This place is AWESOME! What a gem, and an amazing price! I am Airbnbing in the neighborhood and just happened upon this place so decided to hop in for a session.
My instructor was T. She was warm, fun, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me personally with some of the poses. She has awesome energy and I left feeling inspired and more connected. I've done hundreds of yoga classes and this was one of the best ones yet. Will definitely be coming back next time I'm around!

Absolutely love Yoga Peace Kula. I was new to yoga this year and had been looking for a studio. After one class here, I knew this was the place for me. I have had classes with many of their teachers and they are all very instructive and I was able to follow as a beginner. Being new to Yoga and male north of 55 I was worried about feeling out of place. Not here, I never felt any judgment, only encouragement from both the teachers and fellow students. I have been in classes with a wide range of ages, from school age to my age, sometimes with multiple generations from the same family. The studio and community are wonderful. Yoga is relaxing, and physically I have not felt this good in years.

I love this studio so much. They have the most knowledgeable and enthusiastic teachers on the Jersey Shore. I should know, I’ve taken all of their instructors. Whether you’re a new yogi or someone who has been practicing for years, the YPK instructors teach to all levels. Unlike most studios, YPK offers a range of classes at a affordable rates. What a unique gem and local yoga community! The classes/ workshops are motivational, informative and well structured, while the teachers are highly skilled, consistent and super accessible to students. The space is bright, clean and always welcoming. After twenty years of practicing far and wide, from India to NYC to LA, I’m very happy to have such such a wonderful resource, so close to home. I fell in love with yoga at Yoga Peace Kula after being a yoga vagabond for about a year. I settled in at this studio. Looking back, it was the variety of classes and workshops, the amazing teachers, and the people (other students) I met that attracted me. This is by far the greatest yoga studio I have ever been to in the area. The instructors and classes are top notch, but what really makes this place special is the community and sense of belonging you feel when you walk through those doors and roll out your mat. Highly recommend giving any of the classes a try; I guarantee you’ll love it as much as I do.
