Very experienced Staff here, friendly and family oriented environment, brought my son here as a Novice, and has since gained alot of knowledge and experience, if you have a son/daughter interested in learning about Boxing, or just want to get in shape in general, this is the place to go.. the main Coach is very attentive and caring, and will tailor to your needs, whether you are a beginner, or advanced.. there is something for everyone here, all ages and experience will fit in well here.. Thank You Coach!! I am so grateful there is a place like this for my Son to call Home
