Joseph is an incredible personal trainer. I am 69 - when I joined 505FIT, I could barely walk and stand up straight, due to herniated L4-L5 disc issues. As a last resort to avoid back surgery, I found Joseph. In seven months, I have lost 25 lbs, do strength training two days a week and boxing one day a week. I am more fit now than 40 years ago. No surgery needed. Plus, Joseph is a great guy. He has all kinds of clients, from teenagers to people in their late 80’s. Joseph changed my life. Highly recommend.

Joseph is an incredible personal trainer and his gym has everything you need to get in consistent, hard-hitting workouts. A group of four of us did twice weekly sessions with Joseph that quickly became the highlights of our week, we’d leave each time fully spent and satisfied. As a trainer, Joseph is motivating, he listened to what we needed and adjusted trainings appropriately, and made sure we got our money’s worth. Highly recommend!
