a working/faster metabolism, having a positive relationship with food, and even enjoying (and not hating/dreading) a workout never even crossed my mind. After only a few short months at UTG, thanks to the guidance, education, and encouragement I continue to receive, the light bulb finally went off! I feel a physical strength that I've never had before, I actually look forward to my workouts, my food binges are a thing of the past, I'm no longer obsessing over or controlled by food and the guilt that came with it, my stress & anxiety levels have calmed down, my waves of depression have lifted, my body feels balanced and at peace, and most amazing of all, I feel like the fat loss I am steadily experiencing has become the bonus because all of these other benefits have given me what I've spent 20+ years looking for and have finally found, even though I never knew I was missing out on them in the first place. I'm so happy I listened to my gut and didn't give up! If just one person reads this and saves themselves the years of frustration that I wasted before finding UTG, then this public baring of my soul has been totally worth it!

I stumbled across UTG's website one night after aimlessly searching the internet for weight loss advice. As cliche as it sounds, it was unique to anything I've come across. I signed up the day i met the owner (Tamir) and had a consultation. I was so impressed with his extensive knowledge of all things fitness and nutrition, i felt no need to second guess my decision.

I just finished up 3 months with UTG and there is not one thing negative i could say about it. The environment is the most supportive I've seen, the knowledge of the whole staff is nothing less than impressive. Everything you do here from the workouts to your nutrition is uniquely designed around you, your goals and your lifestyle. UTG has changed my life is more ways than they even know. I enjoy going everyday and training, its a great atmosphere filled with great people (staff and clientele.)

UTG is not a quick fix solution, it a lifestyle change. A lot of places and people tell you they can help you lose unwanted weight , but will you keep that weight off in 6 months? a year? your whole life? No. UTG is designed for you to be able to maintain what you learn there for a lifetime. After all, isn't that the real goal? Although UTG isn't just about weight loss, no matter what your fitness goals may be, whether it's building muscle mass or fat loss they have the skills to get you there.

UTG has a very knowledgeable and dedicated staff who truly cares about each and every one of their clients, you can sense this immediately by the way they interact with the members and by the overall atmosphere of the facility. Whether you just want someone to train with or need some nutrition advice, they have you covered… you’ll get more tips and advice than you know what to do with! The trainers at UTG want you to succeed and they go above and beyond to make sure you do.

I walked into UTG somewhat impulsively and I believe a bit predestined. After losing my childhood best friend to cancer at the age of 24 and my step-dad just short of a year later, let's just say I was not in the best place that I had ever been. I was in need of a positive change and wanted to do something good for myself --- UTG was just what I needed! 3+ months later I am healthier, happier, and have gained a whole new support system in the UTG family.

You could be doing yourself a huge favor by coming in for one of UTG’s open houses or by setting up a consultation with Tamir. A foot in the door was all it took for me to know that I wanted to be there. I may complain… a lot (you can ask Drew) and fight Tamir on almost everything he tells me to do, but I really do trust these guys 100%. Yes, a big part of your success will come from what you put in but I come in even on my worst days and give 100% because they give it right back!

I have been with UTG for many years now and it is absolutely amazing to see how far they have come and how much they have developed. You have a choice between one on one personal training or small group training and you can’t go wrong with either one! The trainers are super sweet and very knowledgable and the people who go there are awesome- When you step through the UTG doors you really feel like you are part of a family.

Another great thing about UTG is everyone CARES! I was out for a while with health issues and at the time I was doing one on one training with Dan Spooner- Dan called me all the time to check on me and to see how I was feeling! Now, I do small group training and whether I am working out with Urosh or Andrew I know I am 100% guaranteed an amazing workout. UTG gym also just did their first ever boot camp run by Will entitled “The most intense bootcamp ever” and it was nothing short of that, Will challenged us every week for 6 weeks! When the weather is nice they take the training outside so you can workout in the fresh air!

UTG is not your typical run of the mill "gym". It's more of a training facility where highly educated, trained, professionals lead you through workouts that are specifically geared for you and your goals. Having shoulder issues, I was a little sketchy at first about what I could do and what kinds of results I would see. Every single trainer there has always been on top of my shoulder issues and have modified each exercise so that I can get the maximum benefit without further injury. I initially joined because I was turning 40 and I wanted to get on a healthier track. Before I knew it, dress sizes were dropping, more definition was being noticed, and most of all-- my mind was just more free and happy. Going to UTG is the highlight of my day. The trainers are always there to give great advice, help you along with flexible eating habits and are always encouraging. The clients there are also very welcoming, fun, and spirited. We have a great time. It's been over two years now that I have become part of their family and each time I go, there's always something new to do. Workouts are fun and effective. Best birthday present I gave to myself!
