Train like a Champion! Boxing is not just about punching things. Boxers also need to run, lift, and recover. To get into the best shape of your life, you need to apply all of these methods. The Cardio, Strength Training, and Core workouts at Victor Boxing and Fitness are designed just for that.
This is a FITNESS GYM FIRST. There is no sparring or technical ring work. Classes are structured for weight loss, building muscle endurance, and having fun flowing with the Mitts. You will learn the basics and feel like a real boxer!!

Victor is absolutely amazing instructor! He is so kind and encouraging. His workouts are never the same and learning punching combinations is such an empowering feeling! His classes are super diverse with ppl of all fitness levels and ages coming to show up and put in the work. Took my first class. Victor got me right up to speed and was such a fantastic instructor. I’m relatively new to boxing and he broke down the combinations perfectly for me to understand and implement. The whole class was very upbeat,energetic, and all the people were very welcoming.

Where to even start...if you are looking to improve or fine tune your body, learn a skill, become part of a fitness family,...then this is exactly where you need to be. The classes are always on point working each part of your body leaving you feeling exhausted and energized at the same time. Not to mention, the owner/trainer is so talented and skilled when it comes to mitt work! Five star gym and Victor is by far the best! Best classes and workout by far! Victor is very knowledgeable and motivating..the classes are challenging but fun and good for anyone at any skill level. The motivation during class keeps you wanting to go back. After a workout it makes you feel accomplished and energized.
