About the Club

Winks Personal Training offers 1-1 or small group training in Ledgewood, New Jersey. We help customize our client's goals whether it would be weight loss or strength training. We're open Monday-Friday between 8:30 am - 8 pm and on Saturdays from 9 am - 3 pm.

Matt is such a knowledgeable and cool trainer! I've had him as a trainer back when he used to work at a chain fitness center. He will definitely help you with your goals and form. You will definitely feel sore after each workout, but you will feel stronger than before!

I started personal training with Matt in 2018 and I’ve been with him ever since. I train 5/6 times a week. In doing so, I know the workout program & recovery are a key part. Matt is a very knowledgeable & patient trainer. I appreciate that his main focus is on your form. In all the years I’ve trained with him, I’ve never hurt myself while working out. If you’re looking for a great trainer who is very patient, Matt is the one for you!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would, Matt takes the time to fine tune workouts based off of your fitness goals and is so attentive to making sure your form is correct and you’re getting the most out of each session. He’s such a genuine person that cares for his clients in every aspect, he’s easy to get along with, has a good sense of humor and is very knowledgeable. I’ve been training with him for 5 months and can genuinely say I look forward to every workout and the hour flies by. I can promise you that you will be sore in the best ways possible, and walking out of every session feeling accomplished. 10/10 recommend!

I've been working with Matt for almost a year now. I first came at the suggestion of a friend. I was very much "out of shape" and figured I'd go once and probably never go back (that's usually how it is with me). But this was different. Right away I felt comfortable. Aside from talking about my goals, Matt recognized my current 'lack of activity' and didn't try to kill me on day 1, and that's how it's been ever since. I keep coming back and am currently in the best shape I've been in in a very long time. He's very easy to get along with, truly cares about his clients, and I'd recommend him to anyone, regardless of your fitness level. Don't be afraid to give it a try; you won't be sorry.

I started working out with Matt over 8 years ago when he was training at a large fitness chain. When COVID struck the gym was shut down and I wasn’t sure what would become of my fitness regime. Once things were safe Matt reached out to me and we figured out a way to continue workouts outside the gym. I am so glad that Matt now has his own establishment. It is very professional and has all the necessary equipment and amenities. Matt is a very knowledgeable trainer, with a great personality that keeps things fun even during a tough workout. Matt will push you to improve to higher levels of fitness and get you outside your comfort zone in the most comfortable way. I highly recommend giving Winks Personal Training a try! Best place on earth! I will recommend him to everyone. I know how I started so many times and never stayed consistent throughout the year. But always dream and wish for getting good results. This time last year I joined Winks Personal Training Center and that was my best thing I did for my self. I have been training with my trainer Matt for about one year. Affordable, convenient and motivating. Matt has been supporting me, uplifting me and pushing me to achieve my goals.I stared believing in my self and keep pushing my limits to achieve my goals. Learned to be consistent and never give up. I am now my best shape and health ever. I will give the credit to my trainer Matt. I know sometimes we need someone to push you a little to do more . In my case Mat pushed me a lot to get the results I wanted.
