STAY AWAY! It is a scam, I wish I could give negative numbers. I am currently fighting corporate who of course bounce it to the franchisee who is never available. I canceled my membership in May because the fees kept popping up and they said fee is coming but never said how much causing my account to over draw. Funny how my wife’s fee was less then mine in same plan and signed up same day. I have cancer and a lot of medical expenses so unexpected expenses need to be planned. Well they decided to ignore or not let me cancel, again funny my wife sent the same e-mail and text and they canceled her month to month account. Mine they kept billing, so I had to do a stop payment on my bank card…they kept calling and harassing me and trying to charge me! I sent an e-mail in mail canceling my membership and they kept charging me through July!!! Now I am notified of $308 dollars going to collections!!!! My credit has dropped and corporate is now investigating and I had had to get a lawyer to get them to drop these. BAD ILLEGAL BUSINESS PRACTICES, DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS, DO NOT CARE ABOUT CANCER PATIENTS, so I recommend STAY AWAY!!! It is a money making scam. If you are male you can’t not cancel your membership and will face additional fees. NEGATIVE STARS!

I have been going here for several years now. My boyfriend is looking for a second gym membership and wanted to try it out. When we arrived, the lady was extremely rude. She failed to greet us and proceeded to say, “If you’re trying out the gym, it will be $20 for one day. Will that be cash or card?” in a rude and condescending tone. It was unwelcoming and extremely disappointing. We decided to go back to the gym at San Juan College where 3 guest passes are provided so anyone is able to try it out. The staff is also friendly and welcoming, so that’s a plus!

No showers at all, no attempt at fixing them either. Obviously an anti-homeless method but it makes it a huge inconvience for everybody else! For how much people pay each month a shower is the least they can provide. Useless gym wasted my time driving to them out of the way, dont go here!

If I could put zero starts I would I’m so done with this gym this is the fourth time I get charged on the wrong date with my payments they decided to change dates whenever they feel like it ! Great place! Clean from top to bottom. Comparatively to others in the chain, the fitness trainers and staff are welcoming, are visible and definitely approachable to discuss your fitness goals. They have everything from fitness classes to personal training.

I used to love coming here when there were two locations. The one on the West side was closer to my house. Now I have to drive all the way into the middle of town just to go to the gym. It agrivates me. They also had FREE classes that were a part of the membership (which I didn't mind driving to the East location for). Now they expect you to pay additional on top of your membership just for classes. Then there is the random maintenance fee that pops up about three times a year. Membership is about $37 then EACH class (which they have about two a week) are $15. Why in the hell would I be able to pay more than a $100 just to go to the gym. I've been looking for other places to go because of this. I might as well just bite the bullet and go to Sacred Rebel since it's what I've been wanting. Whole lot cheaper and I'll get to go to whatever and however many yoga classes I want for $60 a month.

My personal trainer, LeShawn is very knowledgeable, thorough and caring. He is helping me strengthen areas that need it, while keeping me motivated and always challenged, and wanting to be the best I can be. He is also an amazing and inspiring example in his own life that is worthy of emulation.
I feel very fortunate to have him as my personal trainer.

Went to renew my membership and a young lady Nikita help me with the options that are available to join. She's very knowledgeable, and caring lady. I'm very impressed with people like her that take their time to assure potential members are going to get what they sign up for. The locations in Farmington are average. Not as many machines and options as other gyms but I joined because the locations were convenient and the 24/7 hours. However, when both locations close for 10 days at the same time you lose the "anytime" part. Am I paying 1/3rd less this month since I don't have access to the facilities? Of course not. When I try to call does anyone answer the phone? Of course not. Is any reason given as to why the east side location is closed? Nope. I think the west side location is being moved but do they list where? Nope again. I'm sure the owners will reply that I can still go to the Aztec location. Yes I can, but I didn't sign a 2 year contract to go to Aztec, Gallup or Albuquerque. I I signed up for the convenience of Farmington. Maybe I should have joined Defined Fitness instead.

Stopped here to sign up for a membership, didn’t know I’m also supposed to pay for new equipment fees and cleaning fees . Also the employee that showed me around was kind of weird. Asking if I ever seen or know how to use a treadmill or know how to lift weights? Like come on, I’m not that old. Mid 30s I am. Nice equipment they have but the staff probably needs some training on how to talk to people. Be little another new employee saying he’s my training baby. Like the heck? I felt bad for the dude. Just weird so I signed up with a different gym that was less awkward.I just wanted to leave that place when doing to tour.

I travel the West a lot by car and have been to over 100 anytime fitnesses so I typically don’t review them. However this location is fantastic. Great maintained equipment, clean, good music, nice layout and friendly patrons. If you live here and don’t travel rest assured you workout at one of the nicest AF’s in the West. What a pleasant welcome surprise.

As everyone has already mentioned, the gym is squeaky clean everytime I go. What I'd like to add is just how amazing the two young ladies who run the place are! We are greeted daily with friendly smiles and "good morning, how are you today?" We're in Farmington for another two weeks, and I'm gonna miss those greetings when we return to Florida. 😁 Thanks for making us feel special!

Very clean, very friendly staff, safe and responsible members, good music and an array of snacks and refreshments if you need a pick me up. The only negative is the limited number of bathrooms but it's only remotely an issue during the prime time evening workout time between 6-8pm. Other than that it's not crowded and you can almost always get the equipment or machine you want... Or find an unoccupied bathroom. Machines and equipment are in great condition and seem relatively new. Also lots of little motivational touches around which is nice.

We have been with the club for only 4 months and we have been getting charged twice with the late fees. We tried to resolve the whole deal today, but we turned ugly. The manager became angry and demanded another $200 just to cancel our membership.
