It's been about a year now since I became a member here, and by and large the experience has been absolutely amazing! The employees are nice, helpful, and knowledgeable.
The equipment that they have curated is even more amazing. There are so many unique high quality machines; many that I have never seen or heard of before. Some are rare and from discontinued companies who perhaps put more emphasis on the highest quality novel designs and less on running a profitable business, so they got eaten up by big box brands over time. Nonetheless, XL has managed to gather this collection and keeps everything in outstanding shape.
My only "complaint" is that they don't open early enough for me. I can only work out in the mornings before work, and I have to be at work by 6:00AM. XL currently opens at 5:00AM and luckily I work just 1 exit north on 295, but that means I have to race through there in the mornings and PRAY that nobody needs to use any equipment that I need to use, otherwise I'm screwed and have to skip that exercise that day.
5:00AM is plenty early for most, but when I show up at 4:45AM, there are already at least half a dozen cars parked waiting for them to open, so I know if they opened at 4:00AM, they would make me and my half-dozen buddies happier, lol...πͺ

They take advantage of young teens wanting to cancel their memberships, who really have no idea that in the contract they initially signed, cancellations are only valid in writing versus a phone call....Nor when you call is that stated. Way to rip off the young!

I initially joined this Gym when they were "Planet Fitness" then Future Fitness before the well known Planet Fitness copyrighted the name. This was my first Gym and they got me really going on my Fitness Journey.
In a full circle moment I moved across the street from what is now XL Fitness and was looking for a change from my home workout routine. Wife learned that XL offers a discount through my medical insurance so I joined back up.
First the good:
Some of the trainers are still there from like 20 years ago! Nice to see the longevity and I recall them being pretty nice folks. The gym is large with a fantastic amount of Strength training equipment, free weights and all the cardio equipment that exist in the U.S. Seriously, there is a lot of equipment here. I work out fairly late (8:30pm) so the gym is not crowded at all. My wife is in there during peak time at 6 and says it's not too busy then. My wife also loves the instructors for the classes she attends and though I don't interact with most of the staff, she seems to really like them all.
Now the Bad:
The Gym and it's equipment was here 20 years ago. Not much has changed or been maintained. The paint from the celling is flaking off and you'll see it all over the gym. Stand there long enough and you can see it floating down from the ceiling as it falls. It's all over the floor. The cable station is not maintained at all. One of the pulley's is loose and the cable is frayed. The mechanism sticks a lot so some of the resistance you get is not the weight itself but friction. Makes for a not so smooth experience. The plates on this station have not been maintained so you can barely see the Weight amount on the plates. This is consistent with many of their machines where I can't tell how much weight it is. I have notes on my workout log that says 8 plates down because the number on the plate is worn off. Easily remedied with a label maker you can buy from amazon if you want to save costs! Many of the benches in the free weight area were original from 20 years ago and it shows. Some have broken handles, ripped padding and rust. The Dumbbells are a mismatch of different brands and styles and very worn out. I grabbed a set of 30's and the rubber was peeling off of it. Some of the rubber weight plates are gnarly dirty, specifically the 35 lbs plates for some reason. These are also a Hodge podge of different plate styles that have been collected over 20 years. The carpet is also original from 20 years ago and it shows. It's also not vacuumed nightly, unless the peeling paint from the ceiling is falling off at an alarming rate because I see it covering the floor every night I'm there (4-5 days per week). Compared to other gyms in the area, I'd have to say this one is the dirtiest.
Finally, while the members have all been nice, they have little gym etiquette. Many don't re-rack their weights. I feel bad for the lady at the front desk who is reaching over her head un-racking 45lbs plates that some entitled member left on the machine or bar. I try to help out between sets when I see weights on random bars etc. I've been a member of what outsiders may call "meat head" gyms and none of them were as self centered and thoughtless as the folks here. You literally go to the gym to pick things up and put them down. So pick up after yourself and re rack your dang weights people! I will however say that I routinely see members wiping down benches so that is awesome. Though none of these are the people that leave weights on machines.
All in all, because of the discount I get, the time of day I go and the fact that I walk across the street to get my workout in, I continue to attend this gym as it has everything I need equipment wise and it is convenient. If I were paying full price or had to drive there, there would be much better options in the area with regard to facility and equipment maintenance and cleanliness for the same price.
Given all the cleanliness complaints I see here, I'm hoping the current owners are coming up with a plan to reinvest into the gym. Time will tell.

Poor Customer Service and
Communication: The staff at XL
Gym were unresponsive and unhelpful when I approached them with issues. Despite being a long-term member, I felt like my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. There was a clear lack of communication, and I was left without any satisfactory solutions to my problems.
2. Unprofessional Treatment: The way I was treated by the staff was unprofessional and unacceptable. I expected better treatment after years of loyalty, but instead, I felt undervalued and ignored.
3. Lack of Effort in Resolving Issues: When I raised my concerns, there was no genuine effort from the team to help resolve them. A high recommended for Ginna that sheβs the manager and Matt to take a classes, Customer service thing how to attracted people to the business and not to let it go. after all these call LA gym helping me resolve my issue different customer service and welcome me to the gym. The owner XL I would love for you to be there and check how these people are right they keeping you people they let go. This is your business.

I have spent multiple years going to XL Fitness and the experience has been nothing less than excellent! The staff are friendly, the gym is clean, and the equipment is great! Also, all of the members are respectful and friendly. What makes this gym so unique is that it has the amenities of a big-box gym (large locker room, pool, sauna, etc), but it has the feel of a family owned business that you can feel comfortable going to. I would highly recommend checking this gym out!

Wanted an updated review. Decent, friendly, convenient hours, good classes, good training, equipment choices, pool, sauna = good value to me! I've been coming here for about 20 years as a morning user. I rarely see a broken machine for long and see "the fixer" always doing something! Ceiling needs work but can see it's a huge job and really doesn't affect use of gym, just aesthetics. Managers are nice now & I'm happy with the team & folks using the gym. Almost everyone friendly & helpful, no muscle head airs or grumps that I've encountered. Only complaint is sometimes a few folks take more than 1 machine but not a biggie. Overall, pleased! Join up if you're a nice person lol

My partner, brother, and I joined XL Fitness to work out and train. However, we unexpectedly learned that this gym does not tolerate us training together. It was this training policy and toxic staff that contributed to a negative overall experience. If you are looking for a gym to train with friends and family, avoid this gym.
Upon joining the gym, my partner and I immediately booked our free monthly training session with one of the trainers, named Anthony Defelice. During the training session he acted friendly, but at the conclusion of the session we discovered his intent to sell us his weekly personal training program. This ordinarily wouldn't be a problem, except that he became extremely pushy with his deal, repeatedly asking us why we weren't signing up for his program that day. When we told him that we just needed time to think about it, his attitude became immediately cold and passive aggressive. He rose from his chair and walked away without saying a word, leaving us sitting in our seats.
Later, my partner, brother and I were working out, checking each other's form, and teaching each other how to use the equipment when Anthony approached my brother. He asked my brother if he was training, to which my brother answered yes. He then threatened to revoke my brotherβs gym membership if he continued to train with my partner and me, citing that only licensed trainers are allowed to train other people at the gym. My partner tried to explain that we were only learning the equipment together but was ignored. Anthony ended the interaction with an insincere fist bump with my brother before walking off.
Later that day, we reviewed the terms and conditions of our contract, and we found that there was a policy in the fine print that prevented members from teaching other members how to use equipment. It says "Members are not permitted to instruct other Members in or any XL premises". Practically, this meant that the only way to learn the proper usage of equipment would be to hire a trainer.
Since the entire point of our membership was to train together with the equipment, my partner and I promptly ended our membership later that day. To cancel membership, it needs to be in person or form sent via certified mail. As of writing this, there's no forms on the website for mailing. When we went in person to cancel, the manager asked us why. As soon as we mentioned teaching each other, he asked us if we were "training" and put that as the reason for termination in the form. He didn't seem open to listening to any other feedback we had after that.

I had been going to this gym since covid "ended". I liked the big space and openness of the gym. Plenty of weights and most of the members are very nice. The gym is extremely dirty. I wish I had taken some pictures, but I was just kicked out tonight for not following their rules regarding the pool being closed when there are 3 people in it and complaining about it as well as complaining about the cleanliness of the gym. I did use a expletive in all honesty. The pool being closed during aqua classes is not posted any where as of tonight and has never been a problem for past 3 years. I have almost had several accidents in the past when their treadmills just stop mid run and had one of the employees scold me for grabbing a spin bike out of the spin room since no other bike on their floor was operating. The response from the front desk when I mentioned the disgusting dirty floors is I vacuumed last Friday! So I guess they only clean once a week. I was constantly re-racking weights and cleaning up areas since the staff, with exception of one of the trainers I think his name is Anthony, never did anything but sit at the front with their heads down. I'm glad they made the decision for me to terminate my membership. I was holding out hope they would get their act together since I do like the space but I guess that isn't happening.

I love this gym. I have been a member since it opened almost 20 years ago. I have stayed through several ownership changes. XL is the best owner so far. They are committed to the gym. XL Fitness in Mt. Laurel is a great facility, it has so much to offer and the variety of gym equipment is excellent. I canβt say enough about the staff Iβve met, Gina, Matt, Alex and Doria are always friendly and willing to help the members new and existing.

Went to the Mount Laurel location to sign up during the summer, the woman at the front desk first words to me were βits not cheap you wonβt be able to afford itβ with the meanest face ever. It is utterly ridiculous that for the second summer in a row, Kennedy Fitness at Mt. Laurel is without air conditioning. The ownership group apparently doesnβt care that the temperature on the second floor, where ironically all the cardio equipment, is currently at 84 degrees! This as of 4PM today, Tuesday, July 30th. I as well as others have been complaining for at least a week and what we are told is that Jeff, the Facilities Manager, has contacted the HVAC company and they are going to come in and take a look at the problem. Meanwhile the loyal afternoon workout members are being forced to workout, at their own risk, in unhealthy temperatures.
Nice business principles being applied here by Kennedy Fitness - total disregard for your membership while you trip over yourselves trying to explain the lack of attention and consideration for your customers!

They have A LOT of equipment here. Most of it seems to be in good shape. They are rarely busy. But it just had a weird vibe to it. Felt like an old person home! Not much music. TV wall was odd. The manager was very strange (Dan Sheedy). He wouldnβt give me a straight answer on pricing and kept stating βI donβt want to ask you too many personal questionsβ. Iβm not sure what he meant by that (like 5 times) but if it means a potential discount, why would I be upset for him to ask? Anyway, lastly the equipment, though it was in good shape, all appeared to be 10 plus years old. I decided to go elsewhere after finishing my weekly trial.

The gym seems to be going downhill quick. Itβs dirty and over priced. The paint on the ceiling is flaking, the floor looks like covered in snow, it ends up in my hair. The equipment only gets wiped down if a member uses it and care enough to wipe it down. Iβve never seen the staff make any effort to clean.
As for being overpriced, everyone seems to pay a different amount. I received an email advertisement for $50 down, $25 a month. I put down over $100 and pay $35. To get the $25 a month, they wanted another $50 down.

I seen their add on facebook for a free 3 day trial and $1 down and the first month $10 with all the free stuff they have. The trainers, nurses, nutritionist etc. I make my appointment to go look at the facility and I'm talking to the sales rep and we get to where of course I decided I wanna sign up. He brakes down all their packages they offer and how much I'd have to pay that day. Well let's say their website doesn't say anywhere on it that you have to pay such a large amount of money the first time if you decide to join. You don't get that information UNTILL you get there. Some people may not have that large amount of money just sitting around to be able to afford those packages upfront. I think it's misleading and unfair that they do it like that and make you feel bad if you don't have the money that day!! Also, since I myself didn't have the money I tried doing the $1 down BUT here's the CATCH you do the $1 you don't get all the trainers and nurses etc as if you would paying the large money upfront and that's not on the website either which is also misleading!! If I'm joining and still paying $40 a month I should still get the same privileges as everyone else!! What's the point of having a promo if I get jipped for picking it ???

So far my experience hasn't been that great. I really wish they would dispense with the hard sell. It is painful. My root canal was less annoying. The first time I went to get some information I had to leave because I could tell that the shenanigans were about to start. I just didn't have the patience to deal with it that day. All I wanted to know is what they have and what it costs. Pretty simple huh. I think I am old enough now to know how to make decisions and compare what different gyms have to offer. Used car salesmen are less irritating. I believe that when someone walks into a gym it is because they are interested in making a purchase. In essence that is what you are doing. So why do I have to be "sold". When I walk into the Shop-Rite it is because I want to make a purchase. There is no one trying to sell me. The product is one the shelf, I read the label, I look at the price, I make a decision. Done.
I was still interested in joining a gym so I started shopping around again. I went back to Future Fitness because it is close and it has a pool. I was hoping I could go in and get the information I needed to make an informed decision. I knew that I would have to be more patient this time since I really wanted to join if I thought it was worth it. I could tell that it wasn't going to be easy. I could go on and on, but I am sure that you are getting the picture. I was about to walk out again, but I think I finally convinced the salesman that I wanted the information I needed to make an informed decision. So we went back up to his office and I got the information I was looking for. I decided on the package that seemed to work best for me. Whew - why so darn difficult. I told the salesman that we never had to go through this. He asked me why I didn't say so. I replied that I was trying to. I also told him that there are probably a lot of people that would prefer it that way. He asked me how would he know. I responded,"Just ask".
I did notice that as soon as you give any perceived resistance to the sales pitch it becomes a debate. The whole process could have taken minutes, but it didn't. I wonder if corporate knew that they might close more deals if things weren't so combative?
I kind of wondered if a kiosk could be set up comparing what they offer compared to other gyms such as equipment, prices, etc. It would save money since you wouldn't have to pay a sales team which may reduce the fees or provide some nice bonuses to the CEO. I wonder if corporate would be willing to take such a chance and just present what they have to offer. By the way you never have to "sell" a good deal.
I plan on going to this gym as long as my wife wants to go. I really joined for her sake since she is not fond of going to the gym alone. I would also like to see her learn how to swim. I myself don't need a gym to work out. I have been working out without a gym for over 40 years. We didn't go to a gym during Marine Corps recruit training and we all got into some pretty good shape.
I am really hoping that my experience improves from here. So far it hasn't been fun and I resent the fact that I had to go through such nonsense in order to simply join a gym. Sunday is my first membership day. I will let you know how it goes.

Pretty sad I never joined earlier. I won a free membership from a wine festival and figured I would try it out. When I went I was surprised of the lack of people there and it was 5 pm, which at every gym Ive ever been to is pretty crowded. I would have to say one of the things that really drew me to future fitness is the nutritionists and personal trainers. My weakness when it comes to fitness is my nutrition but they can help you meet your goals. There is always machines and other workout equipment open which makes a great place to come in, get your workout in and leave. I would recommend them to anyone.

The gym is never too crowded, there is never a wait for a machine that you would want, whether it be after 5pm on a week day or a Saturday morning. The environment is very friendly and there are many classes to tailor to whatever each person wants. The options of personal trainers, aquatic center, classes, and equipment has been great. All for a great price too. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Future Fitness as an ideal place for workout. All the best equipments are there and very clean. I love and enjoyed the aerobic classes & zumba classes. The Personal Trainers are professional, PATIENT, and they are concerned with my personal improvement. They initially asked about my goals, what I expected, and what my problem areas were. Doria Fortunato, in particular, sat & discussed with me how I will get there. She wrote on my paper file every machine I will use and demonstrated to me how to use these machines so I would know what to do even when she is not there. Even if I met her only once a month, she followed up on my improvement and would then move me to other machines. Generally, all the staff members are helpful & friendly. If the results on myself won't be good, it would be my fault and not Future Fitness.

Great equipment, great classes, great sized gym, overall, great time. I really appreciate the class offerings, along with the personal training and robust amount of equipment that is available to the members. As well, the pool and daycare center are convenient for those who have families! I have been a member for years and continue to appreciate the spacious and clean environment. Everyone is here to work out, hard for their future bodies! I recommend this gym, to all, simply because of the product and class offering, if you take full advantage of the gym's benefits, you will be get fit while having fun, doing so!

I have been at future fitness centers for 11 years. What makes this place is the members! They are awesome, at all different levels of fitness & supportive of one another. It isn't a "pretty" gym. People are there to workout, not wear mascara. Sheryl, who teaches spin, is amazing. And loves her riders!!! The only thing I would change is opening a little earlier on weekends/holidays... I've been a member at Future Fitness since I retired 5 years ago. I really enjoy the Yoga Stretch class with Sue W. both at the Mount Laurel and the Medford locations. I always feel so much better after that class. Another teacher I really enjoy is Terry V. who leads the Senior Fit group. I feel like I get a good work-out without straining or hurting myself.
In the past, I enjoyed the Water Aerobics classes with Monica, but since she left I haven't been using the pool. I do miss her class.
I have learned to use the equipment with sessions from several of your trainers and I found them to be quite helpful. I've been very pleased with my membership and appreciate the opportunity to exercise in such a bright attractive environment.

I've been a member of Future Fitness for two years. I was a little hesitant about joining a gym, but my wife, who has been a member for several years, urged me to give it a try.
It is a great place! It is rare to find the place crowded ( I go to the Mount Laurel facility) and even when there are a fairly large amount of people working out, there are more than enough machines to accommodate everyone. I can't remember the last time I had to wait for a machine. Usually I go late morning or mid afternoon and the place has only a handful of people on the gym floor. Late afternoons on weekends are also good times to go.
One more comment: the gym and locker room are kept very clean- kudos to the cleaning staff.

I've worked out at several gyms and have never stayed a member for more than a year or two. Future Fitness is different - I've been a member there for over 5 years, and have no plans to leave any time soon. I'll give you 5 reasons why you should consider joining Future Fitness Mount Laurel:
1.) Never crowded! This was a pet peeve of mine when I belonged to two other clubs in the area - I was ALWAYS waiting to use equipment. There is no such wait at FF...
2.) Cleanliness of the facility - the weights are always in their proper place, the guests always use a towel on the equipment and one can tell that the staff/members take pride in their gym.
3.) Variety of equipment - not only do they have every machine you'd want to use, but multiple brands of each machine so you can find which works best for you. Being 6'7" I've found it difficult to find a good fit when using a machine; this problem is eliminated with all the choices FF has to offer.
4.) Mike and Anthony are fantastic managers! They have always made myself and my guests feel welcome, and are there to offer assistance in any way they can.
5.) With new gyms in the area asking for $300+ down and $85 to $100 PER MONTH, Future Fitness comes in at HALF of that. Why would you waste your money somewhere else? 'Nuff said.
Keep up the great work Future Fitness!

I have been a member for over a year now. I've been to other gyms but haven't gain the same experience as I have with Future Fitness. I really enjoy going to Future Fitness. There are so many classes. I love Spinning and they have more workout equipment than a lot of gyms.
When you enter, you are greeted by your name and I love that. You're not just a number but a person. I was hospitalized in October 2015 and was under doctor's care. I was able to send someone in to freeze my membership. Dan worked with me to make sure that my girlfriend was able to do it for me since I couldn't get there. That was awesome.
Dan always work with me when I have a question or issue. He found out that one of his staff was rude to me, he got on it right away and didn't tolerate it. Needless to say that person is not there. He manages the gym very well and told me that if I ever had any problems to come directly to him. It showed me that he cared about the people that work out there.
I actually got my daughters to join and a girlfriend of mine.
I really enjoy working out. I love the fact that you can meet with a personal trainer once a month to go over what is working and not working and they will switch up for workout and you can meet with the nurse as well. The people that you work out with is so very friendly along with the staff.
I highly recommend Future Fitness for anyone who is looking for a gym.

Thanks Future Fitness for making my fitness experience so enjoyable since mid-January 2015. I like the fact as to how your facility and staff make their customers feel at home while away from home. I have experienced only two of your facilities over these past months, mostly in Mt Laurel and the other in Medford. I like that fact that I can go into your facility to workout between mid-morning and all way out to late afternoon (5-6 PM). Most of the fitness equipment is rather simple to use or operate. I like that, I can pick certain times to swim and do laps in your pool. My trainer Lucy has been very helpful and supportive in my reaching my fitness goals, with the limitations that I have with left shoulder. This experience has been a way to meet new friends or acquaintances. I look forward to my fitness experiences in months to come. I go to the Mt. Laurel gym as its very close to my home. The staff keeps the equipment clean as well as the locker room and bathrooms. All the gym members for the most part are polite and quiet. I've made a few friends there.
There is a nice variety of machines and equipment. Having this variety keeps your muscles working due to the variations of the machines. There are many classes you can take on a daily basis too.
My only negative is that parking can be tough depending on when you go. They need a bigger lot because its shared with the roller skate rink.

The staff is pretty solid, nice people. The gym has a lot of equipment (13 lines of equipment is their forte). The pool is a great feature(main reason why I go to Future Fitness). I enjoy how I can go to different locations (that's a major plus). The bright atmosphere keeps me rocking' and rollin the whole time I'm working out and reduces mental fatigue. The steam sauna in Cherry Hill location is great. The gym is usually pretty clean, but the locker rooms and pool/hot tub area could be a little bit cleaner. The dry sauna is solid but could use some maintenance work and be cleaner. They need more water fountains. I do not engage in the fitness classes but many other members do and they seem very satisfied with them. I workout 5-6 days a week at Future Fitness, so I know the gym very well. The gym rarely crowds to the point you can't get the machine you want--its usually not crowded(which I LOVE). Members seem to hit the gym at all hours of the day spreading out the crowdedness. Overall its a pretty solid gym.

I'm so glad I read the reviews before going there yesterday. Everything that was said about the manager Dan was absolutely true. He talked about the other clubs in the area and their prices. He comes across as a car salesman. Tries to give you his pitch and it's a lot of BS. I flat out told him that I didn't have a lot of time and didn't need a tour of the club and wanted the membership prices straight so I could make a quick decision. The price of membership is OUTRAGEOUS! And not once did he mention the deal on the website that said $1 down, $10 mo. I asked about that and then I got the catch, it's only $10/mo for 2 months and then 59.99/mo for the next 18 MONTHS! I ended it with i'll pass and left. I went directly to planet fitness and signed up for a membership.
Also, to Dan - if a person is coming in because they're a runner and need a gym for a treadmill for the winter don't knock them by saying that's boring. I didn't solicit your advice on my exercise routine.

I signed up for an year and they automatically charged my account after 1 year. I had stopped using their service after 6 months but without communicating they charged my account. when I called customer care, they said I will have to go to the same club at same location to cancel and unless I go their they will continue to charge me. I dont even live at that location anymore so they have created a big hassle for me.
Also they had said that 13th month will be free for me and now customer care rep have no records of that
Also extremely loud sales pitch so be careful for before you sign on
And if you still end up doing a contract with them and providing them with your credit card #, ensure to read each word carefully since you never know how they will charge you unethically!
Very bad experience and I will avoid them at all cost!
update - when I went there to cancel i was told that i have to give a 30 days notice...what baloney!

I like the variety of classes Future Fitness has to offer. There is a class for everyone from interval training to zumba to spinning. Some of the classes are quite popular, though, so I would recommend arriving a few minutes early. If classes aren't your thing, then that's ok. The equipment and free weights are generally open and easy to use. And if you need help organizing a fitness routine, then you can make an appointment with one of the personal trainers. Overall, a decent gym to join.

Future Fitness has locations very convenient to my home, they have a wide variety of classes to choose from and most of the weight training equipment is very modern. Also, there is no limit to the amount of time you can spend on a piece of cardio equipment its separate from the weight area which helps eliminate clutter.

I wish I read the reviews prior to my visit. Dan, the MANAGER, appears to know a lot about fitness and the facility, but his people skills leave a lot to be desired. Every comment about him is spot on! The time I spent with him was extremely STRESSFUL! I was not prepared for an aggressive sales pitch or to be forced to make a decision about joining a gym today. He became very condescending and argumentative when I did not want to decide today. I walked out in the middle of our meeting. Dan was rude and unprofessional and he is the reason why I did not join.

Horrible, Rude, No Customer Service, No Respect .. Dan he is really rude, rude, i went to check out gym that what are the facilities, price etc etc.
didn't even welcome instead of asking me to join it today it self than only u will get an discount. I said me n my roommate wants to join so I will come back again.he said u wonβt get an discount thn only ur roommate will get discount that time. And biggest thing. He is deciding for me that I can afford his gym . how can he decide for me . also he is saying to me that r u joining because of ur roommate .. itβs none of ur business.
Why he is interfering in personal matter. All u care about money he told me like this ., okay I do care about money .. than what do u care about . if u donβt care about money than why u r working ?just stay at ur home .
He didnβt tell me what are the prices or nor even showed gym facilities and saying to me u can afford this gym Just let me know what are ur prices I will decide I want to join or not.. u donβt have to explain me that u can leave better life if u save $2 everyday u will leave better life.. none of ur business whatever I do with my life.. and on the top he is saying to me that u can go to planet fitness .. thatβs better for u .. I know what is better for me. ,,none of ur business. Do ur work .. donβt decide for me .. anything . I donβt even know . .. u can give me suggestion but cant decide for me..
Horrible, Rude, No Customer Service, No Respect. I donβt know what he was thinking to him self.. Never ever want to go to Future Fitness,β¦

TERRIBLE! Outdated and unimpressive.
I decided to check this gym out since I live nearby and drive by often. I was very disappointed with the service and my overall experience. The "trainer" Josh was as arrogant as he was inexperienced. For a place that looks contemporary and modern on the outside it was completely sterile and outdated on the inside.
I will NEVER go back to this gym. Instead I will pay a little more money and go to the Virtua gym in Moorestown. You get what you pay for.
TWO BIG THUMBS DOWN.

Dan the general manager really gets into why you want to join, and then sets up a really good payment plan . This is not a cheap gym, and for good reason. The equipment and atmosphere is wonderful and is nothing like the crowed planet fitness or retro fitness crowds where there is people in there just to say they went to a gym. If you are serious about weight loss, getting fit or your health then I suggest coming here. You get what you pay for. Don't listen to these joker reviews, they are the ones who aren't serious about what they are doing and want quality for 10 dollars a month.

This is the worst gym experince I have ever had. Joe who is the manager reminds you of a POOR sales person who only is looking out for he needs. He had the nerve to say they only let selected people join! That was so FUNNY when he knows who ever entered he would sign up as long as he could SUCKER them into a BAD contract! He bad mouth YMCA, LA Fitness, and a few others which when you do something good you dont need to bring other companies down, so that should me that lack character. They are pushy and any companies that try's to force you to make a decision on the spot isn't a place you will stay long. Think about the first time you meet your spouse and after five minutes asking for a signed contract you might have not even liked them the first time. Joe the benifits of your club are the same as other clubs. PLEASE DONT SIGN ANYTHING THE FIRST TIME. I walked out of his office when he didn't give me the price. THEY ARE A SWITCH AND BAIT!! DON'T BE THE BAIT AND GET EATEN BY THE SHARK witch is them!!

Great staff and atmosphere! It's not too busy and there's plenty of equipment readily available without any wait.
