Great gym equipment, terrible manager named Amanda. Don't join this gym if your a human the blonde manager Amanda is perfect if you mess up one time she will get real disrespectful with you and she doesn't believe in "humans makes mistakes" or "People getting behind and trying to make things right" You have to be perfect and she's not friendly. If you get behind on a payment/payments and go back to make it right because your a good human she will still not let you join the gym again. But she'll sure take your card to pay your supplements then see you. ✌️ Right Amanda? Please anytime fitness get a new manager I love this gym equipment but your manager is very disrespectful

I’ve been going here for 5 years and it’s a great gym. It’s also the cleanest gym I’ve ever been too. Even though it’s small, there’s a good variety of machines to work every muscle. Amanda and the staff regularly keep up with maintenance. They care about the gym and their gym-goers

I was trying to cancel my membership only to find out I was on an 18 month contract, when she clearly told me it was month to month. Amanda was really rude and was constantly talking over me when I was trying to ask questions. When I mentioned I was leaving a low review she said "I figured" and hung up. This is the worst customer service I have experienced and obviously I'm not the only one who has gone through this

I’ve been a member of Anytime fitness for 6 plus years . One of the reasons why I enjoy it so much is because I can travel and go at any location. In this case I tend to do very often , I’ve also worked 10 + years in the fitness industry as well as in customer service ,not once have I experienced such unwelcoming environment. Talk about customer service , staff is not friendly or welcoming at all ! It’s extremely small and it smells , I’ve never been to a gym that had carpet , not to mention it’s extremely unsanitary. I’m only giving it two starts because I went and did my workout.

It meets my needs for a gym, it does get a bit busy from time to time but you can still get in a good work out. I like the location because if you feel like going for an out door walk or run just walk out the door and down the street and your at the river walk/beach area with nice side walks and ducks shade on one side beats the treadmill for sure!

I love this gym, it has everything you need. The gym manager is incredibly sweet, down to earth, and hard working. Instead of chilling in her office all day, you'll see her out n about attending to gym patrons needs or cleaning equipment.

The gym is small with a sizable crowd in attendance at all times but doesn't feel crowded. The gym crowd consists mostly of serious fitness heads. Patrons are overall respectful but it does have a couple juice heads who annoyingly throw the weights on the floor. 🙄 The facility and bathrooms are clean.

The day pass is only $10 and is good for 24 hours which is a good deal! That's less than alot of fast food combo meals these days.

Good size gym with lots of good equipment. Very clean, well kept, including the bathrooms and showers. All the weights were racked and each piece of equipment worked smoothly (the ones I was using). I went in a little late, around 9pm and pretty much had the place to myself. Lots of good space, not cramped at all. From what I saw, only one elliptical was out of service. Mostly newer equipment. Nice gym!

Anytime fitness in Carlsbad NM is a very nice facility. They have mostly Hammer Strength equipment, and a great selection of it. The place is also kept clean and the members are respectful of one another.... and everyone re-racks their weights (generally). They also have a couple of classes to choose from if that's your thing.... 💪🏻

But any powerlifting or strongman movements look into American muscle gym vs this place

2 squat racks- but no squat bars-- they provide Olympic bars in which you don't squat with because it has no center knurling

2 deadlifting platforms, but not sure why they have them I personally was kicked out of the gym for deadlifting

Do not sign your life away to these greedy people. I signed up 4 month ago to what I thought was a month to month contract. I went once and then because if health reasons I am now unable to go to the gym. I tried to cancel my membership today and she said I could not. That I signed an 18 month contract and there was no way I could break it.

This gym is awesome! Can I give it 6 stars? The owners of this place obviously like working out and did some serious research into the equipment on the floor. Super clean changing rooms, great hours, and welcoming staff. It's nice to have a place to go to meet new people without having to go to the bar... you know? AND they have group fitness classes that are legit!

I was looking for a fitness center to attend and get into better shape. I visited this business website, filled out the application for a 7 day free trial membership. I received an email containing my free 7 day trial membership. Upon calling to find out when I could come by, get my access card as well as tour the facility. I was informed by Annette (co owner) That because I do not have a New Mexico ID. To prove residency. I did NOT qualify for the free trial membership. This is NOT stated as a requirement on the website. I could there for come by and purchase a 1 day membership for $ 10.00 to tryout her facility. The rational behind this being a resident is too many non residents that are in the area working on a temporary bases(few's weeks to a few month) fail to purchase a membership after using her facility for 7 days. Annette was kind enough to inform me she has 700 members currently. Sorry to say her above stated reasons and rational means I will NOT become her 701 member. Thank you Ma'am I will take my money and business else where.
