Classes are sub-par teaching and highly competitive. Such rude office staff I never got to set up classes this time around. I called a month ago and talked to someone about a homeschooling class. Sounded great, she said call back 1 week prior to the class's start to enroll. So I did today and was told "you have to be chosen to be in the homeschooling class". I explained to her what I had discussed with someone else. She asked "which class?" I was in the middle of simply saying the word "Tuesday" and she says "mam, calm down". I say "I'm not upset at all, I'm just answering your question". She says "no, you're talking over me" how an i supposed to answer your question without saying anything? If they are this ride to parents who want to spend $190/ month, how are they going to treat my kids? Not enrolling. Years ago my kids took preschool level classes. They were just ok teachers, and pushy with me about getting the kids into competitive levels I'm assuming just for more money.

We have been going here for almost a year now and my 4 year old daughter looks forward to her class with mr tom every week!!! He is very energetic and truly loves what heβs doing and it shows week after week. His patience and commitment to teaching these kids is out of this world!!! While the waiting area and viewing area for parents could be better, we keep coming solely for how much our daughter loves her teacher, and that to us is always a win!!!

Extremely Disappointed β Lack of Empathy and Inclusion
My 9-year-old daughter, who has autism and ADHD, had been attending this gymnastics school for over a year. She always enjoyed the classesβuntil a few months ago when she started expressing that a woman (not her regular coach) was treating her differently and unfairly, favoring other children. I regret not taking her complaints more seriously at the time, thinking the school would contact me if something was truly wrong.
Recently, she started having panic attacks at home at the thought of going to class and constantly made up excuses not to go. Today, I dropped her off as usual, and minutes later I received a call from the schoolβno one spoke to me directly, just transferred the call to my daughter, who was crying and asking me to come get her because she had been pulled from class.
When I arrived, the receptionist didnβt know what was going on. Eventually, the assistant coach told me she had removed my daughter from class because she was βdistracted with her water bottle and not following directions.β As a parent of a neurodivergent child, I found this response incredibly dismissive and damaging. Not once did anyone call me to discuss what was happening. Instead, they simply removed her and left her to call me herself in distress.
The assistant coach (named Amaia) was cold and unsympathetic, telling me that βthe kids are not babiesβ and that βshe doesnβt carry anyone in her arms,β referring to the fact that my daughter tends to hug others as a way of expressing apology or emotionβsomething that stems directly from her diagnosis. She even admitted there was no one-on-one support for children with special needs, despite the school claiming to be inclusive and welcoming to neurodiverse students.
My daughter was discriminated against, traumatized, and made to feel unwanted in an environment that should have uplifted her. Instead of understanding and working with her diagnosis, they treated her behavior as a discipline issue. This is not inclusionβitβs exclusion with a smile.
I do not recommend this place to any parent of a child with autism, ADHD, or other special needs. They are not trained, not sensitive, and not prepared to differentiate between neurodivergent behavior and misconduct. To them, children are just numbersβnot people with feelings, challenges, and unique needs.

We went for a trial class here. I am sorry, but this is not suitable for children or any human beings. No air whatsoever, nasty smell, like someones old socks. Overcrowded!! we were at 4.30 pm class. Additionally, there was a very small area for parents to observe. It seems there should be limits on the number of children allowed at once for health and safety reasons. Overall, it was not a positive experience.

My daughter has been attending here for about 5 months. However, I had to reschedule a time. The following week, I had to actually cancel. You can only miss one class in a month. You are provided no additional makeup classes, which is beyond unrealistic. Additionally, they absolutely DO NOT care if you leave. Your child is only a number unless they need you. My child was solely recreational, so she was discarded with no hesitation. To make matters worse, they discard you, then hold you to 30 days. That way, you still have to pay. The front desk staff is rude When asked to speak to management, you're told no one is around. When the manager finally called, I was already done. Don't waste your time or money. So many great places around that exude professionalism.

We've been coming every week to watch our 3 toddler grandkids. The staff is great and the kids all love it. Though it can be crowded during the overlap of classes it clears out quickly. We love the atmosphere and enthusiasm of the coaches.

So today at this moment my daughter, husband and I are waiting for the 6:30pm free trialβ¦. Upon entering two young woman at the front did NOT acknowledge us. We stood there for 3 minutes and not one time did either of them acknowledge us. Not even to say βone second or be right with youβ. I donβt want to disappoint my daughter by leaving so we will get through the trail. However, I must say. So far itβs a NO. Im big on manners and those two young women were Rude.

Iβd like to say, what I have observed about this gym and the coaches there are out of reach for me to articulate. My daughter coach Irya is the real deal. The way she carries herself and keeps the coach athlete bond priority speaks volumes. She we are new to this team and she is literally what you can imagine an amazing coach should be. The future of Will Moor for my child is going to teach her so much, Thank You for this opportunity!

My kids have been going to the Ninja Warrior class for a few years on and off. We recently decided to stop the classes because the boys had other activities. We stopped coming to class but Will Moor continued to charge for an extra month (that we did not attend). When I attempted to negotiate a good-faith resolution and offered a partial payment I was met with insults, aggression, and argument. This place does not have good business practices and I would not recommend anyone do business with them. I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company.

My daughter was at this gym for 3 years. It felt as she was just a number. The gym is very crowded and most of the coaches do not bond with the kids and there is no team spirit or cormradery. There are better choices.

Ms Jodi is the best. My daughter has been coming to the mommy and me class for over a year now. It's my daughter's favorite part of the week. She is so patient, kind and friendly with all of the kids. The class starts with a little freeplay with toys, then songs, the obstacle course then free play. I think it's great just for fun or to get your kids started for a future in gymnastics.

The best coaches a child can have when competing USAG. The owner Kim is a phenomenal woman that is very strong πͺπ½ in her spot along with her teamβ¦. The BARS, FLOOR,VAULT, BEAM and level 4/5 coaches are a pleasure to have. Nevertheless. My daughters true discovery π‘ was found by this one coach name Judy at age 4 and itβs been the best every since!

We booked a birthday party here for 15 children ranging in age from 2-9. All of the kids had a blast, so I gave some extra stars given I am not the one I paid to please. I would say that the building is so cold that our guests could not remove their coats. The price ($400) for a 2 hour party seemed a bit high for what you get (an empty room to bring your own party supplies, food, etc. and 1.5hr of guided play for the kids). The parents were bored and cold, but it was a kid's party.. There wasn't any music in the party area and the music in the gym was so quiet it felt empty. Finally, I'd suggest that the venue gives client more time to set up (we were only allowed 15 mins).

My daughters have been a part of the Will Moor family/team for many years. The facility is new and has wonderful equipment. The Coaches are knowledgeable, caring, and tough (when needed). They present a "can do" attitude that inspires the kids to work harder. Coaches Kim and Jeanne have supported my girls through mental blocks, family crises, and major injuries. Thanks to the caring staff at Will Moor my girls have become respected team members, Jr. Coaches, and scholarship recipients. I truly believe that gymnastics has molded my daughters into hard workers, exceptional students, beautiful athletes, and time management specialists.

A total waste of time and money. My daughter attended this place for one year. Her teacher seemed more focused on what was going on around her. My biggest issues were the incompetence of the front desk staff. One staff tells you and the other staff tells you'd differently. Decided to take her to Schaffer gymnastics as the facility is better equipped. Have been very happy for the last 4 months with the communication between staff and parents

Don't be fooled Parents!!! They don't care about your kids...my daughter broke her leg due to lack of supervision/negligence and for months the only calls I received was for payments, payments for classes during my child's absence, not once did the staff called to inquire about my child's recovery. The injury occurred the day before the next month's payment was due, which was August 28th, now they claim I owe for all of August thru to November...apparently the incident report was never submitted to Management timely, so it wasn't until October that they finally documented the incident and further confirmed that there will be no charge for August and thereafter....now that my daughter is finally cleared to return to activities (after 9 mnths), their NEW incompetent and clueless staff rep is now trying to rip me off claiming I owe for July to August...DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT WILLMOOR, YOUR KIDS ARE NOT SAFE THERE. NICE FACILITY WITH POOR MANAGEMENT, A FEW COACHES, LIKE Ms Ann, are good; but they often complain that they're under paid... take your kids elsewhere. One of the best coaches left for the same reason, Willmoor cares less about their staff/coaches and their students, it is all about the money. Money hungry Willmoor.
