This gym used to be great and now it seems to be neglected, torn seats, battered equipment , one treadmill that's been broken for the past year. When it was first opened it was clean, even enforced people to wipe down equipment after using even supplying a spray cleaner and cloth. Now I walk in and get grossed out it feels dirty.

The gym is mediocre, Owners are rude, especially the daughter with red hair always giving dirty looks and very very, very, very hostile especially when she’s with she’s with significant other

Great place to work out i love the new security door feature no complaints and the members as well as staff are good at what they do and much kinder in person. I recommend this gym to any college student or heck anyone looking for a chill environment to work out in.

I have friends that go to Highlands and I had a chance to visit this gym. The equipment is amazing and I can’t believe you find such an inspirational facility in this small town lol! They are definitely lucky to have it. I think they picked a perfect location and it’s ideal for anyone looking to change their lives and create better habits.

This gym is amazing! I had a chance to visit during the LIFT OFF that they had. It was a well put together event and the staff was extremely friendly! I would recommend this facility to anyone in the area!
