Physical fitness programAbout the Club
CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone — people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.
In it’s true definition CrossFit is “CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” But, in it’s practical, everyday life application definition, it’s hands-on fitness at it finest.
Good CrossFit is where the coaches are experts in fitness and care about you and your fitness journey, and they invest themselves in helping you reach your goals. Once you try it, you may never want to go to the “other gyms” again!

I couldn't be happier with Warrior's Path. The coaching staff and the community of members is top notch. It's not just about a great place to stay fit but building a community of support. Everyone is welcoming, supportive and fun! I truly enjoy going to class.

For anyone who has been doing CrossFit for many years or you are just starting out, I highly recommend Warriors Path CrossFit! I was there only for a couple months but it very soon felt like home, the community is so welcoming and encouraging. Coach Kris is the best! Her knowledge of movements and the sport is deep and learning from her was one of my favorite things about being there.

I’ve exercised in many different ways all my life, but always admired the CrossFit groups. I loved how they seemed to enjoy working hard and the sense of community that this good-for-you activity seemed to foster. It looked like a bunch of good friends getting in shape together.
So, despite fears of body breakage, the reason most hesitate to try CrossFit, I finally decided to give it a shot at Warrior’s Path CrossFit in Andover, NJ. And I was mostly right in my assessments. It was fun, there was community, it was challenging. But I was wrong in that I did not break! I suppose I can see how that might happen, it’s hard, strenuous work that is really geared toward achieving enviable strength and fitness. But what I learned is that, with the proper instruction and having the right person keeping an eye on you, there’s truly nothing to fear.
That’s where I have to really give big props to Coach Kris. As I mentioned I’ve been exercising my whole life, but hearing Kris describe some of the exercises, some of which I’ve been doing forever, I learned more about them, and learned how to do them better and more correctly. She has a great way about her, great clear communication skills and she is laser focused on the team of people entrusting her with their exercise and fitness goals. She clearly takes that responsibility very seriously. I for one am grateful for it.
The class went by really quickly and I felt depleted in a really good way when it was over. We did a great cool down and stretch and got us all excited to start the day. I STRONGLY (pun intended) recommend Coach Kris and Warrior’s Path CrossFit in Andover.

Wow! Never thought I'd do this, but joining Warrior's Path CrossFit was the best thing my wife and I have done in years. We need to get in better shape and the gyms that just let you wander the sea of iron to flounder are not worth the $10 per month. Those gyms are a waste of time. I found this gym to be a community of people looking to improve their health and have fun doing it. Don't get me wrong. I'm sore as hell. But I will keep going back and growing in this gym. It's in a great location with plenty of parking. Everybody knows your name and encourages you. I've been to gyms before. This isn't a "gym". It's an awesome way of life that I hope to do for as long as I can.

I am mad at myself for not stepping into this gym sooner. As a working mom of 3 littles who hasn’t prioritized exercise in far too long, I was hesitant to take the leap and am SO glad I did. WPCF has become the place I didn’t quite know how much I needed. Yes, the workouts are excellent but the coaching, the vibe, the people and overall support here are phenomenal. Kris strikes the perfect balance of guidance/support and pushing you to reach your personal best. Her passion is evident in the way she teaches every class- providing the context for each move, expanding on every WOD and answering all of our (sometimes multiple) Qs. My mind and body are thankful and I’d encourage anyone, at any level, to come join us!

Great workout location. Owner and staff hands on with exceptional knowledge and training techniques. No other CrossFit facility spends the time needed on movements and techniques to workout correctly.

A Wonderful place for a workout! Each day is scaled so I can get maximum benefits for my level. And CrossFit isn’t just to make you stronger, it’s to help you maximize your life. After doing WOD’s (workout of the day) regularly, I have more strength, yes, but also more stamina. I can walk further, lift my granddaughter, carry groceries, get up and down easily, not just steps, but even from the floor. I can ski, hike, kayak, swim - all better than before CrossFit. My immune system is strong, feel good, sleep well and have lots of energy. Kris ensures your workouts movements and positions are correct, reducing the possibility of injury. It has changed my life!
The best workouts from the best coaches. I stay motivated because every day is difficult. All workouts are challenging but doable because they are modified for my l ability.

Almost 3 years ago I started the journey of Crossfit with 2 goals: weight loss and accountability (there's actually a 3rd goal which I keep to myself). Over this journey we perform "tests" to determine if we are physically improving (thus mentally as well...the brain gives up before the body). This morning myself and my W.O.D. (workout of the day) mates took another challenge which we tested 2 years ago. Below were my results (April 2022, April 2024):
April 2022: My Body Weight-208 lbs. Back Squat: 230 lbs. Deadlift: 311.5 lbs. Age: 43
April 2024: My Body Weight-192 lbs. Back Squat: 265 lbs. Deadlift: 345 lbs. Age: 45
Without the guidance of my coaches for the last 3 years, Coach Kris Perry-Tedesco and Coach Robert Tarleton, our newer coaches Andrew Tedesco, Cayla Solomita (still waiting to be coached by Chantel Marion) and of course my brothers and sisters at Warrior's Path Crossfit, this wouldn't be possible. Thank you all for being patient, encouraging me when I needed to be encouraged, challenging me when I needed to be challenged and most importantly, never giving up on me. Love you all and see you back at the Box!

I started WPCF a year ago and like most I quit after just a few months. I quit even after losing 20 plus pounds, I quit after feeling the best mentally, I quit although I felt stronger than ever. Most would wonder why-The easiest explanation is, it got hard. I found myself not only making poor diet decisions and not being able to carry my ever growing toddler but missing the sense if accomplishment and family. I am happy to say that I started once again this summer and although it was a tough start-muscle memory is very real! Although emotional memory is real, our coaches are top notch, the people who attend are top notch and the message is what is important. Its about showing up, its the first step to longevity. When you step foot in WPCF you encounter people from all walks of life! I am thankful for this community and this WPCF family!

Great atmosphere. The coach’s do a great job working with you if you have an injury and provide substitutions for workout if needed. The environment is welcoming and motivating. I’ve been a member for over 3 years and highly recommend.

I just want to start by saying, this gym is for everyone. I know it may sound cliche, but every workout is geared to each individual athlete. If you never worked out a day in your life, you have an injury, you're in your teens or older - not a problem!
I first joined the box 2 years ago and I will not lie, it was a mental and physical challenge. I grew up a three sport athlete, but could never join an average gym because they didn't challenge me. I couldn't plan workouts or sit through a walk or run on the treadmill without thinking about everything else that was going on in my life.
Warrior's Path provides a strategically weekly planned warm-up, workout, and warm-down. The coaches provide a safe environment that focuses on drilling in the fundamentals and preventing you from performing unsafe acts outside of your skill level. When I am at Warriors Path, I can safely think about the task at hand with confidence.
This box is individual, group and family oriented. You can always count on a coach or fellow warrior to give you words of encouragement/boost of confidence you need. I gained a family of warriors when I joined this gym. I cannot recommend this box enough.

Thank you Coach Kris and Coach Rob!!!

WPCF has changed my life in more ways than I can explain! The coaches challenge you and push you to do your best; even if you don't believe you can. It is a safe space to grow both mentally and physically. Warrior's focuses on functional fitness so I know this is a life long change I have made for the better! Thank you Warrior's Path!!!

Before joining a few years ago I had tried other traditional gyms and never got results or stuck with it. I would get to the gym and struggle to figure out where to start, and I wouldn’t push myself to do very much. From the first class at Warrior’s Path Crossfit, I knew this would be different. The coaches are very friendly and knowledgeable and work to understand your fitness level and goals. The workouts can be personalized to your strength and ability level, and safety comes first. Some of the movements that I was intimidated by when I first joined, I can now do without a thought. Crossfit has pushed me to do much harder workouts than I ever thought I was capable of. I’m in much better shape and much stronger than when I joined, and I owe it to Warrior’s Path.
In addition, I’ve met a great group of people that have turned into friends. It’s become like a family; I can’t recommend Warrior’s Path enough! Give it a try, you will be glad you did!

Edit Update:
2021- Look no more, this is the gym for you! Initially, I was intimidated by the word ‘CrossFit’ but my curiosity got the best of me and I tried one class. I’ve been stronger, healthier, happier, and feeling more accomplished for over a year now. The coaches take their time with each individual to make sure they are getting the correct form and results for their needs. This is a judgement free, enthusiastic, encouraging, safe place. This gym has become part of my family. New warriors are always welcomed and accepted. We’re ready for you….What are you waiting for?
2020- New member here... and I can’t say enough good things about this gym. My trepidation was put to ease the very first class. Everyone is supportive, encouraging, and non-judgemental. My last gym left big shoes to fill, but this place definitely gives me the same sense of family and direction. The coaches are great at explaining the moves and are committed to pushing your individual limits in a safe, effective way. I would recommend this gym to others who are looking for a great lifestyle change focusing on health and attaining new fitness goals.

Personal without being cliquey. The people here are great! I was welcomed day one and feel like part of the team. I've been to other cross-fit gyms that do not make it as easy to go at your own pace. Kris is an excellent coach who encourages me to challenge myself each day without pushing me to the brink of injury. I am petite and I've had to start with the smaller weights and modified workouts. No problem! And I find myself getting better each day, while having fun with great people!
