Zach Robbins is a personal trainer with a background in sports specific training as well as physical therapy. With a M.S. in Exercise Physiology, Zach has the education and experience to tailor his clients’ workouts specifically to their individual needs, no matter the person!

I have been working with Zach for about 6 months and highly recommend him. I had been recently diagnosed with diabetes and wanted help getting fit and losing weight in an effort to control my blood glucose levels. Although I have a ways to go to get to my goal, I have lost 40lbs and my blood glucose levels have improved. Zach does a great job changing up my exercise routine every week and it feels good to see how I have gotten stronger in the short time I have been working with him. Looking forward to continue working with Zach on getting to my ultimate health goals.

Fabulous experience! Haven’t been in this shape in many years.
Had a knee problem for years. Many doctors. Zack’s workouts have straightened by knees where I can run and walk up stairs without pain.

I have known Zach for over 5 years. He is a terrific, knowledgeable trainer.
By constantly changing things up, Zach
makes your workouts interesting and challenging. He is great at adjusting workouts if you have any injuries.

Zach is really enjoyable to work with. He caters a unique workout based on what you want to work on and what you can handle. I love working with Zach because he pushes me harder than when I am working out alone and he teaches me new workouts as well as adjusting my form as needed. He is a really great guy over all and I always leave the gym satisfied after completing one of his work outs. He is a funny dude, pleasant to be around.

Zach is, without a doubt, the trainer for you. In March 2022 I had surgery to repair a torn ACL, and as a professional athlete, it was essential for me to find the best PT and trainer to help rebuild the muscle in my legs that I had lost, in addition to preparing my entire body to return to sport. The program that Zach has put me through for the last 9 months has exceeded my expectations and put me on the path to returning to competition just shy of 1-year post-op, which I owe all to Zach. His training is an excellent combination of progressive confidence-building and challenging exercises to build muscle and endurance. I look forward to continuing work with Zach as I progress toward my goal of competing in the 2028 Olympic Games.

I have been working out with Zach since my freshman year of high school. Now playing D1 lacrosse, I can say with confidence Zach’s workouts are the hardest I have ever done! Zach is a fantastic trainer, he is very personable and knowledgeable and continues to provides an high energy environment that is fun, safe, and allows me to push myself. Zach seriously is the best trainer I have ever worked with. I have taken classes by him and he really knows how to make you work hard, but have fun at the same time. If you have any sort of issue doing a specific exercise, he will help modify that exercise for you. He is very knowledgeable, accomodating and makes you feel comfortable in a gym environment. I have been training with Zach Robbins for a number of years now and the experience has been nothing less than rewarding and fulfilling. Zach’s training will bring you through functional movement to provide you with the ability to complete your every day movements and activities safely and properly, which I have definitely benefited from; Strength training which has assisted my joint health and mobility tremendously, increased muscle and kept my bone density healthy; and there is always an excellent mixture of cardio activity which has definitely increased my stamina. Zach modifies exercises for me when necessary while keeping me strong. Zach is well educated in his field and knowledgeable. His initial evaluation is meticulous and he is sincerely interested in your goals. Along with being motivating training with Zach is rewarding, creative and fun. I have had the pleasure of working out with Zach for over 3 years, and highly recommend him as a trainer! He is courteous, attentive, and very conscientious. He always varies our sessions to work different muscle groups, as well as keeping our sessions from becoming repetitive or monotonous!
