Great box with a welcoming owner and friendly members.
This is a great box to visit, and seems like a great community to be a part of if you are local. The owner was very helpful when I dropped in, she coached in a way that would be both helpful to someone new to crossfit, as well as a seasoned person like myself that has been doing crossfit for 10 years.
The size of the facility is just right, they have plenty of equipment for a large class and the people made it fun while also being challenging.

Dropped in for a workout in our roadtrip. Kelli was super responsive and helpful for coordinating the 5:30 am class. The class was friendly and coaching was spot on! Facility is great. Highly encourage you to grab a WOD with the Crash City crew!

I dropped in for a Saturday workout, from out of town. Before hand I texted them via facebook. They were quick to reply and very informative. When I arrived, I received a very warm greeting from the coach and members. The owner went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and at home. It was a "Hero Wod Saturday" which I absolutely loved. The coach took the time to explain the WOD and the meaning behind it. Centrally located in town, the space was fantastic. High ceilings, large open space with plenty of room to spread out. The equipment was great and well maintained. They use wodify, for workout tracking. Gym is kid/family friendly. The gym was generally clean. Overall, I really loved this place. If i lived in Roswell, I would definitely join this gym. I will be back to drop in. 10/10 recommendation

Seriously one of the best run CrossFit boxes I've ever been to. Huge and clean with lots of equipment. The owner and coaches are all phenomenal. They really do care about safety and form and helping everyone in their fitness journey. And everyone there is super friendly.

Like a lot of people, I thought that I wasn't in good enough shape to do crossfit and that it might be too hard. I was wrong! They scale work outs to your fitness ability. There are people there of ALL ages and I really didn't feel out of place. The trainers and everyone doing the work outs were so welcoming! There is such a community feel to it. Everyone does the work out at the same time, which I also like. I highly recommend this gym!

Dropped in as we were passing through town. Great box! Large, clean gym. People were very friendly and encouraging during class. I messaged them on FB about dropping in and Kelli was super responsive! She coached the class I was at and was great about making sure I felt comfortable and welcome. She was awesome! Wish I was staying longer to go to more classes! Highly recommend this box to anyone traveling through the area!

Being a traveling orchestra musician gives me a unique opportunity to find a home away from home in boxes all over the Country, and I'm so glad I found Crash City Crossfit. It's a large space, conveniently located along my driving route from CA to TX. Lots of gear and great programming. They are under new ownership and the changes have been so positive all around, while I really enjoyed my workouts there last season, I feel as though the coaching I'm getting is incredibly mindful from Coach Kelli, and each time I've been there, she has helped me scale my workouts based on my individual skill level and accurately assessed my work capacity, (which is about the level of a geriatric cheetah, short-lived and not very fast to begin with, haHA). The members are fantastically welcoming and kind, I felt instantly at home. Looking forward to stopping in on my next concert trips in April to finish out my orchestra season!

It felt like a family. Everyone cheered each other on. There are people from all walks of life. I didn’t feel judged. Most importantly I was encouraged to push myself. Something I would not do at a normal gym. I’m excited that my goals will be met with my family cheering me on!
